Un acierto. En la cama se sudaba un poco, porque tenía como una especie de plástico bajero, pero cuando lo quitamos todo fue genial.

Alle schalter haben sich schmierig angefühlt lediglich die Toilette und die dusche erschienen sauber bis auf die jeweiligen Türen die waren sehr schmutzig außerdem war es Nachts sehr laut weil nachts die Zimmer fertig gemacht wurden ich kann dieses Hotel überhaupt nicht empfehlen

Falta limpieza profunda en las habitaciones , todo y que se ve limpio lo principal en sitos más escondidos hace mucho tiempo que no se limpia ( bajo la cama, detrás las cortinas o TV , rincones del lavabo etc)

• Jari (9/5): Hyvä pieni hotelli - Sijainti oli hyvä. Huone oli varustettu erittäin hyvin. Alakerrassa oli hintaan kuuluva baari juomineen ja ruokineen. Myös erittäin runsas valikoima kosmetiikkaa ym. En ole asunut koskaan tällaisessa hotellissa. Tänne uudestaan! Hotelli sopii lyhytaikaiseen majoitukseen hyvin.

Como pone en otras reseñas es un love hotel, pero sólo se nota por el movimiento de gente en la recepción, porque nosotros no oímos ni un ruido, ni siquiera de puertas. Para una noche puede ser un opción. Habitación demasiado pequeña, aunque ya lo sabíamos. Tal vez un poco caro para lo que ofrece, pero también es cierto que es lo más barato que encontramos en la zona.

• Alina (6/5): - We didn't notice it was an adult hotel which we don't mind. However it was not clean enough there, quite dusty on the shelves, there were splashes on the walls and mirrors, few black hairs got stick to the walls. We had an experience staying in love hotels as tourists and they were way much better and cleaner than this one. Additionally, the mattress was very soft and felt like you sleep in a hammock. Even though the location is cool and close to the main tourist attractions, it was quite noisy at night. We could hear a lot of cars, police sirens and street noise. We didn't have comfortable sleep there. They offer free desserts, drinks and alcohol in the lobby. We didn't use them as we were so tired. We booked the place just for one night to rest between our journeys in different cities. But if you want to have fun and relax with your partner, it might be a good place for that. But taking into account the cleanness level, I would doubt on that.

And they really leaned into the theme, which was cute. The 1 single elevator was a bit inconvenient when trying to leave but it is a small hotel so it’s just something to adjust to.

• Claudia (8/5): Für einen Kurztrip nach Tokyo ideal - Top Lage (sehr zentral und in U-Bahn-Nähe), sehr zuvorkommendes Personal (Wünsche wurden sofort erfüllt), viele Goodies (Preis-Leistungsverhältnis total in Ordnung), das Zimmer ist sehr klein, aber wenn man tagsüber Tokyo erkunden möchte und nur zum Schlafen ins Hotel kommt, ist es völlig ausreichend

Es ist ein Love Hotel, dementsprechend viel Gästewechsel gibt es und das rund um die Uhr. Die Zimmer sind zu klein für 2 Personen mit Gepäck. Es war sehr staubig. Die Matratze war extrem durchgelegen.

Sehr kleines Zimmer. Wir sind nicht geblieben, da wir uns überhaupt nicht wohl gefühlt haben. Man sollte wissen, dass es sich um ein Love Hotel handelt. War uns bei der Buchung nicht bewusst.

Pedimos un cambio de habitación y muy amablemente lo hicieron, pero la cama era exactamente igual. No recomendaría este hotel, es súper importante el descanso.

• Abelene (10/5): Perfect location - Very centralized and close to everything in Shinjuku, shopping, food and coffee shops! Located pretty much in the heart of Shinjuku. Close to the main road where everything happens. The staff were very kind and helpful. The whole facility is pleasant and clean. It was a pleasure staying here and we will definitely come back! We recommend 100%! Perfect location and value for the money. Rooms are a bit small and hardly have enough space for our things😕

• James (6/5): If you don’t mind staying in a sex hotel, this is a fine spot - Great location, amazing to have essentially a free bar downstairs, good value room with everything crammed in cleverly and efficiently into a small space. No issue with bringing a guest in if you meet someone special ;) There’s no way around this; it’s a a sex hotel. Be ready for some really awkward silences in the very slow lift, and don’t look too closely at stains on cushions/drapes. Most guests pay by the half-hour.

This is not a dislike about the property but I think people should be aware that it is a ‘Love Hotel’ … it didn’t worry us but when we booked it we weren’t aware
• Stephanie (10/5): Book this hotel, the amenities are unmatched - At first I was hesitant to book this hotel since I was going to Japan for the first time and the theme was Bali but I am beyond thankful I decided to book it. This hotel by far had the most amenities of any hotel I stayed at in Japan, then entire time. They have everything you’ll need whether you’re staying one day or 10. The location is very accessible as well, there’s basically a subway station just steps from the hotel and there’s several convenience stores just feet away. Book tho hotel, it’s 100% worth the money and you won’t regret it

Loved there were free drinks and snacks in the lobby as well as any item you may have forgotten/need (toothbrush, loofa, lotion, etc) The rooms didn’t have much soundproofing, so we could hear TVs and people in the hallway late into the night.
• Damian (8/5): One of our favorites, but tiny lobby is annoying. - Excellent location, well appointed rooms (albeit small), and friendly staff. We stayed several days, this is our second stay at a Petit Bali and we wouldn’t hesitate booking again. There was buildup of mildew behind the sink where water from the tap tends to splash. It’s a bit of a blind spot, and the rest of the room was spotless even for a love hotel. The single elevator gets busy mornings and evenings, and the lobby is tiny, which can be a nuisance when several people are waiting to access their rooms - so plan your movements accordingly.

There was also some inappropriate content on the TV when we first entered, which was an unwelcome surprise. The location was great and I would stay in this area again.
