• Takayo (1/5): 過去一臭いホテル - タバコ臭がひどく、換気扇からも換気されている様子なく、タバコの臭いがしました。 空気も悪く、喉が痛くなったためチェックインしましたが宿泊を断念しました。

• Ted (7/5): Overall stay was ok, we needed a short place to stay as our other accomodations was not yet availab - I tried requesting an early check-in as my partner and I traveled a long ways and were tired so I tried to book to check in at a specific time but the location wanted us to check in 2 hours later and they charged me to check in early. I didn't like how my early check-in request didn't show up or that we were charged to check in early. I felt being taken advantage of as we were tired and wanted to rest and were asked to come back 2 hours later otherwise we pay an extra fee.

• William (10/5): One of the best values for money, located in a hidden jewel of Tokyo. - The location is convenient. It is close to the JR Yamanote Line (train) and the Mita Line (subway). Sugamo is a very walkable neighborhood. Lots of interesting shops and temples. Sugamo is a little overlooked because it’s not famous like Shibuya or Shinjuku - but you can get to anywhere quickly from there, and it’s not super crowded or noisy. Definitely a good place to stay if you want a relaxing area at a reasonable price. Note: Check in time is late (8:00 pm) - but check out time is also late (11:00 am or noon). That worked out fine for me, since I’m usually out all day doing things (it’s Tokyo! Why would you be hanging around in a hotel room? Go out and explore!) Also, the room style is a bit dated, but that works for me too. Rooms are big and the beds are comfy and large. Also, Jacuzzi in the bathroom. I can’t complain about anything. It’s very nice here. The rooms are a bit older - they are clean but people have smoked in them. (It’s Tokyo. People used to smoke here.) I didn’t mind, but maybe some people are sensitive.

• Phuong (7/5): that place is worth that price. it's cheap, in a great location and have good devices. I can not expected more with - the bath tub is amazing. it has jacuzzi system and I feel so relax in that bathtub the smell of cigarettes are everywhere
