• Christopher (10/5): Great place to switch off from the everyday life! - A great hotel with a lot of tradition! We only had two nights in Jermuk, but thoroughly enjoyed our time! We were seen by the Sanatorium’s medical team immediately and started our treatments with the friendly staff that afternoon! The room was spacious, clean and had everything we would expect (including a fridge). Breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets offered a great variety and staff in the restaurant were very attentive. The hotel is in a great location near the Gallery of Water, other places of interest and generally a good base for walks around the town or the Mermaids waterfall. An added benefit is the use of the Jermuk Grand Hotel’s modern spa facilities. 10/10 Nothing if you know what you’re in for! A shame the Bar wasn’t busy in the evenings we were there.
• Anoush K (10/5): Recommended! - First of all I would like to mention the staff that was really supportive and pleasant. Any kind of question or issue was being resolved in a few minutes. The rooms were very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The medical center includes very good procedures. The most I like walking on the stones and the aromatherapy room. The food was really good, variety exceeded my expectations.
• Konstantin (10/5): - Отличный просторный двухкомнатный номер. В спальне большая кровать и шкаф,тв. В гостиной большой диван, два кресла, рабочий стол, банкетный столик, холодильник и тв. Розеток было достаточно для всех наших устройств. Интернет отличный, без перебоев, быстрый. Ванная комната удобная, все что нужно пополняли и заменяли каждый день. Питание трехразовое, шведский стол, выбор хороший, на любой вкус. Нам понравилось. Непривычно было отсутствие в ванной полотенцесушителя. Недорогой прачечный сервис все это компенсировал. Стирали и возвращали отглаженые вещи очень быстро.

• Avagyan (10/5): Awesome place to stay, especially if it's all inclusive - It was good overall. Clean rooms, Tasty Food. The staff was celebrating "Trndez" (Armenian Holiday) and they met us and other people who stayed there with wine and sweets (traditional food). I understand that our arrival and the holiday celebration was a coincidence, but it still warmed our heart :) The only thing that wasn't comfortable is the location of the pool. It's basically in another building (1.5kms away from the main stay). However, if you travel with car, it's not that bad.

• Elena (10/5): Супер санаторий в прекрасном Джермуке - В этом санатории замечательно все! 10 из 10! Очень красивое здание с архитектурными элементами советского ампира с высокими потолками, но с современным ремонтом. Сервис соответствует заявленным 4* на все 100%. У входа вас встретит швейцар, который поможет отнести багаж в ваш номер. На стойке рецепшен очень приятные девушки, вся регистрация занимает несколько минут. Мы приехали в 14-30 и нам сначала предложили пройти в ресторан на обед, а потом завершить регистрацию. В этот же день мы успели на прием к врачу, чтобы со следующего дня с утра начать принимать все процедуры. Лечебное отделение работает каждый день, включая воскресенье. Набор процедур - стандартный для санатория. Врач прописывает процедуры исходя из вашего состояния здоровья, но назначает максимальное их количество. Большинство процедур (за исключением различных массажей) входят в стоимость проживания. Также в стоимость входит первоначальный общий анализ крови с дополнительными показателями и кардиограмма (и нет этого обязательного требования санаторной карты, как в российских санаториях!). Весь персонал исключительно вежливый и профессиональный, все хорошо знают русский язык. Отдельная большая благодарность медсестре кабинета минеральных ванн Меладе за супер профессионализм и супер отзывчивость! Сотрудники санатория постараются выполнить все ваши пожелания, при бронировании стандартного номера я указала пожелание о наличии балкона и нам дали номер с большим красивым балконом, хотя здесь очень мало стандартных номеров с балконами. Каждый день в санатории можно встретить менеджера, которая не просто поприветствует вас, а обязательно остановиться спросить, все ли устраивает, комфортная ли температура в номере, удобна ли кровать и проч., есть ли какие то у вас просьбы и пожелания. Мы были в начале октября, в это время здесь в дневное время тепло, а ночи уже холодные, поэтому в санатории на ночь включали отопление, при чем температуру отопления регулировали в зависимости от температуры воздуха на улице. Из небольших минусов можно указать только отсутствие утренний зарядки на свежем воздухе и вечерней развлекательной программы. Поэтому продолжу писать в этом разделе о плюсах, т.к. Booking com ограничивает размер текста в каждом разделе отзыва. Во всех помещениях санатория идеальная чистота. Уборка номера и замена полотенец - каждый день, постельного белья - на третий день. Можно отдать в стирку свою одежду, отлично постирают и погладят в этот же день или на следующий день за очень небольшую цену. Шведский стол в ресторане на пять с плюсом. Каждый день в меню рыба (сиг или горбуша), нормальное мясо нескольких видов (не котлеты!), три вида супов, много свежих овощей и фруктов, хороший выбор десертов, очень вкусные компоты и чаи с травами. В санатории есть хорошая игровая комната с бильярдом, столом для настольного тенниса, настольными играми, все хорошего качества и входит в стоимость проживания. Хороший WI-FI. Бассейн - супер, большой, чистый с огромными панорамными окнами, но находится в другом санатории этого же собственника на расстоянии 800 м. Работает бассейн каждый день с 10-00 до 20-00 (пон. - с 17-00), посещение для всех отдыхающих безлимитное. "Олимпия" ведет строительство собственного бассейна. Санаторий расположен в центральной части Джермука, до бювета и пруда идти 5 минут по красивому парку. И еще несколько слов о самом городе Джермук. Это курортный городок, который получил свое развитие в советские времена. В 90-е годы прошлого века и в нулевые годы этого столетия был в упадке, но сейчас активно возрождается. Отреставрированы многие санатории и построены новые санатории и отели. Центральная часть города с прудом приведена в идеальное состояние. Очень красивый бювет, минеральная вода вкусная без привкуса сероводорода, состав воды похож на воду в Карловых Варах. Хорошо оборудован терренкур, который ведет мимо красивейших скал к прекрасному водопаду! Это очень уютный город в горах, в который хочется обязательно вернуться!

• Elaine (9/5): An unexpected surprise up in the idyllic mountains of Jermuk - This was a really unexpected experience. I thought I booked a spa retreat for several days to unwind but this was a health sanatorium built in the Soviet days for war veterans so the main focus of the sanatorium was to utilise the healing mineral waters of Jermuk to work on your health areas of concern. 45 treatments were available for free including all 3 meals (fresh produce from the region). Meals were healthy and wholesome - lots of fresh veg, salad, soups, cheese, breads, compote, and dessert. Once checked in, we met with the doctor who, after assessing our health needs, prescribed a host of treatments for the duration of our stay (mineral water hydrotherapy, baths, foot reflexology, physiotherapy, oxygenation, salt room therapy, aromatherapy, etc... the list goes on). There was a hotel nearby where we could use their swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna so we did that in the afternoons after our treatments in the mornings. One of the best parts of the day was walking to the mineral fountains and drinking our prescribed temperature mineral water before meals. The water fountains were in front of a lake with the mountains in the distance, a perfectly idyllic place for some real R&R. Highly recommend this for those seeking relaxation and an unforgettable health experience ;-)
