• Maria (1/5): Very bad experience. - We didn’t order breakfast. Wifi wasn’t working we complained several times times no came and checked or resolved. The lady who helped us with check in was not very friendly and demanded that we pay the bond we understand it could be a requirement but she adment that she has always paid it in Australia wherever she has stayed. We did say that we are frequent hotel stays we have never encountered such a bond . She was very rude and arrogant. Bedsheet was not clean room was dirty tap was leaking. Pillow was smelling. Wardrobe was dirty with insects .

• Pamela (8/5): Comfy stay with such helpful & friendly staff - Roomy and clean and everything worked though restaurant was closed pool was open. And live a vending machine which they had in the foyer. Bathroom had dripping sink so floor got week

Booked two rooms, no wifi working in either rooms, 1 room the air con didn’t work. Rooms smelt of smoke and run down, towels had stains and there was mould on the bathroom roof and other places. Very disappointing for the price even though a lot cheaper than most places.

• Linda (7/5): Location and staff were great. Room was tired but bedding and towels fresh. - The staff were incredible, friendly, professional and went above and beyond. The bed was comfy, I had a great night's sleep. The sheets and towels were clean and fresh. Free parking was great. Drink/snack machine in lobby was appreciated. The air conditioner worked well. The shower ran (not dripped) constantly. The ceramic bowl of the vanity was badly cracked. The coverlet on the bed had some strange looking stains on it and the curtains were a test to my immunity system. The room was just very tired. It needs some freshening up.

• Lisa (9/5): Exceptional value for money that beats every other Parramatta hotel in bang for your buck. - A good old, unpretentious motel with generous sized, comfortable and clean rooms that have a good fridge and a microwave. Both reception staff were really delightful and helpful (especially Tracy). It's exceptional value for money and despite being on a highway it was whisper quiet all night. For anyone who doesn't want to spend most of their travel budget on where they are sleeping or who likes a homely environment, this is the place. I'll be back!
