• Quyên (10/5): - Địa điểm thuận lợi ngay tại trung tâm.. gần Hồ Gươm nên rất tiện di chuyển, mua sắm. Hôm trời mưa có lẽ bị thấm nên đang ngủ tỉnh dậy thì thấy nước trong phía gầm giường chảy ra.. may mà không nhiều và mưa cũng tạnh nên không ảnh hưởng gì

Un lugar ubicado al final de un callejón lleno de puestos para comer, manejado por sus dueños quienes a pesar de no hablar mucho inglés, siempre están dispuestos a ayudar en absolutamente todo. Ofrecen servicios de laundry (el cual ocupe a súper buen precio y la ropa quedó con muy buen olor y limpia), taxi, tours y guardar equipaje. La pieza estaba muy amplia, con todo lo necesario, incluso con TV con Netflix. Muy limpia y cómoda Nada, todo perfecto

• CarlosUnpacked_IG (7/5): - Location, nice local, inexpensive restaurant nearby. Large beds. Location is hidden from main street so no noise from traffic or construction. Close to many shops, restaurants, cafes and the lake. Not much to dislike, but the pillow was small and uncomfortable. No English speaking host(s), which is ok, but it does help to have someone that can speak a little to avoid any confusion or misunderstandings, but no big deal.

• Patricia (7/5): - La habitación era amplia y la cama muy cómoda. El aire acondicionado funcionaba bien y tenía un escritorio para poder trabajar. Es el hotel que más caro hemos pagado de vietnam pero creo que va acorde a lo que se paga en general en Hanoi La habitación era muy oscura. Tenía una miniventana que daba a un callejón y una de las paredes de la habitación era un cristal con una especie de pegatina. Al otro lado se escuchaba gente a hablar e incluso había puntos en los que se veía algo de luz. La última noche hicieron ruido hasta tarde.

• Maximilian (7/5): War ok - Man hat eigene Kabinen, es ist wirklich ruhig, große Betten Das material der Bettwäsche war nicht so bequem, das Bad könnte echt eine Grundreinigung gebrauchen!
• Axel (3/5): Impossible de dormir - Vous payez le prix donc il ne faut pas s’en étonner. Par contre le personnel est familial et tout est propre. Aucune insonorisation. Les WC sont dans la chambre… donc entre ceux qui prennent leur douche à 2h du matin et ceux qui se lève à 6h pour l’aéroport. C’était impossible de dormir. J’avais le lit à côté des wc. J’entendais tout… les odeurs remontent aussi. Les climatisations et plein d’autres vibrations font caisses de résonance dans le lit. J’en ai parlé au propriétaire, pour lui tout semblait normal… J’avais réservé 2 nuits mais malgré le fait d’avoir payé pour les 2 j’en ai fait que 1.

• Corinna (8/5): - Freundliche Familie, top Lage zum Hoan Kiem See. Trotzdem sehr ruhig, bis auf den Samstag Abend. Hat mich aber nicht gestört. Es gibt tolle Restaurants in der Nähe und kann vieles fußläufig erkunden. Ich habe beim Buchen nicht darauf geachtet, dass das Fenster im Zimmer vergittert ist und man nur mit dem Aufzug zum Zimmer kommt. Also im Notfall eher ungünstig.
• Thanh Thanh (10/5): - Vị trí tuyệt vời, dorm rộng thoải mái, chăn ga gối đệm khăn tắm sạch sẽ, nhà vệ sinh, nhà tắm rộng, sạch, thiết kế chỗ để đồ tắm tiện lợi. Dorm theo kiểu hộp có khóa rất riêng tư an toàn, có quạt thông gió nên rất thoáng. Nói chung mọi thứ thiết kế rất tinh tế từng chi tiết nhỏ. Anh chị chủ vui vẻ niềm nở, ko hỏi nhiều, hay phiền KH. Sẽ quay lại đợt tới. Chưa thấy.

Det er ikke et sosialt hostel, men helt supert om man vil ha et rolig sted å trekke seg tilbake til! Eierne er hyggelige og hjelpsomme :) Sengeplassen min kunne vært rengjort litt nøyere, ellers alt bra

Also the property is closing its front entrance shut between 23:30 and 07:00am so from what I saw there is no way to get in

• vincent (5/5): Great location but too noisy due to staff - Location No sound proofing. The room is right above reception with no airtight insulation/ soundproofing. Night shift is a kid playing on his phone on speaker all night. He just can’t stop even after asking twice. In Vietnam one seems to miss the point that a hotel mainly is about letting people sleep.

Banheiro era dentro do quarto e outro fora, apesar de muitas pessoas usando sempre estavam limpos. Bastante moradores locais utilizam o hostel também. Nada, tudo tranquilo lá.

Et le gros plus : ce ne sont pas des rideaux mais une porte coulissante qui se verrouille. Tu peux laisser tes affaires tranquille Le matelas était quand même dur donc le sommeil pas top. Et le soir il peuvent fermer à clé la porte de la réception donc pas pratique

• Marloes (6/5): - It is nice to have your own space with a cabin you can lock. It is spacious enough. They also provide free towels and toileteries. The location is quiet. The people working there were not interested and friendly, they did the minimum they had to. Bathrooms were old and dirty and no common feeling because there is no shared space. The matress is hard, so not comfy.

• Mike (8/5): - Nice large pods to accommodate 2 persons or 1 person and their bags. Just off Hoan Kiem Lake which is handy for those morning/evening strolls. Even noise over the weekend wasn't noticed when streets closed down for the day. Nice and Cheap. Staff are friendly and accommodating.

Chị chủ và cả nhà rất lịch sự, thân thiện, nhiệt tình. Vị trí vô cùng tuyệt vời, có thể đi bộ sang nhà thờ, nhà hát lớn, bờ hồ, phố cổ…Giá tốt Nếu bạn nhạy cảm với âm thanh thì nên cân nhắc, vì không gian chung, không có cách âm nhiều

• Tijana (4/5): Place has a potential but… - I personally liked my capsule “room”. Nice and comfortable queen bed and quite spacious. Provided towels, slippers and toothbrush were a nice touch. Clean space. Unfortunately I’m leaving a bad review because of the staff. Everyone except the English speaking lady that checked me in were uninterested and dismissive! I needed help with booking a transportation and they had zero interest in helping me. Don’t get me wrong, I’m aware that the language barrier played a big part, however they showed zero interest in helping a customer that just contributed to their business. With this attitude, you cannot expect a lot of Western guests, and you’ll keep attracting only the local guests. Really a shame as I personally enjoyed the room, but their customer service left a really bad taste in my mouth.

• Caterina (8/5): Buon ostello in pieno centro città - Posizione centralissima. Pur essendo un ostello offre camere matrimoniali private, con bagno. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo Una volta aperte della grande finestra in camera (uno dei motivi per cui avevamo scelto la struttura), abbiamo scoperto che affacciava su un murales con un finto acquario. La stanza non è molto insonorizzata, sentivamo qualsiasi conversazione della stanza accanto.

Würde ich aber nicht mehr buchen - - Personal war sehr nett - Gepäck konnte gelagert werden - Lage, direkt im Zentrum - Bequemes Bett - Sauberkeit, besonders im Bad - Kein früherer Check-in möglich - finde es im Vergleich zu meinen anderen Aufenthalten sehr teuer - sieht etwas aus wie ein Kinderzimmer, welches als Doppelzimmer vermietet wird - am Morgen nach starkem Regen, war überall Wasser am Boden, rundherum am Bett - überall kleine Ameisen
