Entraba gente por horas, jovenes, etc. la decoracion fea, el desayuno no existe. Hay abajo bebidas, arroz, etc, las 24 hs, y eso es el desayuno. Lo q si millones de amenities para llevarte a la habitacion, 😜.Obvio q no hay lugar para las valijas

- Victoria (9/5): Pretty impressive - The room was clean and very spacious, we appreciated the bath and massage chair after an active holiday. The free bar included free popcorn, fairy floss, ice cream, curry bar, alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. The amenity selection was also very impressive. There was a coffee bar on the 8th floor that was also a highlight. Netflix is available in the room as well as Prime. We extended our stay for a late check-out, when we went to check out the staff had not recorded we paid for the late check out earlier and requested the late check out fee. They were able to find we paid for a late check-out already but we were surprised to see the fee they wanted to charge was 2,000 yen less than what we paid that morning to extend.

- robert (10/5): - This is a quirky hotel in the thick of the action. Many amenities and rooms with all the appointments for a comfortable stay. Very friendly staff who were also helpful with suggestions on places to see and eat. I’ll stay here again.
- danielle (5/5): - Um it's kind of confusing because it sort of is an adult / love hotel but there's kids there which is weird. If you're vegetarian it's low value on the food. The women who work there are overall nice but it's not a good value except to drink to excess. I speak Japanese as well and idk. The bubble bath and amenities are ok. Quoted and paid one price for three on booking and was charged and extra 310 in an accusatory tone in the middle of the night even though we all went to the desk to hand our passports in. I stay at love hotels (not ones with kids. Kills the atmosphere) and I am used to an honest pay scale. I also borrowed a hair straightener and returned it the next day and was asked about it in checkout. Idk it's disorganized. Not worth it honestly their other properties have better amenities and no kids. Beds are hard and pillows are flat

They had a tropical paradise vibe, but within walking distance of a few of the hot parts of Osaka. They also have all the amenities you need. The automatic light in the entry room has no off switch.

Hotel perfetto per coccolarsi. Letto molto comodo, finestra insonorizzata. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Purtroppo la prima notte lo staff ha fatto le pulizie nella stanza vicino alla nostra circa verso le ore 3/4, quindi si sono sentiti rumori che ci hanno disturbato il sonno, per il resto tutto perfetto.

Great location near to metro access. Feels like an oasis in the city as it is quiet and peaceful. Loved the bathtub with tv. The massage chair was helpful after all the walking. Very good restaurants, cafes, live music venues, and cocktail bars nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

The amount of different toiletries that they had for you to just walk up and grab for free were insane. They also offer either curry with rice, or soup pretty much all day that is free. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone that tells me they are going to Japan. That I couldn't stay longer

- Lisa (10/5): The Platinum Suite is awesome and affordable! - We were amazed the moment we walked in to the Hotel. We booked the Platinum suite and it was just exceptional! The bedrock room was amazing, lying on the heated floor was so relaxing. Then into the huge spa bath and bathroom. The massage chair was great after a day out walking. There was even a Karaoke machine and projector in our room along with a big TV. So many free inclusions downstairs such as a bar with 24hr free drinks. Coffee, curries, ice cream, a fairy floss maker and a whole range of beauty products and knick knacks.

- Caroline (9/5): Love the amenities - Hotel was cozy. Nice resort vibes. Lots of free amenities in the lobby. Love it a lot. The lobby has a nice little place to chill if you need to pass some time, especially when it’s fully stocked with drinks and snacks. The room was a little small. Room also tend to get hot really quick so I need to keep adjusting the thermostat. I also noticed some dust at the bedside counter.
- Caroline (10/5): Relaxing and comfortable - The room was really spacious. It was the first time I had a bedrock bath in my room. Had a relaxing time inside there. The room was comfortable, and had plenty of place to chill. Not to mention the various amenities offered in the lobby. Had a great time at this hotel! The windows were not very soundproof so we could hear all sorts of sounds coming from the streets. The light inside the bedrock bath was flickering too.

- Jenya (10/5): מדהים מדהים מדהים!!! - ואוו איזה מלון מושלם!!! הכי טוב בפער מכל אלו שהיינו בהם ביפן. תמורה מעולה למחיר!! אמרנו להם מראש שאנחנו בירח דבש והם פינקו אותנו בקינוח מדהים לחדר. יש מלא אלכוהול, גלידות, פופקורן, מרק, אוכל חם בצהריים והכל בחינם! 😱 בנוסף יש המון תכשירים לאמבט שאפשר לקחת לחדר באופן חופשי. זריקת חצים וקריוקי גם בחינם. החדר היה ממש גדול וגם האמבט. נמליץ עליו לכל מי שיסע ליפן!

- Gaynor (10/5): Great fun, lots to do and see. - It was fun, the decor was looked like hotels in Bali, down to the scent and the tinkering bells. The rooms themselves were a little shabby, which added to the charm. All sorts of freebies were offered in the lobby, including drinks, ice cream, curry and beauty products. The location could not have been better, right in the heart of Dotonbori, close to food, shops, baaa and clubs. It’s was expensive, but so is the entire area, and the ambiance made up a little for the hit to my credit card.

- Dilraj (10/5): I recommend this hotel. - Location was very good. Unlimited drinks. Unlimited cosmetics things. Room size compared to nearby hotels bit small. Hard to adjust 2 big luggage’s. But overall it’s worth for spending.
- Corentin (10/5): Great (unexpected) experience, spacious room, lots of services - We booked it without really knowing what to expect. Spoiler: it was great. The location was top notch, perfect to explore and enjoy Osaka. The staff is really nice, there’s plenty of services (from a curry bar to a station to grind your own coffee beans, as well as all the beauty products you might need) and the room was bigger than the standard room. Because of the nature of this hotel (a love hotel from my understanding), you have to leave the key at the reception every time you leave the hotel. I didn’t find it problematic nor understand why it’d be a problem, especially since there’s someone 24/7 at the front desk. Wouldn’t recommend to a family with children but definitely worth it for a couple or friends.

The smooth lighting level transitions with the dimmer in the room was nice. The air conditioner didn't quite go cold enough(19C minimum), but using the provided blankets you might still sweat a little

- ORLY (4/5): מלון קונספט לזוגות - צוות מאוד שירותי וחמוד גם שביקשנו לעזוב לאחר לילה לא חייבו אותהו בדמי הביטול. אספקת כיבוד מאוד רחב לב קונספט מלון אהבה לזוגות לא מתאים לארוח משפחה….. הזמנו שלושה לילות ונאלצנו לאחר לילה לבטל את ההזמנה כדי להמנע ממבוכה מול ילדנו המתבגרים🤪 עיצוב החדר מאוד לא נח גם ששידרגנו לחדר הכי גדול במלון. המון ריהוט מיותר והחדר עמוס ולא ניתן לזוז בו. מדרגות מסוכנות בתוך החדר לאנשים מבוגרים. ריח עישון מחריד בחדר שלא איפשר להמשיך לשהות בו ולמעשה כל הלילה נחנקנו ולא נרדמנו וחיכינו שהבוקר יעלה ונעזוב.

- Vincenzo (9/5): - The hotel has a great quality price ratio, the position is amazing right next to Dotombori. The hotel staff has been very kind also in helping me to ship my luggage and the hotel gives you all the necessary in terms of amenities. Really recommended The room could've been cleaner and being on the second floor sometimes you can smell the kitchen from downstairs which was not great.
