Guest Reviews
- 呉 (9/5): 大体满意,但下次应该不会再选 - 服务,卫生,价格,位置 周围很吵,一直吵到早上四点钟,对外的隔音很差,房间还是小了点,行李箱可能打不开,凌晨想点些吃的点不了
- Quentin (8/5): -
- Achala (7/5): - In heart of Shibuya and close to the station, so it was really convenient This was our first time staying at a love hotel, so we weren’t sure how the checkin/checkout process worked. The staff does not speak english but we used google translate.
- Muniz (10/5): -
- Satwinder (6/5): Ok but mis-leading advertising. - Advertised a quieter but street noise went on untill 5 AM. We knew the area was a party place but don't advertise the place as quiet. Soundproof the large window by the bed!
- Daniel (9/5): Bom hotel para passar um tempo em shibuya sem se preocupar com transporte - Localização e conforto Lençol estava com manchas de sangue
- Bryony (8/5): Very pleasant stay. - Very clean, great amenities, helpful staff. We didn't realise it was a love hotel when we booked it but that was our mistake, it was in a great central location and the bed was very very comfortable. If you're thinking of booking and happen to be a light sleeper, please be aware that this hotel is near nightclubs so at night it is very noisy from 10pm - 5am, which kept us up a bit. However earplugs were available which was very helpful.

- Roxanne (1/5): - Did not contact me back
- JUNICHI (8/5): - the tempur bed is top 1
top 2 is the vanity area pancake breakfast was bad
- Ross (9/5): Great night here.thanks - Great location Nothing
- Lea (10/5): Très bon spot - Rien à redire honnêtement le service est luxueux, très propre et joli vraiment niveau emplacement et qualité prix je pense que c’est le meilleur rapport qualité prix de Tokyo Rien
- Mutia (8/5): Very good -
- Michael (10/5): Exceptional -
- Erica (4/5): Awkward - Close to train station. My mistake but I didn’t realize what type of hotel this was until we arrived and got into our room, I wish I had read more of the reviews. The windows were blocked out so it felt very claustrophobic in the room with no natural light, however there was also a draft from the window blowing right over my head all night long. The staff seemed to try to avoid us and were always blocked from view behind the counter (again I think because of the type of hotel it is)
It seemed to be in a loud party area of town so was noisy which is to be expected, however I was concerned for our safety as there was door propped open at all hours which lead to an outdoor stairwell.
Over all it was fine but knowing what I know now I would not return to this location
- Edmond (7/5): Good - Great location and very clean. We loved the amenities in the room, it had even a headband and facial mask and pijamas! The room was much smaller than it seems in pictures. They don’t make a daily service in the room, change towels etc.
- Aaron (8/5): Great value, good location for Shibuya shenanigans - Great value The room was great..outside the room and hallway could use some attention
- David (8/5): Good sized room, everything is look for in an hotel. - The bed was amazing. Decent room with good air con. Nothing
- Aaron (5/5): I'll consider other places first - Very cool room!..loved the colors and ambiance The weak lock behind the headboard..someone could come in although the chances are slim being in japan. Roaches and rats are right outside at night in the area of shibuya. The ointment smell is strong...too strong if you don't like it. Physical keys that you have to return to the front desk every time you leave the hotel.
- Jenny (7/5): Good -
- Jessica (9/5): Superb - we booked here for the location. was very clean and actually just a nice place to stay at. they had condoms to sex toys to face masks in the room but no lube hahah
receptionist didn't know english but we managed with google translate
- Danni (9/5): Very good, but a bit on the expensive side - Very nice place, with clean and spacious rooms, good toilet and bath facilities and late check out For a love hotel, it’s on the expensive side
- Nicola (10/5): Exceptional -
- Malú (10/5): Exceptional - Good location. We needed to stay one night and move on to the next trip. Staff didn't speak English and had no idea about the reservation via Booking. Some other guests helped us translating.
- Timothy (8/5): Very good -
- Dexter (10/5): Exceptional -
- Cristian (1/5): Worst way to finish a trip in Japan - Nothing IT'S A LOVE HOTEL! HORRIBLE FOR TRAVELERS!
- Room smelled to cigarettes and didn't want to change us
- Room was miniature, no space for luggage
- Constant screams at night
- Reception didn't speak a word of English
- Neighbour hotels cost half the price
- Colin (8/5): Very good -
