• Andre (1/5): Trash - They gave me the worst badroom. The worst badroom that I’ve ever stayed in my life. Dirty, no towels, really small and claustrofóbic room, smelling bed. I ask to change the room and they don’t even care about it and just said wasn’t possible. Terrible experience. I’ll never recommend this place.

• James (4/5): This property is substantially built and should not have passed the LA County building codes. - The staff were polite and friendly . Very substandard and needed renovation. Toilet too close to the wall to allow for space to sit properly. A/C was so high that, you have to climb on top of the bed to operate it.

The police showed up two out of the three - Nothing They did not accommodate me and my husband at all the rooms were terrible. The bedsheets were disgusting. The service was horrible, and the whole experience was a nightmare never again.

EVERYTHING. they have 3 regular parkings and one handicap. the pictures are not what’s actually inside those rooms. there’s visible holes in the bedsheets. they didn’t clean the room, the room window was opened when we first went into the room, WHY?! I don’t know but it was not clean, it stunk, we passed by someone had their door room opened and i’m not judging because you can do whatever you want with your life but they were clearly tweaking and doing heavy drugs and you could smell it. horrible horrible. actually scary. i didn’t check the reviews prior to booking, this is horrible .

• Cota (1/5): - Nothing from that place We were there for only five minutes; the place is very dirty, foul-smelling, and overrun by addicts who watch everyone who arrives to stay there. It truly leaves a very ugly and unpleasant impression—it is not recommended for anyone. We left immediately, and I am writing this so that action is taken regarding this matter and something is done about it. Families traveling from out of town to visit Hollywood: do not choose the Budget Inn Hotel for your accommodations.

Still waiting for reimbursement for money I paid out for room. Accomodate me for funds I have paid out for a room I didn't receive. The room very simple only two towels and there was no flooring towel for the bathroom so when guests shower lot of water on the floor also the toilet sweater base was all tags with blue tapes also there is no refrigerator to place any kind of drink you buy for the room so you any kind of refreshing drinks on the room also the walls lot of colors all kind

Sunset 6830 en la propaganda de internet, y el Hotel está en Bvd. Sunset 6930. Esto me causó muchos problemas en su localización. El cuarto que me asignaron no contaba con servicios. ni una silla ni una mesa, las ventanas estaban dañadas y no se podían cerrar, pasé mucho frío con ventanas abiertas. Les envíe una carta explicándoles lo sucedido al no poder localizar el Hotel.

• Blanca (1/5): SAFETY ISSUES AND UNSANITARY CONDITIONS - This place is extremely unsafe. We left immediately because we felt in danger from the moment we arrived. People were openly using drugs (crack, marijuana, meth), running through the hallways and blocking entrances. We witnessed a chase in the hallway, and when I approached our room, several individuals who appeared intoxicated and out of control came directly toward me. One person appeared to be carrying something resembling a knife. We informed the front desk and asked them to check the security cameras. The staff member did review the footage and stated that he could not do anything about it. The room was filthy and nothing like the photos: torn and stained sheets, cockroaches, feces on the pillows, a window with no glass, heavy humidity, smoke from drug use entering the room, and no smoke detectors. This is not just a bad hotel, it is a serious safety risk. Avoid under any circumstances.

I have no standard for motel rooms and have stayed in the worst of the worst but I see the room and never went back. It is what it is. Bring your own bedding and towels maybe? The bedding was stained and filthy. Couple had towels on the bathroom from who knows. Pros: No bedbugs and front desk was friendly and quick check in.

I didn't feel like my life was in imminent danger while I was in my room so I guess that's a positive. The area around there is very dirty, but there's plenty of food and stuff in walking distance. There's a chick fil a at the corner, and a really good taco place a few blocks away. The room itself was dirty, and kinda gross, but I didn't see any bugs inside the room at least. If you can afford to stay somewhere else, stay somewhere else. There are several hotels around the area that looked nicer. Even the Hollywood Hotel next door, which I'm guessing is owned by the same people, looked nicer.

Photos that advertise in the application not those that offer. I rented the room for 2 nights and despite complaining and not using the service, they still charge you.
• Leticia (6/5): Good but did have negative experiences - Our stay was okay, not bad not good. Room was clean & had air conditioning wasn’t to bad for a one night stay. Did have noisy upstairs neighbors but the later it got quieter it got. Only negative is they don’t have a parking lot so to find parking can be tricky on a public busy street & there’s also parking meters there but it’s a whole thing and shorta complicated to explain. It’s only free certain times and certain days. The receptionist explained it very well tho when we stayed doubtful about how the parking worked there.

A nosotros porque seguimos casi 10 días en LA y nos quedamos dos noches en ese hotel y aún no han devuelto lo del depósito y según el trabajador se retornaban al otro día

• Glenn (4/5): - This motel is in a rundown part of Hollywood. Unfortunately, this used to be a good area. Now it's filthy, with unhoused people everywhere, abandoned buildings, and bad smells. The property feels unsafe as anyone off the street can walk right up to your door. Many items (pics available) were in poor condition - burn hole in duvet, broken a/c housing, missing grommets on drapes, horrible mattress, and no towels. You have to go to the motel next door to check in/out. Would NOT recommend or stay there again.

• Morgan (2/5): - First impression was walking into a non-smoking room that reeked of cigarettes, the smoke alarm was yanked out, no curtain in the bathroom, cigarette burns in the bedding, no curtain in the bathroom that looked out to a needle/ cigarette filled alleyway. We changed rooms and got one that didn’t smell like smoke, but was still dirty, eyelashes in bathroom, used toothbrush, a closet with nothing to hang things on, and a table without a top. This was by far the worst place I’ve ever stayed! Not even you get what you pay for, this was beyond unsanitary and grimy.

• Salvador (1/5): Would not recommend very unsafe and overall bad experience - Parking was bad and rooms smelled like cigarettes.the environment was very bad and i didnt feel safe my family being there. staff was friendly but thats the only positive thing i could say about this place. felt very unsafe and it smelled bad. parking was horrible its so narrow getting in as well felt like everyone was smoking cigarettes and weed.
