• Gaia (1/5): - Arrivati in struttura, abbiamo trovato la stanza sporchissima, con un solo letto matrimoniale e un letto piccolo sporchissimo, la casa aveva un odore pessimo di fumo e la proprietaria maleducata! Sconsiglio .
• Gianluca (1/5): Alla fine non abbiamo dormito lì - Niente Eravamo una famiglia di 10 persone e abbiamo prenotato 2 appartamenti. (Uno per 6 persone compresi 2 bambini , un altro per 4 adulti). La nostra esperienza è iniziata ancora prima di entrare nell’appartamento con delle persone che ci lanciavano giocattoli dal 5 piano. Entriamo nella struttura ma nn riusciamo a trovare le chiavi e dopo averli contattati, un ragazzo ci dà le chiavi di appartamenti diversi da quelli che avevamo prenotato: uno per 4 persone tutto sporco e rotto ( la corda della serranda era legata ad un mobile, la porta tutta rotta , bagno trovato in una pozza d’acqua, mentre l’altro appartamento per 3 persone con un tanfo forte di sigaretta, un ripostiglio che non riusciva ad aprirsi bloccato da mobili distrutti, ed un letto a castello sotto con un materasso sopra l’altro…Un’appartamento da paura! Riusciamo a metterci in contatto con i proprietari della struttura che parlavano sgarbati e con la presunzione che i letti c’erano per tutti e dovevamo dormire nei divani ( totale posti letto dei due appartamenti : 6 persone su 10) allego foto

• CARLOS (3/5): - La Ubicación estaba a 10 minutos del centro El apartamento tiene falta de mantenimiento. Varias cosas no funcionaban (Luces fundidas, persiana en dormitorio que no bajaba)
• Myriam (10/5): Agréable - L’appartement à Tirana était vraiment top ! Très propre, bien entretenu et idéalement situé, tout est à proximité du centre-ville. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, rien à redire sur le logement lui-même. Le seul petit inconvénient concerne le stationnement : il y a un parking payant sur place (environ 5 € par nuit), sinon il faut chercher une place dans la rue, ce qui peut être un peu compliqué. Mis à part cela, tout était parfait !”

Llegamos y no habían dejado la llave preparada, eran las 3 am y nos dijeron que fuéramos a recoger las llaves a otro lugar, tras 1 hora en eso, llegamos al apartamento y nos habían dado las llaves del apartamento 6 que estaba ocupado, y el nuestro era el 2. Avisamos y vienen tras 10 min y nos traen las correctas. El mensaje de cocina estaba oxidado y sucio, las sábanas mojadas, el ventilador y las persianas rotas, el sofá rasgado y sucio. Tuvimos que sacar los colchones al salón porque era donde había aire, además de la habitación principal. A las 9:50 am nos despertamos porque alguien estaba intentando entrar al apartamento y menos mal habíamos puesto el seguro manual y una mesa que al moverse nos despertó, era una mujer gritando “apartment payment” cero respeto y educación. Al no hablar inglés ni español me pasó su móvil y hablé con un hombre al q le dije que solo pagaría una noche y nos íbamos porque las cosas no estaban bien y estábamos incómodos. No recomiendo aunque el precio sea bueno sería bueno que hicieran un esfuerzo en mejorar la calidad en la atención. Perdimos la mañana al no poder descansar. Nefasto y además íbamos con un niño.

En atterrissant à 0h30, on a été rapidement à l hôtel et on a pu récupérer les clés librement en arrivant à cette heure. L'état de l'appartement: évier cassé, ainsi Qu un des lits et un tiroir. J'avais réservé un mini van pour 9 à 50 euros... or une voiture pour 4 nous attendait et le reste de ma famille a dû attendre un autre chauffeur en colère qui les a pris à 5 dans la voiture. Seul avantage, la course était moins chère que prévue car l hôtel prenait une commission
• Tomas (8/5): Our group stay in apartment was good - There are two bathrooms, apartments are in the city center. There were some inconvenience with the staff. Took some time to get the right keys for apartments, we needed wifi asap but the staff didn’t provide wifi password at start, took some time to get it. My suggestion is to write a password on paper and leave it on table.
• Anonymous (4/5): Disappointing - Good location, quite central and quiet area to stay whilst in the city. The apartment is big enough to accommodate for six people or a group. Good facilities in bathroom and kitchen. This stay was disappointing from the beginning, little to no check-in information with no signs or instructions unless you contact a separate number. The apartment has many faults like torn sofa, stains on bedsheets, no batteries in tv remotes (we had to use our own), wet towels in the washing machine so we couldn't use it and men's briefs left in one of the bedrooms cabinet. Another thing to note is that the bathroom door lock was left on locked and when contacting the host about this problem we were informed that the key was lost and there was nothing they could do about it. Which is completely fair however, in a big group of six people this led to issues of privacy whenever someone would need to use the bathroom as the door never fully closes. Giving the host the payment for the stay was also slightly confusing and concerning as there was again no instructions on when or how they took payment and we just assumed we'd just leave it on the counter or in the key lock box. We hear a knock at the door and a woman is at the front door asking for the payment. No introductions, no validation and little to no communication. Overall, bad communication, passive aggressive host responses and very poor standards in the apartment.

• Renake (5/5): Can stay for a day or two, won't recommend for long stays. Overall fine. - Size of the property is good, 2 bedrooms, and one living room with open kitchen. They property can easily accommodate 5 people. Host was understanding, as we expressed our discomfort she figured out way to make it easier for both sides. First of all, there were no toiletries available in the bathroom. We asked the host to arrange those after our arrival, firstly she said she will arrange it, while we were away for dinner for almost 2-3hrs, while returning I wanted to confirm if the things are arranged. Then she says, I am not in the city, and there's no one else to arrange those things, can we get it on our behalf. The sofas in the Living room, are torn and not in a condition to be used.

• Hector (8/5): Perfect location, good place to start discovering Tirana. - Quiet apartment, excellent location to be able to walk to all the tourist attractions in the city, as well as bus stops nearby. A neighborhood where you can find everything, and close to the boulevards. Apartment equipped with the basics for a quiet stay. The condition of some mattresses could be improved.

• Anagha (9/5): Superb - Specious clean apartment. Very centrally located. Everything was close by. Central square was at walking distance. Excellent area. Since we wanted to cook, there were not enough utensils, or cups for coffee, tea etc. on cleaning materials everything was written in Albanese which we couldn't understand. So, we were confused which soap was for machine, which was shampoo etc.

He made sure everything was super clean an did a fantastic job! So friendly and jolly very welcoming 🙏 Everything was fabulous May be tea coffee sugar would be fantastic to have available other then that it was a great stay . Great location 👌 A few nights in tirana is more then enough Only a short walk from the main tourest area. Everything was fantastic No complaints from us

• Elvin (7/5): Need improvement - The location and apartment size is good enough for 4 person and have plenty of facilities. The washing machine is old and no instructions how to use which is difficult to understand. There is no soap, shampoo, room shoe(which is cold floor) for use where we bought one left in the room and hope that can be shared with the next tenant. The air conditioning is not enough for the bedroom where it was cold in the evenings. Toilet tank need maintenance as sometimes, it doesn't close after been full and wasting water. Shower room doesn't have door that spread the water to the whole bathroom which crate slip hazard. Note for the next tenant, the parking in the ground floor is expensive (800 lek(8euro) per day) and ask to give money in advance. Recommended not to give whole days money in advance. As we changed plan and parked 2 days out of the parking but they didn't refund the money which is ridiculous.

• Ahmet (1/5): Bad - - We did not stay in this apartment. The landlord said that he had taken us to another place according to his own pleasure and that we would not stay in this house. It was a dormitory for 10 people with 5 bunk beds. It was a nightmare with dirty sheets and uncleaned toilet. And we learned all this when we went down to the city at 03:00 in the morning and came to the door of the house we made the reservation for and could not enter. We realized later that the place we had booked months ago had been rented to someone else that day.

The location is amazing and you can find a car parking place nearby easily The weather was not that cold but the room was freezing. Air conditioner can't heat the room enough and the windows were open until we checked in. From evening to check out it was all cold

• Rahuman (10/5): Brand new beautiful spacious modern apartment, got everything to keep you & your family comfortable. - I arrived at the apartment quite late past midnight and the host was kind and arranged a locker to pick up the keys. I could pick up the keys using the code and check in smoothly. The host also helped us to organise a trip to Boville lake. There is nothing to complain about.
• Pawel (6/5): Lack of the aircon in the bedroom a real problem in Tirana's climate. - OK for couple of days. The bedroom does not have aircon and it was so hot in August that is was very difficult to sleep there. The leaving room aircon to week to serve the entire flat. Kitchen should be better equipped. Some furniture needs fixing.
