Thanh (1/5): Worst management - I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. Despite the property being fully sold out, rooms were still available for booking on OTA platforms. I made a reservation and traveled all the way to the hotel, only to be told upon arrival (at around midnight) that there were no rooms available. The front desk staff informed me that this was due to the manager not closing availability online. What made the situation worse was the complete lack of apology or accountability from the staff. Arriving late at night and being left without a room is unacceptable, especially when the issue was clearly due to internal mismanagement. This reflects very poor operational control and customer service. I strongly suggest the hotel review their inventory management and staff training to avoid putting future guests in the same situation.

Camilla (4/5): if you just want a bed and close to shops, this is the place to stay - the staff helped me with my luggage the room did not have a kettle when i arrived I had to go ask for one and got a dirty one, the room was promised a fridge, the fridge was not working and leaking on the floor. when i asked for ice they didnt have
