Ágata (9/5): - Boa decoração e localização. O pacote/preço que adquiri não incluía bebidas durante as refeições, algo de que não me apercebi no momento da reserva. Apenas estava incluída água. Embora não me importasse de pagar as bebidas à parte, não me foi possível escolhê-las à mesa. Os funcionários, com um nível de inglês limitado, encaminharam-me para o bar. Assim, a meio da refeição, tive de deixar o prato na mesa e deslocar-me ao bar para comprar uma garrafa de vinho. Os horários das refeições terminavam demasiado cedo, sobretudo para quem está de férias. O pequeno-almoço encerrava por volta das 9h30 ou 10h (não consigo precisar ao certo), e o jantar às 21h. Além disso, havia pouca flexibilidade por parte dos funcionários, que fechavam portas de correr a separar a zona da comida das mesas onde os hóspedes ainda estavam a terminar a refeição. Simultaneamente, alguns começavam a servir-se para a sua própria refeição, enquanto outros recolhiam a comida para a cozinha.

La piscine devant l'hôtel était relaxante. La plage était à deux pas. Sabina, la réceptionniste, était très accueillante et polie. Csongor (8/5): A szálloda maga jól felszerelt, jó az elhelyezkedése, de 5 csillagos szállodától azért távol áll. - Kiváló elhelyezkedés közel a parthoz. Modern felszerelt szobák. Nem volt csak műanyag és papír pohár. Egyszer a lift elromlott és nem működött a vészjelző sem benne. A személyzet nem túl motivált és nem barátságos.

Sebastian (8/5): Meraviglioso per il prezzo pagato - La struttura è adeguata per il tipo di soggiorno ricercato, la camera era molto spaziosa, si trattava di un appartamento all’ultimo piano composto da due camere (una con due letti singoli, una con letto matrimoniale) e due bagni, più un balcone per ogni camera. Abbiamo scelto una formula all inclusive che comprendeva colazione, pranzo, cena, snack di metà pomeriggio. L’assortimento era vasto e il menù differente ogni giorno. Forse da rivedere l’assortimento di dolci che si presentava pressoché statico e che girava intorno ai dolci a base di cocco rapé, in più alcuni dolci come quello alle noci presentava all’interno pezzi di guscio. La posizione è sul lungomare di golem, zona molto frequentata e contornata da altri resort come questo. Piscina privata e spiaggia attrezzata. Poca chiarezza su come prenotare i lettini in piscina.
Urim (1/5): Ich bin 39 Jahre alt, und das war mein schlimmster Albtraum in dieser 39 Jahre Urlaub zu machen - Nichts, was mir einfallen würde!!! Wollte Urlaub mit meinen vierjährigen Tochter machen zwei Nächte 480 € bezahlt. andere Rezeption war keine nett die Dame waren sehr unfreundlich und unsympathisch. Man hat das Geld bezahlt, die Karte vom Zimmer erhalten und das war’s auch schon. Man hat nichts weiter erzählt, was man unternehmen kann. ich hab mich persönlich sehr ausgenutzt gefühlt zwei Nächte habe ich bezahlt. Eine Nacht bin ich geblieben und am nächsten Tag bin ich wieder weggefahren. es ist familienfreundlich, aber im Gegensatz, das war überhaupt nichts von familienfreundlich. laute Musik bis Mitternacht. Mach mal bis 1:20 Uhr. Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht Von Minibar braucht man nicht reden. Es war einfach ein altes Kühlschrank reingesteckt, ohne Getränke ohne gar nix. es war zu viel verlangt mir Getränke ins Zimmer zu bestellen lassen mit Bezahlung natürlich nicht einmal das hat funktioniert. ich bin der letzte wo eine Bewertung schreibt oder überhaupt eine schlechte Bewertung schreiben möchte. Aber da habe ich mir vorgenommen, dass ich die anderen Leute warnen würde weil man wird einfach nur von A bis Z nur ausgenutzt und mehr nicht!!! Die laute Musik Livemusik und wir standen in zweite Etage. Das ist zwar so laut, als würde der jenige in unsere Zimmer singen. Wie kann man bei so einem Lärm schlafen vor allem ein kleines Kind wo vier Jahre alt ist sowas wird überhaupt nicht . Hauptsache, die machen ihren Umsatz, die Leute trinken machen tun und das aber auf die Gäste wird kein Rücksicht mehr genommen 0,0 solang, sobald sie schon bezahlt haben. manchmal habe ich sogar Angst gehabt an der Rezeption was nachzufragen, weil ich schon so böse angeschaut wurde und deswegen würde ich am liebsten aller allerliebsten nicht mal 1 Stern geben, sondern -10 Sterne Tut mir leid, dass ich das schreiben muss und ich könnte noch viel mehr schreiben aber ich denke das ist genug, dass man weiß, wofür man da Urlaub machen sollte. Ich wüsste jetzt nicht wofür .
Yves (5/5): - Für ein 3.5 Stern wäre es gut, aber nicht für ein 5 Sterne Hotel. Das All inclusive ist auf einem tiefen Niveau, besser vor Ort oder sogar günstig und besser im eigenen Hotelrestaurant essen. Zum Flughafen mit eigenem HotelTaxi mussten wir in ein anderes Taxi umsteigen da der Fahrer in eine andere Richtung fahren sollte. Sehr umständlich weil schon Gäste im anderen Taxi drin waren und alle Gepäcke nicht Platz hatten. Ich musste die 23kg Gepäckstück auf meinen Beinen aushalten. Mehr als ein Sorry gab es nicht. Daher würde ich in dieser Gegend ein anderes Hotel berücksichtigen. …. Und die 50 Euro Hinterlegung wurde bei der Abreise vergessen auszuzahlen, ich hatte dann auch nicht gerade gedacht. Mit Mailverkehr wurde der Betrag innert kurzer Zeit dann aufs Bankkonto überwiesen.

Elena (10/5): Wonderful stay ! Bellissimo soggiorno! Top ! - It is a fantastic place, the best of the area! There is everything you need: 2 outdoor pools, beach with umbrella and sunbeds included in the price, clean towels every time you want, spa with salt room, sauna, showers, changing room, lockers with keys, indoor swimming pool and idro massage (a little bit cold) and gym with new tools. You can have treatments and massage. We had an all inclusive package: breakfast, lunch, small snacks in the afternoon and dinner. The food is delicious !! You have water, beer, wine and coffee (yes, like real Italian coffee!!) . Also the last day you can enjoy all the facilities and this is wonderful! Even the meal if you have not had all the meal on the arrival day. The structure is completely new and modern and the ladies clean all the time! In the room you will have always new bottles of water each time and also a razor and toothbrush. We booked a room with the see view and I strongly recommend it! The beds are the most comfortable I have ever tried and after midnight, when the bars on the beach turn the music off, there is a wonderful silence until the morning ! The receptionists are so kind and helpful. There is also animation staff to dance in the sea in the morning and to do some activities with the kids. 💓💓💓 You can pay by card or cash in euro or ALL and they can book for you a shuttle to the airport. Everything was beautiful in our holiday! The sea is not cristal blue in the north part of Albania, maybe this is the only thing to consider. But of course this doesn't depend on the hotel, which is wonderful! But you can organise excursions to the south of the country. Just a little suggestion to the hotel: there is plenty of sweets to eat but they are all pretty similar. Maybe you could add some ice cream or different cakes. Anyway they are all delicious 😋 For the guests who are used to sleep in the complete dark, remember to bring an eye mask, like I did, so that the sun light in the morning doesn't wake you up. There are curtains of course, but it's normal that a bit of light comes in. Enjoy your stay 💋

Robert (7/5): Decent enough - The hotel had everything you needed. It was of a 5 star hotel with great pool area and spa was beautiful however other than a lotttt of cleaners mopping the floors constantly and a lot of staff lifting your plate away at all inclusive buffet, it wasn’t maintained elsewhere. The all inclusive buffet did have plenty of change throughout the week, daily lunch and dinner which was amazing. Sushi, fresh fish and chicken etc cut in front of you. Lots of meats, sides, separate dessert area. Despite the amount of cleaners and wet floor signs constantly being mopped there seemed to be less care on the surfaces with grime and dust built up on taps, showers, tiles and units in our room. Toilet seat wasn’t level so when flushing water always landed on the seat for you to sit on next time. The fridge kept falling through the gaps in the cupboard everytime pulled the stiff door open. Despite amazing rotation on the buffet for food, the all inclusive drinks weren’t great. Wine and beer on tap which is never the best quality and your typical orange apple etc juices on tap but they always seemed to run out and you’d get a half orange half water horrible drink and having 2 of these stations for alottt of guests meant it was running out every meal time and not being able to keep up with refilling it so a lot of guests were unhappy. There was a person doing gin, vodka etc but just for typicsl juice it wasn’t great and being so hot you needed fluids a lot. The staff were okay. Not expecting great English but working with international guests you would expect some level and definitely expect respect. There was a lot of hands in faces, raised voices, shrugging shoulders, blank looks as if to say no idea what you’re saying please leave so I don’t need to deal with you. Using google translate and get frustrated when they couldn’t get their point across. We organised transfers both way and our transfer going left us as we had a lost case and they didn’t wait. Then organised one back 2 days before we had to leave and it didn’t arrive. Staff just called another and told us to wait which isn’t the point in organising in advance. Not secure. I feel customer service has a long way to come to deal with tourism in Albania. Even a welcome to the hotel was missing, we had so much luggage with a baby and no one helped us, no one brought the trolley luggage carts over which I never saw being used once.

Adnan (7/5): Very good stay and fun with family! - The location of the hotel is amazing, so is the beach, bar, restaurant as well as the rooms and the spa downstairs, we have been here before, service has improved a bit but still to far from competition. Recommended for short stays since there isn't a lot of activities at the hotel itself. Staff must be trained better, a little bit rude and that rudeness won't get you anywhere. Hire more people on the front desk, the poor ladies working there were awesome but super busy all the time. You must train staff not to be rude, there were great people working there but some knew how to be super rude. If you want a tip, do a great job and most likely you will get it, it's the service that gets you the tip a kind advice. Not the greatest value for money, also beware of booking.com they can charge you way more from what hotels in general charge.

Artina (10/5): Exceptional - It is a new hotel next to the sea.Nice view from room.Breakfast was good and you can enjoy it next to the pool if you Beach towels given everyday. Reception girls were helpful. Plastic cups for water can be replaced with glass.No more places to see in Golem.

Sergely (10/5): Exceptional - We had a very great time in the Royal G Max. The staff was very friendly funny and helpful. Always smiling. The food was varied and tasty. Everything was very clean. They were not stop cleaning. The housekeeping staff did a great job they were mopping all day long untiredless. Every night there were some programs for the guests and these were very entertaining. Thank you so much for everybody for everything. We really enjoyed it!
Steven (9/5): Nice stay - Nice location on the shore.Staff was good and thank you to chef Juliano. He was very kind with suggestions and smiley. Pool overcrowded and sometimes reception. A lot of children.
Šmejkal (9/5): Food very good but receptionist made the experience little bit worse - The hotel beach was very clean. Alson the food was very good and tasty. I think that the receptionist need to know more information. When somebody comes to the hotel you should give him inofrmation about when is the breakfast time or the dinner. Or maybe some paper with all of these informations. They dont know what show will be at evening. They have some cooperations with other companies but dont know muc habout them when askes. So this is what i would do little bit better in the future.

Beach area also nice , good standard vs surrounding areas , plenty of beds , spacious and cute beach bar. Good view from our balcony . Good A/C Average welcome from staff . No allowed a second room key , one per room although one room was a twin room , not ideal for two adults ! Room was poor , shabby , broken furniture, chips out of desk , cheap , poor quality . Tiles missing from balcony floor . Poor quality curtains , bright day light early morn . Generally dated / poor quality rooms . Slow WiFi Breakfast awful , stone cold food ! Grumpy staff . Cheap / poor quality produce . Max a 3 star hotel . Very little to do in the area .

Adibas (7/5): Royal G Max - a disappointed vacation destination - The food is very good for all meals and the room cleaning is ok. The attitude of the young lady receptionist was totally totally unacceptable vs. PR and customer service. In the first 5 minutes we interacted, she put me to pay the two rooms we booked and she gave me the keys for the rooms I paid. I have to confess here that, it's my first time when I paid a hotel since the moment I entered, I did not want to get angry and think at the establishments where you must pay from beginning... And surprise, she gave me the cards for two small 14 sqms budget rooms at the back of the hotel while I had paid for two 28.7 sqms large side rooms... So, I had to go back to the reception and after 20 minutes of negotiations, when I insisted to talk with her supervisor, she gave me one sea view room for my mother in law but, I and my wife we slept for one night in one of the small back rooms. I must also mention here that the young female receptionist said in our second dialogue that, if we are not satisfied with the rooms we received we can cancel the reservation or contact booking.com what I consider it is totally unacceptable attitude for 5 stars hotel receptionist! In conclusion, I have been in a lot of places around the globe, my room was upgraded in many hotels but, I never met such a low customer service like this. It is said when you do not understand that, when as PR personnel your represent the hotel, a brand, and why not a country so, by your attitude you can definitely change in bad the feelings of your abroad customers versus all the values you represent...

Sylvia (10/5): Exceptional - Nice and varied breakfast onsite.Some 300-400 people at once having breakfast seems quite challenging for the area,but you don't feel the crowd. Beautiful location on seashore.Clean room and extra towels or sheets can be provided if you want.Laundry was another hit in the hotel. Some loud music from next hotel is annoying until 11 pm.
