• DERVILLE (3/5): Ok pour la ville de Vienne, mais pas pour l'hébergement. Autant Porto était ok en tous points. - La situation géographique à proximité du Danube et du centre ville. Des commerces proches. Calme. Gérant qui nous a accueillis serviable et efficace. Très compliqué ... le logement n'étant disponible qu'à partir de 15h et notre arrivée se situant à 10h, nous avons pris un uber pour nous rendre au "siège", coût 17€ ... de là, on apprend que le logement est disponible immédiatement ... nouveau taxi 22€. Arrivés sur place, pas de problème pour la boîte à clef, mais les différents codes à saisir n'étaient pas évidents, surtout si on suivait vraiment les instructions... on finit par entrer ... chaleur dans le logement, impossible de la baisser, sauf en mettant la climatisation sur 19. Les codes WIFI indiqués sur la fiche dans le logement ne fonctionnaient pas ... on découvre le dernier jour que ces codes sont à l'extérieur de l'appartement, dans les parties communes. La télévision ne fonctionnait pas (pas de piles dans la télécommande ...)Vaisselle et ustensiles au minimum ... pourquoi prendre un appart hotel si on ne peut pas s'y restaurer à l'occasion. !

• Jordan (6/5): Good location, spacious apartment, but no hot water. - Good location, comfortable beds, pleasantly spacious apartment - very unexpected after many other stays in Vienna. Check - In process is odd, but does work... we booked for a certain location, and stood outside the address we had from Booking.com, waiting for the check in time. Once it was time to get inside, we received a url link that sent us to a different address.. felt very confusing and untrustworthy, but everything did work out in the end. But NOT a friendly process for first time travellers, those without a data roaming plan / easy access to a smart phone or mobility issues. Hot water was not available. Shower would run scalding hot for about 20 - 30 seconds, and after that it only ran cold. Spoke to the host about getting it fixed, our 4 night stay ended before we had a hot shower or heard if it was ever fixed.

• Katarina (2/5): Razočaravajuće-apartman s jednom spavaćom sobom - Lokacija, udoban madrac u bračnom krevetu. Grijenje jako slabo, u kupaonici ne radi radijator, prozori vrlo loši. Stan hladan jer oni uopće nemaju dobru izolaciju. Namještaj star i derutan. Pri dolasku nije bio pripremljen ležaj za 3.osobu. Kauč u dnevnoj namjenjen za nju tvrd i neudoban. Jastuci užasni. Tuš kabina propušta vodu, smrdi po kanalizaciji. Bilo je dlaka u njoj. Namještaj prljav, zidovi prljavi. Pod prljav. Najgore od svega je što smo nakon rezervacije dobili poruku od vlasnika da trebamo platiti 10€ po osobi završno čišćenje. Dobili link za uplatu 40€ a nas je troje. Za taj dodatan trošak nismo znali, nigdje pri rezervaciji nije bilo spomena tome iako je vlasnik rrkao da piše. Pripazite!!!!! Komunikacija s vlasnikom loša. Na pitanja ne odgovara pa smo ga na kraju zvali i tražili pojašnjenje. Rekao je da piše u booking sve. Ne vrijedi tih novaca jedno noćenje u ovoj gajbi.

• Andrea (5/5): Male! - La posizione è comoda se si arriva in autobus dall'aereoporto e per raggiungere a piedi il centro di Vienna. L'ambiente in generale non era pulito , inoltre i 2 materassi singoli uniti per formare un matrimoniale non è affatto comodo, si sprofonda e ci si alza con mal di schiena! Dalle finestre spiffera aria anche se poca.. Non c'era nemmeno una bottiglia di acqua.

• Yik Long (9/5): Very central location, perfect for a couple of days exploring the christmas markets - Very central location meant most places were accessible on foot. The bedroom was large and comfortable. The apartment was appropriately heated for winter. Some small things. You can hear the streets from inside, but it is not loud and didnt stop us getting to sleep. Water drained slowly in the shower (drain probably needs cleaning).

• KYRIAKI (7/5): Άριστη τοποθεσία, αλλά παλιό διαμέρισμα. - Άριστη τοποθεσία, μόλις 5-10 λεπτά με τα πόδια από την κεντρική πλατεία του Αγίου Στεφάνου και στο μετρό. Το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό, απάντησε αμέσως στα ερωτήματά μας. Άνετο διαμέρισμα που τριγύρω είχε τα πάντα. Super market, φούρνο, καφέ. Το διαμέρισμα χρήζει ανακαίνισης. Κάποια έπιπλα είναι παλιά και φθαρμένα.Το πάτωμα τρίζει. Τα κλινοσκεπάσματα δεν ήταν αρκετά καθαρά καθώς και το πάτωμα του ντους. Το χαλί στο υπνοδωμάτιο είναι πραγματική εστία μικροβίων. Πρέπει επειγόντως να καθαριστεί. Ενώ είχαμε κάνει κράτηση για 4 άτομα, βρήκαμε στρωμένα 3 κρεβάτια. Ευτυχώς υπήρχαν έξτρα κλινοσκεπάσματα.

The location was fantastic, and the instructions for finding the building, keys, and room were very clear and easy to follow. While the room could benefit from some modernisation, the bed was comfortable and the price was very reasonable for the area. Overall, a convenient and well-priced option for a short stay in the city.

Metro U1 en U4 Schwedenplatz, tram 1 en 2 en eindhalte Vienna Airport Bus Morzinplatz om de hoek. Rotenturmstrasse om de hoek met veel winkels en restaurants ook voor ontbijt zoals Castelleria. Supermarkt Spar om de hoek. Hartje Wenen Stephansplatz / Graben etc. binnen 10 minuten lopen. Het appartement is niet duur. Rioollucht in de badkamer. Stank wordt wel minder als je een paar minuten de douche aanzet maar komt binnen 24u weer terug. Het appartement is gehorig. Vermoedelijk is een groot appartement opgedeeld in 3 units die tegen elkaar aan liggen. Zo ligt de slaapkamer naast de badkamer van een ander appartement. Buren gingen om 06.00 uur douchen en naar toilet. Daar wordt je dan wakker van. In het appartement ontbraken praktische dingen zoals wijnglazen, een afwasborstel, vaatdoek en een theedoek.

• Aytunga (8/5): the apartment’s perfect central location, historic charm, modern kitchen - We had a very pleasant stay at Urban Downtown City Center Apartments. The building is in an excellent location—within walking distance to all major tourist attractions, and with very easy access to the U1 and U4 metro lines. The airport bus that runs every 30 minutes also departs just a 2-minute walk from the apartment, which was extremely convenient. The apartment itself is in a beautiful historic building. We really liked the high ceilings, the stylish furniture, and the charming balcony. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped with everything you may need. Communication with the host was also excellent. They were easily reachable via WhatsApp and phone, and responded very quickly whenever we needed help. They also provided a very detailed guide for the self check-in process, which made everything smooth and easy. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would happily return. However, there were a few issues we were not satisfied with. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the apartment was not as expected. When we arrived, both the kitchen and bathroom bins had not been emptied, and there were food crumbs and dust on the kitchen floor. The bathroom, although not terrible at first glance, clearly hadn’t been cleaned in detail. Additionally, there were no large bath towels provided. After contacting the host via WhatsApp, the housekeeping team came the same day to empty the bins and provide the missing bath towels, which we appreciated. Another issue was the dishwasher. The inside was full of water, probably due to a drainage problem, so we were unable to use it during our stay.

• IFIGENEIA (10/5): Spacious apartment with classic decoration in Vienna - The apartment was on the first floor of an old building at the centre of Vienna. It was very spacious, with old style (but fully functional) furniture and 'classic' decoration. There was one large bedroom, a large sitting room with a sofa bed, a spacious kitchen with a dining area a bathroom with a shower and a balcony. The location was great, lots of restaurants in the street and nearby, supermarkets and bakeries in close vicinity and most museums and places of interest in a walking distance. Bus stops and a metro station also nearby. I can't think of anything. There was an issue with the keys at first (they were not in the key box) but the hosts resolved this issue very fast, met us in person and provided us with the keys.

Lavabo üstü pencere denizligi ahsap bu kisma mermer yapmalilar ve mevcut camlari ayna yapmislar, raf veya rafli kapak yok. 4-1 adet dis kapidan sonra 3 oda kapisi mevcut 2 odanin kapisi ahsap fakat bizim kaldigimiz oda kapisi hem ahsap hem cam eski tip yani birisi cami kirip iceri girebilir. Sifreleme yerine anahtarlar olmali. 5-oda icinin dekorasyonu cok kotu ve kasvetli, penceresi bina araligina bakiyor ve saat 6.00 da sanki bosluktan cop atiliyor gibi gurultu geliyor. Disariyi goremiyorsunuz, balkon yok. Manzara yok. Yatak konforsuz. • Jeannette (6/5): Für 4 Nächte ok, die Lage war entscheidend. - Die Lage ist top. U-Bahn bzw. Tram und Busse in der Nähe. Fussläufig zum Zentrum Das Zimmer ist ziemlich abgewohnt. Was kaputt ist bleibt kaputt, so scheint es. Bei der Sauberkeit muss man Abstriche machen, genauer hinschauen darf man nicht.

• Thomas (8/5): Es war ok - Die Lage ist super im Citty Centre. Die Kommunikation und Organisation mit dem Vermieter lief sehr gut. Wir durften früher ins Appartment. Das Appartement ist ein wilder Mix aus neu und schon etwas abgerockt. So wirklich passt nichts zusammen aber das ist Geschmacksache .
• John (8/5): The apartment, was clean , spacious and well located, and overall facilities were good. - The location was excellent, the apartment was spacious and close to the main tourist attractions and close to public transport.Overall, the facilities were good, but with some reservations regarding the kitchen. The kitchen had all the facilities you would need, however the lack of a kitchen table and the difficulty in reaching the kitchen wall press made things a little difficult. Also the toaster was broken, which we reported on the first day, but was not replaced during our stay.

• Bruce (7/5): Great location in an older building. Probably would not return. - Location was excellent. The rooms were large and comfortable having an entire apartment at our disposal. WiFi was spotty, there was a card inside the apartment telling us name and password of network but that network was extremely iffy, signal depended upon which room you were in. Found another network card with name and password in the inner passage (between our room and apartment next door) but that was no better. Also a lack of plugs. Travelers need to plug in electronics and that was difficult when even one of the bedroom lamps had no plug and no bulb. Bathroom couldn’t flush toilet paper - you had to put in trash can. But, with no room service during week stay, that can got really full really quickly.

• Michele (5/5): - The location was great. Close to public transportation and walking distance to most sites. The shower was good and lots of hot water The furniture was old and tacky, bed mattress old and lumpy, pillows flat, bathroom had a sewer smell. Can't believe they asked us not to flush toilet paper down the toilet. Haven't seen that in years and certainly not in Europe. They never came to dump the soiled paper in the 3 days we were there. They supplied a coffee maker, sugar and cream but no coffee!
• Innez (9/5): - The location is superb. There are numerous supermarkets around and the transportation is so comfortable - there are buses, trams and subway is a walking distance. The apartment is cozy, and the host was reachable. The toilet makes weird noises but that is not a problem.

• RKO (9/5): Birthday vacations - We loved the location as everything was 8 minutes away. Lovely places to eat and close to Spar for shopping needs. The apartment windows didn't open and it got loud on the night.

• lily (9/5): A well-equipped apartment in a great location, overall a very convenient and pleasant stay. - Everything was great. The washing machine and all the included amenities were very useful and made the stay easy and comfortable. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the metro, and the historic elevator is absolutely charming. The only slightly unusual thing was that you can’t flush toilet paper and need to dispose of it in a bin instead. And it was a little expensive compared to other apartments in Europe (but I guess it’s a Vienna thing)

• Natalie (8/5): Schöne Wohnung an top Lage - Wunderschöne Altbauwohnung an top Lage. Freundlicher Herr (nur schriftlicher Kontakt), unkompliziertes Check-in und Check-out. Kaffe und Kaffemaschine, Kühlschrank vorhanden. Schöne Dusche (auch wenn etwas in die Jahre gekommen), Stauraum genügend vorhanden ausser im Kleiderschrank. -Küchentücher fehlten -Am Wochende etwas laut (Bermuda Dreieck) -Angegebene Adresse auf Booking.com stimmt nicht (Gonzagagasse statt Marc Aurell Strasse) -Bettsofa nicht sehr bequem -Zu wenig Stauraum für Kleider (zum hängen hat es genug)

• robert (7/5): Was just about ok. During holiday trip across 6 European cities was both the least comfortable and most expensive. - Really difficult to follow entry instructions that were not clear. Took long phone call to work through the complexities. Property needs some modernisation/refurbishment. Portable A/c unit not really fit for purpose for a city that gets as hot as Vienna in the summer. Very noisy until midnight from outdoor bar/restaurant immediately below window (that needed to be open for a/c hot air extract).

• Cristina Gaviño (10/5): - El apartamento cubría todas las necesidades necesarias. Estaba todo muy bien y la ubicación muy céntrica. Para mí gusto las almohadas eran demasiado finas pero aún así dormimos muy bien.

• Sharon (10/5): Excelente lugar! - La decoración, la altura, la ubicación. La información ofrecida por el anfitrión. Me hubiera gustado contar con un lugar donde dejar las maletas antes del check in. Pero entendí las politicas y los horarios. En este sentido, los hoteles son mucho más cómodos, porque siempre pueden recibir el equipaje aunque la habitación no esté aún disponible.
