• Simon (5/5): - Great location and size The house has alot of potential, but needs work doing. There are a few things need sorting. E.G, 2 ironing boards, no iron No oven trays etc. Not hugely manky, but needs to be alot cleaner..

• Trond (5/5): Big apartment for a large family - Large apartment with separate room for all three children. The apartment had not been cleaned upon our arrival so we decided to find another place to stay. The owner has told me that the apartment has been cleaned now. Then this is a great place to stay
• Will (1/5): Bad - Easy enough to get to. The bedding was beyond disgusting. Every sheet and mattress was heavily stained. We had to find alternative accomodation and raise a complaint with booking.com as there was no way anyone should sleep in those conditions.
• Andrea (5/5): This house makes a good base if you are going to be out and about most of the time. - Great location for transport links to go to the O2. It is spacious. The house is basic but comfortable enough for 6 or 7 people. There is a parking space on the drive for 1 car. The house was in need of a thorough clean. It was just about surface clean in the bathroom and kitchen and the main part of the floors were clean. Bedding was clean but had stains. There were lots of spots around the house that were dirty where dust and gunk were gathering.
• Pentecost (10/5): Excellent - Location near DLR train,restaurants, and small food shop. Is in a safe neighbourhood. Lots of room. Has everything needed for a pleasant stay.

• Agnieszka (5/5): Passable - The house is located in a quiet housing estate, close to Excel London. Unfortunately, the issue of cleanliness leaves much to be desired. Dishes had to be washed before use. In the bathroom - the shower curtain smelt unbearable. The stench in the bathrooms was astonishing. It was obvious that the dining room table had been washed quickly, with a not-so-clean cloth - there were dirty streaks. Just like on mirrors and windows. It's good that we came there to work and sightsee and didn't spend much time at home.

• Kirsty (6/5): Spacious but could do with a deep clean - The location was great, just a few minutes' walk from the DLR. The size of the house was good - surprisingly spacious. Check-in instructions were great, as was the support when we needed it. We didn't use the parking, but the space was available and free, which is great. While it looked clean on first arrival, it became apparent that it could do with a good deep-clean - especially the kitchen cupboards and the lounge rug. There was no washing up liquid, so the dishwasher was the only option. The beds were quite soft, so we ended up sleeping in the middle, and there were no bedside lights. It seems all the decorative things have been removed from the bedrooms and hidden in the wardrobes - it doesn't look as cosy as the pictures. A lot of the lights in the lounge had bulbs not working, and I couldn't find the hairdryer.
