The space is incredibly spacious, light, and airy, making it a wonderful place to relax after a day exploring the city. Everything was exceptionally well equipped, and the apartment has clearly been thoughtfully furnished with great attention to detail, creating a stylish yet very comfortable atmosphere. The location could not have been better — super central and within easy reach of all the main sights, restaurants, and transport links. Communication with the owner was excellent throughout, with very quick and helpful responses at every stage. A special mention also goes to the lovely housekeeper, who warmly welcomed us on arrival, showed us around the apartment, and explained everything clearly. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Athens. Nothing to report.

• Georgios (8/5): - Η τοποθεσία. Ο θόρυβος από τον δρόμο, μέρα και νύχτα (πρέπει να βάλετε κουφώματα με καλύτερη ηχομόνωση). Η είσοδος της πολυκατοικίας θέλει ανακαίνηση (βάψιμο, καθάρισμα). Το ίδιο και το διαμέρισμα. Οι ντουλάπες του είναι παλιές, δεν κλείνουν καλά και σου δίνουν την αίσθηση της εγκατάλειψης. Το ίδιο και οι πόρτες. Επίσης θα πρέπει να φροντισθεί ο χώρος στο "μπαλκόνι" της κουζίνας που είναι σε κακή κατάσταση. Είναι κρίμα ένα τέτοιο διαμέρισμα με τέτοια θέση και ωραία θέα, να χάνει πόντους από πράγματα που μπορούν να γίνουν. Ο ιδιοκτήτης θα πρέπει να διαθέσει κάποια χρήματα για τις απαραίτητες ανακαινήσεις.

• Megan (10/5): Aanrader! - Goed ontvangen. Perfecte locatie in Plaka. Appartement was heel schoon en mooi. Lekker ruim en prachtig uitzicht. Basis uitrusting aanwezig, zoals zeep, genoeg handdoeken, koffie cups, thee, pedaalemmerzakken, olijfolie, vaatwastabletten etc. In principe was alles top. Wij kwamen echter vast te zitten in de lift op dag 1, dus hebben de rest van de dagen maar de trap gepakt (appartement is op de 5e verdieping).

We had to book this last minute when our boat to the islands was cancelled due to weather and the owner was super helpful and the stay was terrific! Elevator is tiny, we took the stairs a lot, but that is standard for the area. No complaints!

Lift very helpful for getting to 6th floor (0 is ground floor - it’s on the “5th floor”.) Water temp and pressure great. Clean and perfect for our family of 7. Very kind to provide crib and high chair. Great communication too. A perfect stay. Plumbing required waste paper to be disposed in trash cans and lift can only hold 2 people or 1 person and luggage. But it is understandable in an older building in the older part of town.

• Chris (10/5): spectacular views in a spacious well equipped flat representing very good value with a perfect locat - wonderful views of the acropolis and the arch of hadrian and the temple of zeus with the Panathanaic stadium in the background, very spacious and the owner had very good communication - the location is ideal right next to the plaka and close to the acropolis and the museum - we enjoyed everything about the flag and would give it the highest recommended. it is very good value it is near a main road due to the excellent location so there is some road traffic but that should not put you off - not unusual for a major city - we were struggling for a negative

• Tracy (9/5): Great place to stay. It was so close to historical sites, restaurants and night life. - We requested early drop off of luggage and the host was able to accommodate. The request was last minute and it worked out well. One concern, when we left, some of our party left later on check out day, while we had a very early flight which made us leave at 3 am in the morning. We had not understood that you could not get out of the lobby area without the key. Thank goodness we had part of our party still in the apartment...otherwise we would have been stuck in the lobby area. The lobby area should have an emergency button that allows for the outside doors to become unlocked. Not only in our case, but should there be a fire.

• Cynthia (10/5): Bingo! I found the perfect space!!! - It was very roomy, had plenty of space for our group of 6. It was clean and decorated lovely. The views were incredible!! The location is steps away from popular locations and tour sites! More towels including face towels would have been nice.
• Janey (10/5): We had a fabulous time, the apartment was amazing and the location couldn’t be better! - The location was fantastic, the views incredible and the apartment itself was amazing! So spacious and very clean with all of the amenities you could wish for. There were shops, tavernas and the hop on hop off bus stop right outside the front door. My only issue was that there is no light in the lobby area so coming back at night and waiting for the lift you had to stand around in the dark. It didn’t ruin our stay in any way at all but would be useful to have a light in this area

• Sylvaine (9/5): Superb - The location was perfect, a short walk from all sites and plenty of restaurants. Also if you book excursions, some pick up nearby. The apartment is very comfortable and very spacious, we were 4 adults and 2 children and had plenty of room. The kitchen has everything you need. The arrived after 10pm but someone was there to welcome us which was perfect. A little downside is that it is by a main road so you are in the city and it has the city noise. But the rest makes up for it.

• Kathleen (10/5): Wonderful Rental - The property was comfortable, clean and very nice. I loved the black out blinds especially since you are in the city. The welcomed us with fresh fruit and a bottle of wine. The apartment representative went over everything with us before she left. They could not have been any more accommodating.

The bowl of fruit, wine and water was very welcome. When we communicated with the owner, he responded very quickly. We found it difficult to locate the premises as the name was not easy to find as it was not displayed very well. The housekeeper who let us in, found it difficult to communicate with us. The entrance was a little underwhelming, but the apartment made up for it as was excellent. It would be very convenient if there was a place to leave one's luggage after check out if travelling later in the day.

The owner was wonderful to deal with and very accommodating. Highly recommend! Location is a little noisy but that's the price to pay for being in the midst of the city

• Suzanne (10/5): Unforgettable relaxing Christmas vacation with fabulous views of Athens! - The property was clean and in a great location. We could easily walk to everything we wanted to see. The views were spectacular and seeing the fireworks above Lycabettus Hill on New Year’s Eve was truly memorable. The property manager was gracious and attentive and even had a decorated Christmas tree in the apartment when we arrived. Lots of thought went into making guests feel welcome and we appreciated it.

• Cayley (8/5): Great location, helpful/flexible hosts - Convenient for transportation and major sites. Great view. Plenty of space and good facities. Met me late at night when my plane got cancelled and rebooked at the last minute, and left some snacks. It's on a major road so expect street noise; can't be helped but good to know if you prefer quiet. The one thing that could be improved are the curtains which are very transparent. Since there are great views and big windows, this means there's tons of light all night and anyone can see in so there isn't privacy in the rooms. It would be easy to get more opaque curtains. It's not as posh as the pictures seem but it's a wonderful apartment in a great location.
• Joanne (9/5): Exceptional apartment, perfect location. - The apartment truly is exceptional- the views are simply ‘wow’. Apartment is huge and well equipped, everything you will need. Really comfortable lounge and beds. The location is superb, walking distance to lots of must see attractions, organised trips pick up from locations within minutes of the apartment. Be aware it is noisy - it overlooks the main road and traffic doesn’t stop but we loved watching from the balcony, as others have said, it’s like a real life scalextric! Nothing, we loved it

It is located right on an e trembly busy road and you can hear the motorcycles all night long. Also, they are doing construction next door, so by 7:30am there was a jackhammer going right next to our ears.
