- Stephan (5/5): A tale of two places. Location and neighborhood solid. Place itself mediocre at best. - Location was great. Close to public transit. Quiet neighborhood at night. Very close to grocery and drug stores.
The layout was fine. The place has a lot of potential with some serious TLC. Place was not thoroughly cleaned - for full disclosure, the cleaning fee was refunded but it was a small consolation at best.
Blinds were either non-existent, not working or had to be held in place with laundry clips and/or plastic bags added. We used a towel as a blind for one of the bathroom windows. The towels almost felt like sandpaper.
Driveway entrance was partially blocked by an uncut branch and driveway was lined with gravel - so much for trying to roll your luggage.
