• KUSUDA (8/5): まさに現地の家感ただよう感じ - 立地は最高！ チェックインの際にお出迎えに来たゴンサロさん、感じがいい方でした。 ホテルから徒歩約10分位のCollonut Gelabert、オススメ店として教えていただきました。 トイレ、シャワーも2つずつあり良かったです。 暖房がつかず、困りました。 壁に備え付けの暖房ありましたが全然暖かくならず…… リビングの電気が少なすぎて、夜は暗いです。 今回1階のお部屋でしたので余計に暗さを感じたかもです。5階くらいになると光が入ってきて暖かいようでした。

• Somdutta (8/5): Great stay for a Barcelona first timer - We booked for 4 people but the apartment had room for 6, so we could use the extra space. Located in a great part of the city - while there might be other parts of the city (central) I would have liked to stay in, there were only hostels available there around this budget. The apartment is rather old and while clean, it is not renovated. The advertised terrace looks into buildings and rooftops and not to anything interesting.

La voiture peut être garée dans un parking longue durée à 5 minutes . L appartement est bien équipé, confortable , grand . Nous étions une famille de 5. Je recommande vivement .

• Susana Schulz (5/5): Agréable, mais l'appartement assez sombre. - La localisation, la disposition Le cuvettes WC pas très propres. Appartement peu lumineux, mal isolé du froid (vieilles fenêtres), le pomeaux de douche à changer. Assez viellot. Manque d'utensiles cuisine. Donnant sur une cours intérieure fermée sans vue extérieur, seulement sur les autres immeubles de la cours.

Le propriétaire de l'appartement ne m'est pas apparu particulièrement sympathique. Il ne tient aucun compte des messages qui lui sont destinés.

• Tetiana (10/5): Все чудово - Квартира чиста , велика , матраси зручні, постіль чиста. На кухні є все необхідне. Була дуже смачна кава , чай , цукор, сіль, масло. Персонал привітний, пішли нам на зустріч і заселили нас раніше, а в кінці подарували іграшки дітям. Місце розташування прекрасне , до 20 хвилин на автобусі , можна дістатись в основні туристичні місяця. Автобусна зупинка поруч , автобусів багато. Нам все сподобалось Не має

• Zoa Verónica (6/5): Apartamento grande pero viejo. - La localización El checking fue horrible. No localizábamos al personal. Nos fuimos a comer con todas las maletas y después nos llamó que estaba ahí y q o íbamos ya o se iba, que tenía otros checking que realizar. No fue claro en la hora que iba a recepcionarnos. Llegamos tarde al inicio del Congreso por este motivo. Cuando nos indicó días previos que podíamos entrar antes a dejar las maletas.

• Aleksander (9/5): Ogólnie fajny pobyt w wygodnym apartamencie, ale klimatyzacja w każdej sypialni bardzo by się przydała. - Duży apartament, idealny dla 6 osób. Dwie łazienki – duży komfort. Meble w ładnym stylu, a mieszkanie dobrze wyposażone. Do tego miły i pomocny właściciel. Klimatyzacja tylko w salonie – jedna sypialnia była znacznie gorętsza, ciężko się w niej spało nawet z wentylatorem. Stół mógłby być większy dla 6 osób. Widok jedynie na dachy i balkony.
• Ernesto (8/5): alla scoperta di gaudi - appartamento pulito. La posizione era ben coperta dai mezzi, non dalla metro. Proprietario gentile, ci ha fatto tenere i bagagli oltre il check out. L'appartamento non nuovissimo ma ben tenuto. Una stanza era grande l'altra piccola. Il secondo bagno un po' piccolo.

• Andri (9/5): - The house was spacious and clean. It was near the tram and bus station so it was super easy to commute to the city! Would recommend staying here if you’re coming with a big family. Only one flaw was the TV was not working, couldn’t turn it on with the remote and when it is on we couldn’t play anything on netflix & youtube. All in all it was still a good stay ⭐️

• Vesna (10/5): We felt at home - Everything from the beginging of comunication was excellent. They meet us as we agreed even we arrived after 11pm. The apartment is well furnished and equipped and it was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect for exploring Barcelona and it was easy to find the best and easiest way to get wherever you want to go. Gonzalo who meet us at the arrival was very helpful with all our questions and even let us leave the luggage in the storage room after the check out time because we had a late evening flight. We recommend this apartment for your stay in Barcelona. The didnt like thing was that it was to short vist to this beautiful place.

• Carol (5/5): Better apartments out there - Location was great, very central. Near a tram stop but a bit of a walk from the nearest metro I've booked apartments before through booking.com (and other websites) and the hosts are always very good at communicating with guests before arrival in regards to check in instructions and also details on how to get to the apartment from the airport etc. There wasn't any communication from the host until the day of arrival and that was only after I sent a message to them on WhatsApp. I had sent messages through booking.com and also to their email prior to the WhatsApp message and got no reply. When I did send a WhatsApp to the host number listed on booking.com I got a reply and then a second message with a mobile number to contact a different person. This second person was very good for replying initially. However neither contact sent on any helpful tips for getting transport from the airport to the city. As a result we were delayed more than one hour trying to work out the metro cards etc. As well as this, the apartment has 2 bathrooms but within hours of us arriving the flusher in the main bathroom broke. So we only had one bathroom to use for the toilet instead of the two advertised. I messaged the girl I was in contact with the next day to let her know about the broken toilet but got no response at all. Also the booking.com price included the city tax. I was in Paris the week before and the payment was taken directly through my card. When I arrived at the apartment the girl said they had to take the city tax in cash. This was not mentioned anywhere on booking.com but she said it should have been. She spent 10-15 mins going through the booking.com page trying to find where it said this but she could not find it either. In the end I told her I would ring booking.com to find out what the situation was and she said she would contact her boss. Booking.com emailed the hosts regarding the mixup but the hosts never responded. I never heard from the girl again and just got notification that the full payment had been taken on the day we were checking out
• Julianna (7/5): Good - Location, friendly staff, good communication, quit streets Walls are very thin, the neighbours were noisy. Something smelled really bad from the kitchen. Not many equpment for the kitchen.
• Todor (10/5): Great holiday in Barcelona - The apartment was spacious with big living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. There are everything you need to stay and enjoy Barcelona. Kitchen utensils, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. There are many dining options nearby, minimarkets also. Tram and bus stops are about 50m away. The metro station is about 1 km away. Public indoor parking is 40 meters away and costs EUR 20 per day.
