Guest Reviews
- Fredrik (7/5): -
- Marijke on the Road (9/5): Prima - Alles was voorhanden, ruim appartement, 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers waren heel handig voor ons reisgezelschap. 5de bed was een bedbank. Niets
- Manuel (9/5): Cuando vuela Dublín, vuelvo con ellos - Todo ordenado y limpio, Eugene muy amable. Alojamiento cerca de todo Solo disponer de un juego de llaves

- Cheryl (8/5): Nice introduction to Dublin for our daughter and her children. - Having a kitchen and 2 bathrooms worked well for 3 adults and 2 children. Booked taxi thru Booking.com. The address was confusing to taxi driver. Telling him to drop us off at Tesco Express concerned him because there were several Tesco Expresses. No fault of property, but Laus tram line closed for repairs near apartment. Leaving a folder of tourist information would have been helpful.
- Feikje (9/5): - Large 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms and full kitchen
- Ana Rita (7/5): -
- Grzegorz (9/5): Superb - Dublin I still haven't received the invoice for my stay. I've been asking for it for a month.
- Ester (8/5): Very good - Large and modern private appartment in a residential area. Very close to public transport. Tesco just around the corner. Only one set of keys for four adults and 3 steps of access needed from the street to the apartment.
- John (9/5): Very comfortable for a 3 day stay. - Comfortable Privacy-the bedrooms were very quiet. Convenient for shopping for essentials. Close to the tram station. Restaurants close by Needed help to connect to WiFi.
- Elsie (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is lovely! Had all the necessities and the location is fantastic!
- John (10/5): Modern Appointments in the Heart of North Dublin near the Harp Bridge - This property is in a large complex one block north of the Liffey River, with easy access to most any sites in Dublin proper by car, train, bus, or cab, as well as a mere 15-20 minutes to the Airport, albeit with a Tunnel Toll of 3.5E in off peak hours/weekends to get most quickly to the Airport. It is spacious, has most all needed amenities, and a nice balcony with a view of a canal and the Harp Bridge. The water was hot and the showers were nice. Everything in the kitchen worked fine. It was a quiet and a good place to stay. Also, there is a Tesco (smaller one, not the larger one) just a block away which is very nice and convenient for quick shopping, which we value a great deal when we travel. We also like that this property had laundry, but should have brushed up on exactly how to use European washer/dryer before we arrived, as it is not as intuitive as one might think. While not the fault of the owners, this place is workable but not ideal for those who have hired a car for their trip. Yes, as precisely advertised in the listing, there is no on site parking and there is indeed available off site car parking a mere 3 minutes away, but it is in the Convention Center pay garage, so one should expect to pay @ additional 30E per night (I think that is the maximum 24 hour charge, but not sure, it might be higher) while staying at this property if they hire a car; but that is certainly fine for the convenience of having a car as we had numerous trips to make during our 3 day stay. Still, if your plan is to bus, cab, or train, this property is also an excellent choice for a modern living environment which is very secure.
And again, not the fault of the owners, but there is what we would call a traffic engineering problem in the immediate proximate area, where the light sequencing to head south from the property toward the river and south of the river in Dublin is just messed up allowing just one or two cars to turn south during each cycle but cars on the main road to completely fill the queue to the river. It should not take 20+ minutes to go two blocks to escape from the Convention Center Garage, so consider any possible alternative route. Also, coming to tthe property at rush hour was a disaster. Again, with no real reason ever evident (accident, road construction, etc.), it took about 90 minutes to go 5km from the south side of the city, cross the river, and get to the meeting point. Very frustrating, but again, not the faul of the owners, but consider then a check in time which is earlier or much later than rush hour traffic, especially if you are on a schedule which cannot bend, such as a show or dinner reservation, etc.
- Rik (10/5): Exceptional - A very spacious appartement at the excellent location. Everything perfect except maybe the fifth bed (couch) in the living room (could do for a day or two, but one week of sleeping there can become quiet challenging). Florentina and Maria were extremely kind and helpful, so I kindly recommend to anyone. Thanks, see you again!👍🤗
- Janusz (10/5): A huge apartment with all the amenities you need, with easy access into town. - Huge apartment with a big balcony and two big bathrooms. The size of the property allowed the three of us plenty of space to unwind and have some personal space. Two bathrooms with bath and shower was luxury after having stayed in smaller properties in Italy. The property is within a couple of minutes walking distance to a well-stocked Tesco Express supermarket and a tram stop, which takes 5mins to get into the centre of town. There are plenty of restaurant options and pubs nearby if you don’t want to go into town, plus’s there’s a cinema complex nearby! Our host - Florentina - was incredibly helpful and came out late to help us check-in, after our flight was delayed. I would definitely recommend staying here if you come to Dublin. Nothing - it was a great place to stay!
- Patricia (10/5): Excellent Place to Stay! - Spacious and comfortable apartment. Balcony a bonus. Excellent showers, beds comfortable. Liked the secure entry system. Located just outside the busy city centre but, using the fabulous trams which ran along the street just around the corner from the apartment, had easy access to all the popular sites - win, win! Nothing.
- Jac (9/5): Great location and lovely host - Location was excellent and felt very safe.
Was very cosy. Separate bins for food, recycling, and general waste would be much better.
Extra towels would be good
Dishwasher isn't great.
The 3rd bed is not suitable as a 3rd bed. Way too uncomfortable..maybe twin beds in one double room would make it more attractive to groups of friends
- Celia (9/5): Spacious and clean apartment in a great location - Neat and clean with 2 spacious bathrooms. Lovely balcony and view over the Spencer Dock canal and the Luke Kelly sculpture. Reliable wifi. Excellent location: near the tram station (Luas), within walking distance of EPIC (5 mins) and Temple Bar (25 mins), across the road from an expensive but convenient parking garage for our hired car. Well equipped kitchen and a short walk to the Tesco, so makes "eating in" really easy. 1 key for 5 adults was challenging. Some of the pictures show a kitchen and living area that belongs to a flat we didn't stay at, although the furnishings are similar (no leafy trees outside your kitchen or wrought iron fireplace in the lounge). The 3rd bed is a fold-out in the lounge.
- Wilma (10/5): I travelled with my adult son for a mother/son trip! Great trip and great location! - Location was perfect! We walked to everything! Our host answered quickly to any questions with Whatsapp which was very handy. The wifi worked well!
Having two bathrooms and two bedrooms for a mom/son trip was fantastic! The only thing we could not access was the tv. There were no available channels.
- Mark (10/5): Exceptional -
- Shuyuan (10/5): Pleasurable stay in this apartment. - Great location and apartment. You have everything you need in the apartment. 1 min walking distance from the tram station. You also have tesco downstairs. No
- Bolortuya (9/5): Superb -
- Florin (10/5): Nice place!!! - Nice apartament,nice view,near from city center.For 5 adults was ok. -
- Δρακακη (9/5): Convenient and spacious apartment. - Very well situated apartment, close to many places of interest. Easy access to the city center. Wonderful view from the apartment. Two spacious bathrooms. Fully equiped kitchen. Hostes 5 adults easily. A bit difficult to find location, but the host sent us detailed instructions. We were given one key for the apartment, which is difficult to manage among 5 adulds. Quiz: how to unlock the window.
- Ana (10/5): Happy with the journey and the stay! - Spaceous apartament in the heart of Dublin City Close to interest points(restaurants, pubs, museums, shops).
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional -
