- Konstantina (1/5): horrible experience - it was very close to the stores we wanted to be the day we booked the accommodation 1.the owner was asking us to send photos of our credit card (the one we used to prepay the accommodation) and our ID card. we have booked many times in the past accommodations that the owners never asked us for photos of our personal details. when we simply replied that we’re on the road and we don’t have them with us, we realized the booking seamed to be canceled even though we were still charged. anyway, at last the owner gave us the code to enter the apartment. 2. AFTER the payment and before we arrived at the accommodation, the owner sent us a long message of rules we should follow and instructions of the place. one rule was we shouldn’t smoke. if we did we would get charged 200€..!!?? and we should take our trash out when we leave..!!?? 3. there were cockroaches in the kitchen and the living room. 4. there was no shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom 5. the bed wasn’t comfortable
