- Kavya (9/5): Well, overall it was a nice property to stay, and we enjoyed a warm welcome by the host. - You will experience homely food from a place away from home. Well, you may not come across a variety of options in the menu, the ones that are available are edible and stomach filling. There is no lift facility in the property, which I found quite inconvenient. Elderly people may have to climb up stairs if you are looking for a room for three people.

- Arun (3/5): We did not stay. We went to the Taj Heights, it was average but delightful and safe! - We did not stay there. Room smelled like mold and mothballs. It was dirty, no windows, the bedding was dirty and stained. No elevator. We brought our bags in, did a quick walk around. and left. They did not charge us. Taxi driver said it was in a bad/run down part of town.

- Kirsten (6/5): An average hotel room in Agra. - The bed was pretty comfortable. There are no external facing windows and all the windows face onto the corridor which makes it pretty noisy. There was no soap or toilet paper in the bathroom. The bed sheets weren't that clean.

- Sunil (1/5): Hotel king plaza - Nothing I booked this hotel, i reached there at night 11.30 with my family with two kids, at the check in time receptionist told me this is not your room we have another property you go to there with their staff, he told me very close to this hotel @12.30 we walked to another property, climate is 5 degree we brig my luggage and kids around one KM that hotel is very old building, every where pestisides smell not cleaned room, not satisfied

The stay was good. - Hotel Ramada Grand's greatest strength is the helpfulness of its proprieter Mr. Yogesh and his staff who made every effort to be prompt in meeting our requirements. The hotel does not have a lift which might cause problems for elderly people. An electric kettle in the room alongwith a complimentary tea or coffee kit especially in winter was expected but missing . However the cordial behaviour of the staff makes up for these drawbacks. The view from the room was not too great. Non vegetarian food was not available excepting for eggs.
- Dhrubajyoti (7/5): a good stay in Agra - the staff are nice. the location is also good. in-room services are also decent. they were prompt to respond with the requests. the manager was skeptical at first as he was asking me to deposit rs.500 outside before arrival. I chose not to pay that as it violates booking.com policy. however, upon arrival it was all fine. bathroom facilities should more decent, if not very good. there should a bidet spray and the geyser should be more accessible. they couldn’t provide me breakfast but couldn’t notify also. this was bit annoying. the intercom doesn’t work and the manager doesn’t pickup call on his cell.

- Vaibhav (3/5): Bad hotel for family - Staff acknowledged their gaps; they had run two floors giving us hot water in buckets. They were supportive in assisting whatever could be possible however the gaps ruined the experience Badly manitained. Hotel room ran out of hot water, taps running dry, had to call staff every moment for one or the other problem. Food was below average. Don't recommend this for family
