• Joanna (8/5): Bardzo udany pobyt 2 dorosłych i 2 nastolatków :) - Lokalizacja doskonała, 100 metrów do sklepu, blisko do Canale Grande a potem juz wszędzie :) Wygodne łózka, mieszkanie fajne na 3-4 noce dla maks. 4 osób Gospodyni pomocna, dodała nam kołdrę ponad standartową ilość, opowiedziałaco i jak zobaczyc w okolicy. Mieszkanie na parterze, ciemne - widok na ścianę 2 metry dalej i na zaplecze pralni. Nie spodziewajcie się pięknych widoków weneckich ale przy dobrej pogodzie i tak głównie się podziwia widoki poza mieszkaniem :)

• Elsa (10/5): Just what we were looking for. - The space was perfect for our family of 4, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom and whole place was clean. Everything was just a short walk away which is always a huge plus! We had no real issues at the property. One day our lock wouldn’t unlock to the front door but Francesca was super fast to respond and resolve our issue, that it did not affect us at all!
• stella (9/5): - Great location, near The Rialto, and in a really nice neighbourhood Clean apartment, comfy beds, had everything we needed. Being on the street, and the ground floor it could be a bit noisy on Friday and Saturday night but we got used to it.

Buvo parašyta kad yra kavos. Atvykus keturiems asmenims trims nakvynėms radome tik tris kapsules kavos.
• mikolaj (9/5): Świetne miejsce w samym środku z dostępem do sklepiku tuż obok, atrakcje w zasięgu 12-15 minut spaceru, a jednak nie na - Super miejscówka, z dziećmi małymi jesteś w centrum koło mostu Rialto ale w bocznej uliczce. Świetnie trzy dni chodziliśmy wkoło przez most Rialto i się napatrzyliśmy na Grand Canale. Powrót z plecakami na stację też na piechotę, także da się 18-20 minut iść. Wszystko super, może ubikacja trochę mała, ale za to był prysznic i ciepła woda. Na trzy dni fajnie.

• Ann (10/5): We enjoyed our stay - Francesca met us at check in. Plenty of room for our family. Very close to a stop on Line 1 Vaporetto. Close to restaurants, eateries, and COOP grocery store. It's not a complaint. The bathroom is the smallest room in the apt. Works fine for us but may not for everyone.

• Julianna (10/5): Convenient - Convenient location and well equipped small apartment The host was really professional, but like a "robot" somewhat went through all the walking cicruits at a speed hardly possible I could do from the apartment. I did not even ask for this information actually but the style of the communication was noteworthy. It really gave me the impression, we are just a "number" amongst all the visitors.

Igual a la salida. Tuvimos un problema con la caldera y nos lo solucionaron enseguida. Ha sido un alojamiento estupendo.

• Katy (8/5): - La Ubicación era excepcional, funcional para un par de días,. Éramos una familia de 4,y fue muy bien nuestra estancia en Venecia. Hemos cocinado algún día allí y muy bien para lo básico. Nos gustó que nada más llegar ya había unas pocas cápsulas de café, tés,azúcar,aceite y vinagre... La calefacción funcionaba súper bien y estuvimos calentitos. El apartamento es súper tranquilo.

En rdc pratique et proche d’un arrêt de vaporetto Manque de luminosité mais on ne peut pas être au rdc dans une ruelle et avoir le soleil… Si on est 4 personnes, un peu juste niveau cuisine, coin pour dîner!
• Esther (9/5): Buen lugar para pasar unos días en Venecia - La casa está en una ubicación inmejorable. Francesca fue muy amable y siempre estuvo atenta. Las camas bastante cómodas. Tuvimos un pequeño problema con la caldera y enseguida nos ayudó a solucionarlo. La casa necesita algo de mantenimiento y un microondas es necesario, también se agradecería un sofá más grande, pero en general está todo bien.
• Damien (8/5): Confortable, bien placé mais sombre - Emplacement super à 7 min du Rialto et 20 min de San Marco. Les lits sont confortables et il y a de l'espace pour les bagages. L'environnement est assez calme. 2 clefs sont disponibles, c'est pratique. L'appartement est situé au rez-de-chaussée, il est trop sombre, on ne voit quasiment pas la lumière du jour, c'est un peu oppressant. Il manque un micro ondes, c'est bien pratique. La porte s'ouvre et se ferme difficilement, elle mériterait une rénovation.

Gentilezza di Francesca che ha avuto la pazienza di aspettarci in un giorno complicato di sciopero e ci ha permesso di lasciare le valigie alla fine del soggiorno. Caffè, tisane a disposizione. Casa giusta per famiglia 2 adulti e 2 bambini. Casa al piano terra e a Venezia si sa, le case a piano terra sono umide, un poco piccolina per 4 persone adulte, il secondo letto sembrava più grande dalle foto, mancano appoggi vicino al letto. Il bagno piccolino anche lui...

• Sara (9/5): Excelente ubicación - Muy buena ubicación cerca del centro, al principio sorprende la calle, pero son las típicas de Venecia. Muy amable la anfitriona nos recibió y nos dio indicaciones. El apartamento es correcto para 4 personas, no muy grande. Hay que saber que es un bajo, es necesario tener el aire acondicionado casi todo el tiempo porque en verano hace mucho calor.
• Gianluca (10/5): Deliziosa, accogliente e comoda casetta - Deliziosa e confortevole, adatta per una vacanza. Francesca ci ha accolto calorosamente a casa, ci ha dato indicazioni molto utili su cosa visitare e risponde subito ad eventuali esigenze. La casa ha una posizione ottima vicino a P.zza San Marco e altre attrazioni. Vicina al Conad, bar, tabacchi .. Molto pulita , due letti matrimoniali comodi e getto della doccia forte. Si può cucinare . Ad agosto la casa risulta fresca e di notte si dormiva bene anche senza aria condizionata. Per le zanzare, anche se poche, utile la macchinetta. Ci torneremo volentieri , consigliatissima.

• IWONA (7/5): - Super lokalizacja, samo serce Wenecji, wszędzie blisko ,na słynnym moście byłam z 10 razy.Bardzo mila Pani która przekazała nam klucze i dala super wskazowi odnośnie pobytu ,miała przygotowana mapę na której idealnie nakreśliła nam gdzie jak łatwo pójść i zwiedzić najważniejsze miejsca .

• Annette (7/5): Disappointed in how difficult it was to find the apartment. We had to walk almost double the distance to backtrack from - Great location central in Venice. No proper sitting space for 4 people. There is only a hallway area and one comfortable chair. The other 3 chairs are plastic dining chairs.

Only 13-15 minutes by walk from bus station (Piazzale Roma) - a strange smell inside of the apartment - not very clean - walls were dirty and the furniture broken

Good bed sheets and towels Appartment far smaller than photos indicate. Only one chair in very small lounge/hallway on which to relax. Only other seating was dining chairs. Difficult to comfortably relax after a days sightseeing apart from beds. 2nd bedroom was partitioned off kitchen. Bathroom opens off kitchen.

• Margaret (7/5): Nice apartment, disappointed with broken aircon & toilet - The location was good and apartment was spacious for 2 adults 1 child Definitely Overpriced due to The aircon being broken in very hot conditions. We had to empty a heavy container where water drained out of cooler. Overnight it flooded and wet some of our electronics. Also, The toilet didn’t flush

• Burton (8/5): Good Value for Family of Four - Spacious apartment easily accommodated the four of us. We used the well-equipped kitchen to prepare several meals. The air conditioning didn't work all that well. The ground-floor apartment was humid, but it's on the ground floor so it was relatively cool for most of the day.

Broken shower door, burnt kettle, musty smell. Not enough toilet paper for 4 people. The price for such apartments is too high. There is a lack of common space to hang out with friends.

One bedroom is part of the kitchen with slide door so it wasnt the best, but to us it didnt matter. Kitchen was small but we didnt need bigger one anyaway. All shops, coffee shop, restaurants, were just round the corner. very well located.
• Denis (8/5): Very good - Excellent location, right next to boat line No.1 stop. Very quiet location. Great value for money. Complementary coffee was very tasteful. In fact, coffee in Venice was always perfect. One of best things there is to get up early in morning and to drink a nice coffee in peace while most of city is a sleep.

Really convenient check-in with good informations on the locality and things to do. The apartment is really well situated and confortable. Good aircon (even if we didn't really understood how to shut it down), really good beds and decoration. We would definitely come again. Few things could proably be enhanced: small gap at the top of the door, a little bit more tableware (E.G. only 3 mugs for 4 people), but nothing that ruinned our experience!

The dropped pin on the google map showing where the property was located was inaccurate by around 400m which led to confusion - a shame because the property was closer to Rialto Bridge than depicted on the map.

• Anka (8/5): great location, very nice host, clean apartment with very comfortable beds - location, very nice host, comfortable beds, silence despite of central position poor equipment in the kitchen; one good pot to make milk warmer for the coffee would be enough; those which was in kitchen was so bad that we were not able to use it. At the begining of our stay the apartment was very cold (january); No one turned on the heating before arrival, at first night we were not able to bath because of low temperature; but in a few hours it was ok, AC and heating made its work

• Helen (3/5): Definitely not staying here again... - -Location, it's close to many great attractions in the city. -Staff, they are nice people. -moldy smell (especially strong in the room next to the front door). It really made sleeping difficult. I would have irritated nose and itchy throat when I'm in that room specifically. I do not recommend anyone staying in that room for more than one night for health reasons... I had to sleep with my mask on. - damaged walls and peeling paint. I understand that there's acqua alta in Venice but that's not what we were hoping to see when we are paying almost $200/night -Wi-Fi didn't work after the first day, but on the day of check out it worked again... -bathroom lock didn't work -no Mosquito net to prevent mosquitoes from coming in... We spent 30 mins a day killing mosquitoes... It was insane... -AC/heat didn't work -there is a creepy hole?? Vent looking thing? In the bathroom. It looks like it's covered in a foot of dust... I was kind of scared to use the bathroom because it seems like that's where bugs would crawl out of. So, there is no vent at all in the bathroom, if you want to dehumidify the bathroom and air out the apartment you will have to open the window, which means MOSQUITOES and other bugs will get in. -toilet seat isn't secure so it moved around -doors for one of the bedroom doesn't slide properly. You will end up working out your arms just to get in and out of your room. - see through curtains... No real sense of privacy... - no nightlight in the hall - during check in beds weren't made, no towels, no toiletries were set up. They eventually got those set up around 4pm. -no light switch inside the bedroom. -smaller than in pictures
• David (8/5): Very good - Location good. Nice atmosphere. One bedroom not as private as the other. Shower a bit cramped for a tall person. No bedside lamp.
• Diane (3/5): We enjoyed Venice, not the "Venexia House" - location was Ok, near the Rialto Bridge and near water bus stops. Check in was easy and our greeter very friendly. The beds were comfortable. This place is far smaller than it appears in the photos (beware of wide angle lenses). We were disappointed the moment we walked in. We also encountered a long list of problems with this place including a lack of basic maintenance and barely minimal kitchenette supplies and furniture. 1. the toilet seat was not bolted on at all and would completely fall off!! This was not new problem and should have been repaired before our arrival. 2. pealing paint and damaged wallboard at the base of walls due to failure to repair water damage. Would recommend trying to avoid ground floor places in Venice that may be subject to flooding. 3. the absolute cheapest and minimal kitchen utensils: No Bialetti type coffee maker (come on this is Italy!), no useful knives to cut meats or hard cheeses, no bowls, no even a pot to cook pasta! 4. no privacy with the second bedroom with the Murphy bed which was adjacent to the kitchen and had sliding doors that didn't close completely. 5. one small padded chair in a tiny sitting area. Otherwise no real furniture is provided to relax and sit, besides three plastic kitchen chairs. 6. only one bath towel provided per person; no hand towels, no extra towel for the bidet. 7. no bedside tables in the second bedroom to place your phone, glass of water, etc. 8. no reading lights by beds. Generally we were disappointed with this place and felt it was overpriced considering the above issues.
• Amanda (9/5): Our stay was wonderful and our host was very accommodating. The location was fantastic. - Shower set up was a little strange with a slanting ceiling and difficult for tall guests.

• Susan (9/5): Clean, cosy, cute, comfortable and very convenient to the Rialto Bridge and the Vaporetto stop (San Salvador)! - it was clean, neat and well-kept. we had difficulty connecting to the wifi. initially we could not find our way back to the house. But it was sorted out once we noted the landmarks to the house. Our fault for not ensuring this in the first place.

• Quinibert (9/5): perfect cozy location - 2 really nice affordable for 4 person location in the middle of Venice. It was cozy and comfy and the bathroom was small, but had everything in it was clean and modern. the isolation, in these times you want to see that one takes care of the environment by having good isolating doors and Windows. All other things were modernized.
• Maik (10/5): Venitian getaway in great location - We spent 3 nights in this beautiful place that gave us a real Venetian feel. Great location , nice decoration, clean and most of all: a friendly and responsive host who went above and beyond to make our stay a great experience. Nothing really… maybe some extra hooks in the bathroom and shelving in bedrooms would be helpful for a family of four :)
