• Allan (10/5): Great stay at Dom Adonis - The hotel is in a house up above town on a slope with great views of the area and a short walk to the downtown area and business area is even closer just minutes away. The hotel is on the upper two levels of the house and there are a number of different rooms and sizes. My room was clean and comfortable, the wifi was good and the two owners are very friendly and can help you with anything you need. You can get breakfast there and it is very good and plenty of food. I had a great stay and would stay there again and the owners are great. If you are an Englsih spreaker, they don't speak English at the hotel. But it's not a problem as they are very good with Google Translate and it was not a problem at all. You will be able to communicate and have any and all questions answered.

• TheRealVoV (9/5): Место уникальное, но для туристов условия не созданы - Очень вкусный ужин и завтрак, роскошные прямо таки. Хорошие хозяева. В комнате довольно уютно. Рядом с домом супермаркет. Отопление работало отлично. Нам все быстро дали по первой просьбе. Интернет работал отлично. Хозяевами сделано все возможное для гостей, нам просто показался сам Дилижан шумноватым, тесноватым, пыльноватым - изучать окрестности подробнее не было времени. Воды до 8 утра не было, вечером и днем проблем не было. Нет прикроватных светильников. Номер со скошенной крышей и нависающим козырьком, солнце не всегда. Вид на постройки и реку. Пол нуждается в лучшей уборке, все остальное безупречно чистое.

• Anthony (10/5): Our Armenian Heros! - Artur and Rima were exceptional hosts and we absolutely loved our stay with them. From the initial message where we were told the room was ready early and then meeting Artur on the road where he directed me to my parking spot. Rima then came to see us and told us about the menu and the room using the translate function on her phone. We were offered the choice of two rooms both of which were fabulous and cosy and warm. We went out for the afternoon and messaged Rima when we were returning an dasked for some food (Chicken soup was exceptional) and she set about making it for us. She let us know how long it would be and then brought it up to our room and set it on our table. It was delicious and I only wish I had more time to try more of her food as the menu, although simple, looked very apertising. I must add that Artur and Rima came to our rescue for this booking. We had been staying in another property on Lake Sevan and had no power, water, heating or toilet facilities for the whole of the night and our hosts there were impossible to get hold of to do anything about it. We booked Dom Adonis at around 0850 and had checked in 1000 on the same morning! loved this place and wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you so much Artur and Rima, you are our Armenian heros! Everything was fabulous. I think the installation of a lift is going to help you out no end with your bookings especially with your more elderly and frail customers (a bit like us!).

Hosts were warm and welcoming, going out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The food was really delicious. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommended! • Mohammed ALBLOOSHI (9/5): - نحن عائلة اماراتية من زوجين وطفلين ومساحة الشفة 80 مترمربع تعتبر مثالية بها سرير من طابقين للأطفال وسرير كوين وسرير اخر كوين والشقة نظيفة ومريحة البلكونة جميلة جدا على منظر الجبل والغابة ولا يوجد تكييف في الشفة ولكن الجو بارد في منتصف شهر 8 المكان هادئ والعائلة أيضا هادئة وطيبة جدا الموقع قريب من سوبرماركت وصيدلية ولكن لا يوجد مطاعم او كوفيهات قريبة اشكر العائلة على الضيافة الجميلة وهدية الكيك الكبير ( ارتور وريما وابنتهما وحغيدتهم التي تتقن الإنجليزية بطلاقة ) انصح بالسكن لديهم كون الشقة مناسبة للخليجيين كنت اتمنى الافطار الشامل في السعر ا لاربع اشخاص اكثر تنوعا كون اقامتنا كانت اربع ليالي مكرر يجب الدفع نقدا كون الجهاز الدفع لديهم لا يعمل لقد حاولت ببطاقتين فيزا وماستركارت ولم يعمل فاطررت ان اذهب الى البنك وسحب المبلغ من نفس البطاقة الفيزا

• Alina (10/5): С удовольствием приехали бы ещё! - - Был очень просторный номер аж с двумя балконами с прекрасным видом; - В номере было очень чисто и опрятно, вся мебель без повреждений; - Были базовые принадлежности: тапочки, полотенца, гель для душа, шампунь; - Владельцы очень вежливые и приятные люди; - Если вы закажете обед или ужин, продукты для приготовления будут куплены непосредственно перед приготовлением, так что всё свежее; - Очень удачное расположение - в пешей доступности супермаркет, аптеки и рестораны.

• Erin (10/5): Exceptional - Everything! From the friendly and helpful owners to the clean and comfortable room. This was our favorite accommodation in Armenia.
• Rosanne (10/5): Exceptional - We had a great stay in Dom Adonis. The room is spacious with a nice balcony and a fridge. The shared kitchen is ideal and the swimming pool is great after a hiking day. Dom Adonis is at a walking distance from everything you need. But wat we liked most were the lovely owners and their daughter. The place felt like home and the bbq at our last night was delicious! -
• Movses (10/5): Exceptional - The owners (Arthur & Rima) are the nicest couple in Dilijan. Friendly, attentive to guest needs, and they go the extra mile to make your stay unforgettable! It felt like I was home with family for the two days that I stayed at Dom Adonis. I have tried all the fancy hotels in Dilijan, and I'm returning to this place next time.

• Ekaterina (10/5): Can highly recommend for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Dilijan - The property is located in the quiet area of the town facing a breathtaking view of the valley. The house has it all for the comfortable stay. My personal thanks to the lovely hosts for their hospitality and assistance making our stay unforgettable! There are few hiking trails crossing Dilijan. The route to ‘The Drunken forest’ is easy to make with kids. Nothing really
• Andranik (6/5): Pleasant - the location is good,, but only location is not enough to fully enjoy the time and rest even if it's only one day the cleanliness of the room, the beds where not as comfortable as used too
• Armen (9/5): Clean and nice place for short stay - Great facilities for a short stay. Private accommodation with very nice and supportive local staff. Excellent location with a perfect view if you choose a room with a balcony. The room is clean and recently renovated. No entertainment for kids, so it might not be ideal for families. Additionally, there are no extra services like a pool or sauna. However, the property is not focused on those amenities, which is fine for me.
• David (8/5): Disappointing - Great views from the balconies (Family Suite with balcony) but half the rooms face the street/wall so book carefully. As stated by many there is no sound insulation between rooms. It is terrible if anyone watches tv starts talking etc. The normal hosts were absent the three night stay. the replacement tried hard but didn’t know how things worked / so couldn’t fix the electricity quickly not put on the heater in room - it was freezing on arrival and as it is centrally controlled you have to keep asking for adjustments. The description on booking com is not correct. it says kitchen plus shared kitchen. there is only shared kitchen and the better kitchen was being used as an office. There is no parking on site - just the street and it is 20 steps down to the hotel and another 15 up to the room I.e. not very accessible. No one on site for most of the day for any problems and no pool (mid May) nor food readily available.
• Cindy (9/5): Good choice for a night in Dilijan! - The beds were comfortable, we slept very well. Large room. Clean, heated! We had a room with nice view at the riverside. No privacy in the bathroom 😬 and what is missing is a shelf, there is not any place to leave your toiletries.

• Felix (9/5): A wonderful option for anyone visiting Dilijan. Can hardly speak more highly of it! - Fantastic hosts, very obliging. Style of building super nice. Helped with getting to places around Dilijan that we otherwise couldn’t. Offered to drive us to/ from some hike start & end points. Took some longer distance trips which were reasonably priced. nothing!

There is even a shared kitchen you can use The room was a bit cold (early May), but the owners switched the heating on when we asked

• Reshma (9/5): The location exceeded my expectations, and my family and we had a good time at Dom Adonis. - Guest house in a great location with a beautiful view, clean and stylish! The rooms have nice layouts, modern, comfortable, well-equipped, and well-laid out with a balcony. The guest house has everything you’d need, from toiletries to utensils and extra blankets, and a spacious bedroom that is well presented. We would definitely recommend this place and the location is close to supermarkets and banks. The only thing I’d draw anyone’s attention to is that after we booked the room for three guests and confirmed our stay on Booking.com, the host asked to pay an extra AMD 5000 for the third guest. An extra amount for a third guest for the room was not mentioned on Booking.com and the cancellation was not possible as our booking was non-refundable( the host was aware of this). However, after a long negotiation, the host finally agreed on the amount that we booked on Booking.com. Also, the room provided to us was on the top floor with staircases, hence struggled with carrying the baggages.
• Dmitrii (9/5): Superb - New house with all required facilities and magnificent view from windows. There is a little common kitchen, where you can make a coffee. Great, friendly and helpful hosts. Additionally, breakfast costs 3000AMD, but it is greater and worth it.
• Viktoriya (9/5): Superb - Fantastic view from the balcony! Nice place to make and drink coffee in the morning :) Very hospitable hosts! I would add interior items (paintings, rugs) to make the rooms more comfortable.
