• Jessica (2/5): Barely fit for sleeping in - - the host was very friendly and easy to contact - check in was very easy - kitchen was small but (mostly) adequate - fridge works - the balcony was lovely and the view was great - WiFi was great, the tv worked and we were able to connect to Netflix/disney plus etc without issues. - GREAT restaurants in the area. - Firstly, the apartment is not in good condition. There is black mould all over the bathroom. The tiles, the grout, the silicone, the windows, the shower curtain - covered in black mould. The bed creaks so much that you physically can not turn over without making noise and waking up. We did not get a single good nights sleep here. We came for our third wedding anniversary and I wish we could have stayed somewhere else in hindsight. The Kitchen utensils are falling apart. There is severe damp in the entry hallway. The paint and plaster is flaking and chipping off in every single room. The pipe to the boiler looks like it’s about to burst and it is severely warped. The kitchen cupboards are almost falling off the walls and the cupboard doors DONT close. Something as simple as the kitchen sponge looked like it hadn’t been changed since it was bought however many years ago. The shower head is rusting, the washing machine is rusting. Yes it’s “budget friendly” but it should still be in a liveable condition. - The apartment advertises a washing machine. It does not work. We tried with two separate loads on two different wash cycles and it left a horrible white residue on our clothes, and did not remove any smell or marks from them. - the bathroom is TINY. if you are above a “straight size”, or are plus size, you’ll struggle using the toilet, or the shower. The shower works, but the “bath” is no more than 70cm x 40 or 50cm, and has a half step in it, so standing in the shower is unsafe. - there is a mosquito problem. We don’t mind this. We understand that Mediterranean countries/many countries have mosquitoes this time of year. What we did mind was that every wall in the bedroom had blood smears and stains from people killing mosquitoes. We hope this is what the stains were, at least. - There are other issues, but the main one is that the property is NOT as advertised in photos. The host obviously took strategic pictures to hide the actual condition of the apartment.
• Ferlin (8/5): Very good - Had spacious balcony and close to some restaurants. Safe area with close proximity to supermarket and Metro. Too much stuff in apartment so felt a bit cluttered. Shower was terrible with no shower rail and water has little presure. It's hard to stand with the built in seat in shower tray. Its nice to have shades on balcony but you cant open them so can't sit and have a meal in sun. Other than that it's ok for the price. But would be much better renovated
• Viktoria (10/5): Cost apartment with the best of views in the perfect location. - It’s the perfect location for a weekend in Athens, super cosy apartment with the loveliest of views and the friendliest of hosts. The location is also just brilliant, quiet and vibrant at the same time and you have all of Athens within walking distance. And the sunset is just unforgettable!
• Montserrat (8/5): Very good - The apartment has everything that's advertised. Nice spacious terrace. The host was attentive and extremely detailed with his instructons so that facilitated our stay. If you have restricted mobility or bring heavy luggage keep in mind there's a staircase (the elevator only goes up to the 5th floor, and the apartment is on 6th). Not exactly about the accomodation, just a recommendation if you visit during the warm months, bring some mosquito repelent, when you open the terrace doors a lot of mosquitos come inside and the bites are annoying. Also... the location is OK - a metro station is walking distance from the apartment and it's only 4 stops away from the main touristic spots (the Acropolis for example). The shower is small and slippery so just be careful not to trip.

• Zee (2/5): Wouldn't recommend at all - Location. Walking distance to train station. Lovely local eateries. Bed needs replacing. Linen and towels are old and dated. Cock roaches. Needs decluttering as it's hard to move around the apartment. There is no place to put luggage. It is impossible to use the bathroom basin. Bathe slippery. Not value for money.
• Jakub (9/5): Superb - The apartment was really great in relation to the price. The room where you sleep has air conditioning, which is definitely necessary in the summer and we were grateful for it. What we appreciate is that there wasn't even any noise, so we slept well. We liked the view from the terrace the most, which was great. Self-check-in was without any problems. There are several cafes in the area where you can buy breakfast. The metro is a few minutes away and there is also a supermarket next to it. I will definitely recommend it to my family if they would go to Athens. If I had to recommend something for improvement, then in general there is room for improvement in the bathroom and kitchen. Especially in the bathroom, be careful in the bathtub so you don't slip on the stair. Once the bathroom and kitchen are a renewed bit, I think this accommodation will be really great. As someone recommended earlier I would also apply mosquito net on doors and windows. But I don't think that because of these things, I should deduct more than one point from the evaluation.
• Dominic (9/5): A fantastic experience - Location was superb, host was very friendly. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby but not too close so no noise, and public transport was useful to get to the more tourist parts of Athens. This location has bars that are definitely a taste of local greece, so brush up on your Greek! The shower is small and fiddly, but still works to clean you.
• Gracner (5/5): Passable - We really liked the big terrace. It offers a nice view over the city and we spent most of our time there. The apartment is also pet friendly, which is in our case, a big plus. The whole building and the apartment have a strange smell. We don't mind old(er) furniture, but here every item was old and worn out. The tiles in the bathroom are cracked, and the paint in the bathroom and kitchen is peeling off the walls. The bathtub and the sink in the bathroom are really small, so it was really hard even to wash your teeth without flooding the bathroom. Also, all the kitchenware is old, dusty, and should be replaced. Even the sponge in the kitchen was falling apart. As mentioned earlier, the terrace is nice, but it is infested with mosquitos. The checkout time is by 11am. The host appeared on our doorstep at 10.30am. When I asked him to wait a bit, since we are still packing our luggage and bringing it to the car and that our small dog is still in the apartment, he ignored me and entered the apartment regardless. Also, there are some really strange paintings in the apartment the are not shown on the booking listing. All in all...the terrace is a plus, everything else not so much.
