Oleg (8/5): достойное место при небольшом бюджете - Из плюсов хочется отметить: - дружелюбную хозяйку, которая всегда была на связи и оперативно отвечала - вкусный завтрак в очень приятном заведении не так далеко от квартиры - удобное расположение квартиры (мы приехали в Неаполь чтобы сходить на оперу и квартира расположена совсем недалеко от театра) - не самую высокую цену за размещение Мы с супругой остались довольны проведённым временем и считаем что позитивные моменты прилично перевешивают негативные, которые я отметил чтобы ожидания от объекта соответствовали реальности Из минусов я бы отметил: - определённую усталость комнаты, в которой мы остановились. Какие-то моменты стоит привести в порядок чтобы впечатление не портилось из-за мелочей - я читал в отзывах и поэтому был готов, но не все понимают что квартира на третьем этаже и в неё можно подняться только по лестнице - тоже читал в отзывах и не удивился что окно на улицу есть только в ванной комнате (достаточно небольшое) и отсутствует в спальне
danyeli (2/5): - Para empezar el contacto con los dueños es muy malo, nunca respondieron la solicitud para hacer el check in, las instrucciones fueron poco claras y demoraron en llegar. Nunca vimos a los encargados, hasta que en la noche llego una mujer exaltada, quien no tenía disposición de explicarnos, ni entender que pasaba, finalmente teníamos que compartir el piso (cosa que nunca se especifica antes de reservar) con otro grupo de personas. Además agregar que las toallas parecían muy viejas, una de las camas era prácticamente una colchoneta y el aseo dejaba que desear.

Juan felipe (9/5): - Un lugar con excelente ubicación, comodo, la habitación es muy amplia, la cama muy comoda, el baño esta muy bien y en general todo nos gusto, sus anfitriones nos ayudaron en todo momento con la mejor actitud, muy recomendado.
Alvaro Mellado (7/5): - La ubicación es excelente, bien conectada tanto en metro como para moverse andando por las zonas de alrededor. Los desayunos se hacen fuera del apartamento, en una cafetería cercana, pero resultan muy agradables: sentarse allí a tomar un café con un croissant le da un encanto especial a la experiencia. Además, el apartamento se mantiene fresco gracias al aire acondicionado, algo que se agradece mucho en Nápoles. Las calles del barrio están bastante sucias y, en general, las playas de la ciudad son casi inexistentes y de poca calidad, por lo que hay que alejarse bastante si se quiere disfrutar de un buen baño.

FABIOLA (8/5): Eravamo in 5 ragazze e abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte. - Stanza molto grande e accogliente, vicina a piazza Plebiscito. Comunicazione con lo staff (tramite Whatsapp) chiara e tempestiva, sia per check-in/check out, sia per qualsiasi altro chiarimento. Posizione della stanza al terzo piano senza ascensore. Vicolo non troppo sicuro se si decide di percorrerlo di notte. Un altro piccolo appunto non c’erano prese di corrente a sufficienza vicino al letto
Daniele (7/5): Buona location per visitare la città e brevi soggiorni - La proprietà è in una posizione centrale, vicina a punti di interesse, fermate della metro e vie principali. Ogni giorno viene pulita la camera e viene fatto il cambio delle lenzuola. La posizione sicuramente è centrale ma non a tutti potrebbe piacere la zona in cui si trova per via del contesto in cui è situata. Un altro piccolo appunto non c’erano prese di corrente a sufficienza vicino al letto, e la notte a parte la luce della camera non erano presenti luci/bajour vicino a letto già collegate da poter spegnere e accendere comodamente.

Sandra (4/5): risk to stay outside - The room was ok. The locations is ok. The communication with the host. The host was really not welcoming. She made me to stay outside on a street for at least 1 hour. She did not send me any instructions how to get into the room despite I have sent 2 emails, and 2 whatsapp messages. Breakfast is somewhere far from the place and it includes just one croissant and a cup of coffee. Not worth to go there. There were 2 coffee machines in the corridor, but they did not work - made a lot of noise just.
Gemma (7/5): Good - Their attention, the size of the room, the price I payed, not sure if I would repeat but it deffinitely met my expectations and I don't regret my choice 4 floors upstairs till you reach the room and the smell coming from the WC made my stay less pleasant... then, having a salty option for breakfast not just sweet would also help.

Pedro (4/5): Poor - It was quiet and located in a very quaint street, very nice for a "local" experience. The room had no windows except for the one in the bathroom. I had to physically remove construction material to enter the room. I had to ask how it worked with the breakfast (one croissant and one coffee per person in a bistro 10 mins away) because there was no communication about it at 9pm in the evening. At the end was asked to make a bank transfer to some Irish bank. First time this happened to me. I had three different accommodations chosen and I chose this one because it was the most expensive and I thought I'll get more value. Feel a bit scammed and it's a shame nothing we can do. I'll stay in hotels from now on and book directly. Just choose some place else, plenty of choice for this money in Naples.
