• Gina (10/5): Soggiorno favoloso a Vienna! - Appartamento molto ampio, comodo, dotato di tutti i comfort, adatto per una famiglia di 4 persone. La padrona di casa Ismen è meravigliosa, ci ha accolti la mattina permettendoci di fare il check-in prima dell’orario previsto, anche per il check-out è stata la stessa cosa, visto che l’appartamento non aveva altre prenotazioni per quel giorno! Ci ha aiutati in un momento di difficoltà, poiché abbiamo avuto un problema per raggiungere l’aeroporto, lei ha risposto prontamente alla nostra chiamata e si è prodigata per aiutarci. Sicuramente consiglio a tutti l’appartamento di Ismen! Nulla

• Maria Pina (9/5): - Il proprietario è stato molto disponibile e gentile. L'appartamento anche se non in centro è ben collegato con mezzi pubblici. L'appartamento era ben curato e pulito, con tutti i servizi ben funzionanti, compresa la doccia. Valutazione ottima.
• Julia Goldovski (10/5): Теплое гостеприимство. - Очень чистая и уютная квартира.Балкон удобный для курильщиков.Кухня оснащена всем необходимым.Есть возможность постирать вещи.Кровать удобная.Хозяева были любезны - встретили нас вкусной выпечкой и пивом в холодильнике.Позволили нам выехать позже ,т.к наш рейс был поздно вечером.До центра ездит трамвай номер 2.До остановки идти 7 мин. И ехать минут 25. Нет такого.

• Daniel (7/5): Es war ein sehr schöner und zu kurzer Aufenthalt in Wien. - Die Wohnung war größer als erwartet. Alles war in einem ordentlichen Zustand. Es gäbe hier und da Möglichkeiten die Wohnung noch attraktiver zu machen. Das Bad hatte ein paar kleine Mängel, der Föhn war leider defekt und wurde nicht wie versprochen nachgeliefert. Handtücher würde ich in verschiedenen Farben für die Gäste zurechtlegen nicht alles in Weiss. Außerdem gab es zu wenig Möglichkeiten zum aufhängen der Handtücher. In der Küche fehlte ein wirklich scharfes Messer zum schneiden von Obst und Gemüse.

I definitely recommend. - We did not have the breakfast included but there was a grocery store just around the corner and it wasn't a problem with cooking. The location is also great, the place was very quite (with birds chirping in the morning) and the access to public transport is very good. Also we appreciated the cleanliness of the apartment. For those who chose to cook in the apartment, the kitchen was not fully equipped. We needed a big soup pot, smaller plates, a big bawl for salad. The rest was super fine.

• Milena (10/5): Boravak u apartmanu ISMENS je bio pravo zadovoljstvo, tako da ima sve nase preporuke! - Sve je bilo odlicno! A posebno je bilo prijatno iznenadjenje domacina koje nas je docekalo u stanu, u vidu postavljenog stola sa fenomenalnom domacom pitom i kolacima, sampanjcem i praznicnom atmosferom... zaista divno! Domacin je bio uvek dostupan i jako ljubazan da nas uputi i da preporuke u vezi svega sto je bilo potrebno i sto nas je interesovalo za nas boravak od nekoliko dana. Zahvaljujem se puno na svemu i ovde cemo sigurno doci i sledecom prilikom... Nema toga...

• ΑΝΝΑ (10/5): Εξαιρετική επιλογή!! - Εξαιρετικά ευρύχωρο με ολα τα απαραίτητα (ακόμα και κάψουλες για καφέ)εκπληκτική αισθητική, ζεστό, καθαρό και πολύ κοντά στα μέσα. Είχε ακόμα και πλυντήριο, ξεχωριστό wc με μπάνιο, επιλογή για Disney - Netflix. Ο ιδιοκτήτης φοβερός - στην άφιξη μας έφερε κ φαγητό από το μαγαζί τους - εξυπηρετικός σε όλα. Το καλύτερο Rbnb που έχουμε μείνει ποτέ!! Το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα!! Ήταν όλα τέλεια

• Ariadna (9/5): - Appartamento pulito e ben arredato. Nella cucina c'era tutto il necessario, olio, sale zucchero, capsule caffè, etc, e anche delle palle di Mozart di benvenuto. Comodo il wc separato dal bagno, entrambi ciechi. L'appartamento è ben collegato con i mezzi di trasporto per raggiungere il centro. Non abbiamo trovato le pastiglie per la lavastoviglie ma il proprietario prontamente ce le ha portate. Lo scarico del lavandino nel bagno era un pò lento, nulla di irrisolvibile. Delle stoviglie antiaderenti sarebbero molto comode.
• Dávid (9/5): Nice owners, good price-value ratio, ideal for a long weekend for tourists. - Dena and her brother are so kind and do their best to serve the guests. I have asked her to bring a ventillator and she did it with pleasure. They were also flexible on the check out time that made our departure more comfortable. The flat has a comfy balcony to the courtyard, it is relexing to sit out there. The wifi was out of order but I am sure they will fix it for the upcoming guests very soon.
• Ana (10/5): Lijep apartman blizu Pratera - Prekrasan, velik i lijepo uređen apartman, nova kupaonica, čisto i uredno. Apartman na odličnoj lokaciji, jako blizu tramvajske stanice koja se nalazi nekoliko stanica od Pratera, tako da se svuda brzo dođe. Na ručnicima nas dočekale Mozart kugle, sitnica koja jako razveseli. Jako ugodan boravak, iznenadila nas je veličina stana. Sve je bilo odlično.

• David (9/5): Nice and cozy apartment close to the public transport and not far from the centre - We received the keys from Michael who was waiting for us at the apartment. He showed us everything, and even paid for parking for a while so we could get our stuff out and re-park the car. I found the cheapest parking about 15 min walk on Nordpolstraße. Apartment's kitchen is very well equipped although we missed few items, However - we had a coffeemaker for Nespresso capsules with about 10 of them generously offered by the host. And Mozart Kugeln on the pillows! Thanks for that! Bathroom and WC has been recently renovated I guess, everything seemed to be brand new and nice. Smart TV with Netflix - what else do you need, right? There is a covered balcony to the grass courtyard - must be nice having a glass of wine or a cup of coffee here, when it's warmer. Two locks on the main door and another one at the main entrance to the building means it's pretty safe here. The surrounding area looked safe, too. Short distance to public transport, being it tram, U-Bahn or a bus. Lots of shops around, with Lidl about 3 min walk and very nice Billa at the tram stop on Dresdner Strasse close to U-Bahn station(15 min walk). Apart from those few items in the kitchen, the only thing we did not like much are glass tables. But this is purely matter of taste. Just without coasters or some sort of table-cloth you are really afraid to put the heavy cup or plate on the table. ;) Kitchen - being a family with two little kids we would appreciate some small bowls, small plates, more teaspoons, and sharper knives. And a better kettle would be perfect. Adding a toaster would be just awesome! :)
