Выбрала этот отель из за террасы на крыше для красивых завтраков, но терраса оказалась на реконструкции, но в любом случае погода не позволила бы наслаждаться там завтраками)))

• Imre (5/5): Istambul - Személyzet segítőkész és kedves A foglalt szoba állítólag beázott és a földszinten szállásoltak el, ami a képeken látható tengerparti kilátás helyett a lepusztult raktár helységet néztük a teraszról.Majd két éjszaka után a harmadik emeletre kerültünk ami a tengerpartra nézett így a négy napból kettőt a foglalt szobába töltöttünk.Beázásnak és festésnek nyoma se volt,viszont akkor jelentkeztek ki a szállodából így valószínűleg foglalási probléma volt.

Programokat ajánlottak nekünk, transzfert szerveztek nekünk a visszaútra. Mindenben a kedvünkben jártak. A hotel elhelyezkedése kitűnő, mindenhez ( a főbb látványosságokhoz ) közel, gyalog megközelíthető. Éttermek boltok sora. Ajánlom mindenkinek!🙂

• Stephan (8/5): Aufgrund der Lage gerne wieder. - Lage zu den historischen Sehenswürdigkeiten war spitze! Ebru, die Dame an der Rezeption, war super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.
• Ruthlyn (10/5): - We went specifically for Ramadan and being close to the Blue mosque for our prayers. It was a perfect location. The Hagia Sofia and the Grand Bazaar are also very close. The hotel staff were amazingly friendly and helpful especially Ali and Iman (can't remember how its spelt) but I mustn't forget the young lady too at the reception. Fasting time started earlier than the breakfast time but the hotel made it possible for us to have our breakfast at suhoor time. The mini chiller was a plus. All in all we had a great Ramadan. Would definitely use the Olimpic hotel again.

• annalilianlumbantoba (10/5): Wonderful stay with incredibly kind staff at Olympic Hotel - This was our first time staying at Olympic Hotel Istanbul, and it turned out to be a truly memorable experience. We were warmly welcomed by two amazing staff members, Imam and Ali. Imam kindly waited for us to check in at 3 AM, which we deeply appreciated after a long journey. Ali was equally wonderful—he assisted us during check-out, helped take care of our luggage while we went out to shop for souvenirs, and even helped arrange a taxi to the airport. Before we left, Ali also offered us Turkish tea, which was such a thoughtful and heartfelt gesture. Both Imam and Ali made us feel not just like guests, but like friends. Their kindness and hospitality truly made our stay special. Highly recommended!
• Sightsee718560 (10/5): Great Ramadan choice. - We chose this hotel for the location to the Blue mosque/Hagia Sofia and Grand Bazaar as we were going for Ramadan. The location was spot on. The hotel was very nice and comfortable. All the staff from the reception area to the hotel maids, were amazingly friendly and polite. A massive thank you to Ali and Iman (not sure if spelt his name correct) also the young lady at the reception. We had a small problem with our initial room but they quickly dealth with it and gave us an upgraded room to a triple one. The problem was maybe our choice of room when we booked. We stayed from 17th to 22nd March and enjoyed everyday. If we came back to Istanbul, we would definitely go back to Olimpic hotel.

• LENKA (10/5): Úžasné - Na pobyte v hoteli Olimpic Hotel v Istanbule sme boli veľmi spokojní. Personál bol počas celého pobytu milý, ochotný a vždy pripravený pomôcť. Izby boli čisté a upratané, čo prispelo k príjemnému pocitu z ubytovania. Veľmi nás potešili aj raňajky – boli pestré, čerstvé a naozaj chutné. V hotelovej reštaurácii výborne varili, jedlá boli kvalitné a mali skvelú chuť. Celkovo hodnotíme pobyt veľmi pozitívne a tento hotel môžeme určite odporučiť každému, kto plánuje navštíviť Istanbul.

• Vanesa (5/5): Posizione buona , pulizia scarsa , senza colazione vista mare . - La posizione L’hotel dalle aspettative prometteva molto bene, soprattutto per la colazione con vista mare, che è stato uno dei motivi principali per cui abbiamo prenotato. Purtroppo, una volta arrivati, ci è stato comunicato solo il giorno dopo che la colazione non sarebbe stata servita nella sala con vista mare ma in un ristorante accanto, senza vista, a causa di lavori. Nessuno ci aveva avvisato prima. Dopo diversi giorni e varie richieste di spiegazioni, abbiamo parlato con il responsabile che ha cercato di rimediare offrendoci l’ultima mattina una colazione con vista mare in un hotel vicino. Ho apprezzato il gesto, ma avrei preferito che la situazione fosse gestita prima e che la colazione vista mare fosse garantita tutte le mattine; altrimenti avrei scelto un altro hotel. Inoltre, la pulizia delle camere lasciava molto a desiderare: polvere, capelli e un giorno mancava persino la carta igienica. Lo abbiamo fatto presente al personale, ma la situazione non è migliorata. Consiglio di migliorare la pulizia e soprattutto di comunicare su Booking eventuali lavori o modifiche ai servizi, così che i clienti sappiano in anticipo cosa aspettarsi.
• Tour49439688018 (2/5): worst service - The hygiene is terrible. They don't empty the bathroom trash can. From the first day, the room smells like someone else's excrement. The staff are also extremely unfriendly. Some of them constantly ask for tips. Also, I left a bag at this hotel, and when I asked them to deliver it, they wouldn't give me a specific amount and kept demanding more money. I still don't know if my bag is safe. I don't understand why this hotel has such good reviews and ratings. Once again, the service at this hotel is the worst. 한국인분들이라면 이해 가능하실 것입니다. 여기 절대 가지 마세요

• THIERRY (4/5): Hotel confortable mais à éviter car les réservations ne sont pas sures. - L'équipe est sympa et les chambres sont confortables. Quand nous sommes arrivés notre chambre n'était pas disponible ( nous avions reçu un message 2 heures avant nous expliquant que notre carte bleue n'avez pas "marchée", alors que nous voyagions depuis un mois avec Booking sans problème et quand on a payé à l'accueil de l'hotel la carte a fonctionnée). Donc après pas mal de palabres ils nous ont envoyés sur un autre hotel qui était 2 fois moins chère et trés inconfortable, mais il n'ont pas voulu nous rembourser la différence!!!! le lendemain matin nous sommes revenu sur l'hotel et nous avons perdu la matinée avant de récupérer notre chambre!!! Donc aucune confiance dans le staf , on a vraiment eu l'impression que l'on se fichait de nous....

The hotel’s location in Sultanahmet is perfect, within walking distance of many historical attractions. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety of options. I was more than satisfied with my stay and would definitely choose this hotel again. • Christopher (8/5): Pleasant stay - We had a pleasant stay at the Olimpic Hotel; unfortunately, our vacation took a turn for the worse due to a medical emergency. The staff went above and beyond to help us get to the hospital, made sure we had everything we needed, and even assisted with translation—after hours as well. Their kindness and support during such a stressful time meant so much to our family, especially the care they showed our children. The hotel is in a great location, and the breakfast was excellent. They were very attentive and even offered me medication when they saw I was unwell. - Ideal location for visiting Istanbul on foot. - Hotel located right next to Sultanahmet. - Very pleasant rooftop with a beautiful view, especially at sunset. - Excellent airport transportation service. - First night spent in the only room located on the kitchen floor (breakfast and restaurant area), which was very noisy. This room should never be assigned to guests. No other room was available the first night, but we were moved the next morning and everything went well afterward. - Housekeeping entered the room despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, with beautiful rooms and a lovely sea view. The breakfast was excellent with great variety. • Sara (4/5): No good room superior, only standard room very small. - We appreciated the location and the well-managed breakfast, the staff who took care of breakfast were really kind. We paid extra for a larger 23m2 superior room, but on the first night they gave us a service room on the top floor next to the kitchen and the elevator engine room. We then requested a room change and were given a 15m2 standard room. The staff told us the hotel was full and they didn't have any superior rooms. However, we paid much more for no service.

• PATRICIA (7/5): Hôtel très bien situé, agréable . Attention au choix de la chambre ! - Nous avons apprécié la localisation de l hôtel , très proche de la mosquée bleue, st Sophie ect.. Les chambres sont très propres . Un grand merci à MAHMUT pour son extrême gentillesse, sa disponibilité , son écoute . Attention au choix de la chambre, grosse déconvenue le 1er soir . Nous avions choisi deux chambres supérieures avec vue mer . Nous nous sommes retrouvés pour une chambre à l étage des cuisines ! Seul chambre de cet étage , juste à coté de la cuisine et de la salle à manger . Un enfer pour se reposer. Bien sûr nous avons demandé aussitôt à changer car cela ne correspondait pas du tout à notre attente et à la sélection que nous avions faite sur booking. Apres des négociations et un directeur. D établissement pas sympa 😡du tout (nous informant que si l on était pas content nous n avions qu à trouvé un autre hôtel !! Pas facile le jour de l an !!) . L histoire de termine bien car le lendemain nous avons eu une belle chambre et avons passé un excellent séjour🌞 . L autre chambre n avait pas de vue mais très bien 👍.

• Elena (7/5): - Очень доброжелательный персонал и прекрасная локация, до Голубой мечети 3-5 мин пешком. На последнем этаже хорошие виды. У нас было два номера, один из них очень маленький, но мы в гостиницу приходили только переночевать, поэтому сильно не напрягало. Уборка оставляет желать лучшего, на полу клочья пыли, которые после уборки так и остались лежать за дверью и под кроватью, на постельном белье нашли черные длинные волосы - очень неприятно. Гостиница находится на узкой проезжей улочке, было шумно, но с закрытыми окнами нормально. Завтрак очень скудный, были только вареные яйца, колбаса, сыр, вкусные запеченные овощи , картошка фри, хлопья, чай кофе, на десерт пирог. За отдельную плату сделали омлет, но не вкусный.
• cecile (4/5): Bien situé mais je recommande pas la chambre familiale - Bien situé , personnel fait de son mieux Pas confortable - chambre derrière le bar. Lit dur, pas toujours d’eau chaude dans la douche, trop chaud dans la chambre - impossible de régler le chauffage, tv sans signal , cafards dans la chambre. Bruit et musique chaque soir des alentours. Bref pas agréable. Et petit dej très médiocre. Que du salé, et pains coupé en très petits morceaux . J’ai fini par chercher des viennoiseries moi même à l’extérieur de l’hôtel.

• ivan (7/5): - La gentilezza del personale e la posizione eccellente, meno di 10 minuti dalla Moschea Blu e dal Gran Bazar Mi era stato detto che c'era una zona wellness e SPA, mentre in realtà si tratta di un centro esterno, di fronte all'hotel. La colazione purtroppo è quasi esclusivamente salata, di dolce sono presenti solo miele e marmellate da spalmare sul pane, niente brioches, niente torte, questo è un po' un limite per chi ama come me la colazione dolce.

• ABDELLATIF 76 (9/5): - Ça était très agréable. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe de l'hôtel : Mme Lamae, Mme Chokrane, Mme Imane et aussi Mr Muhmut, Mr Ali et Mr Ozir. Hôtel avec un excellent emplacement au plein centre près du Tramway. Très bon petit déjeuner et très varié. La prochaine fois, inchallah, nous serons de retour. Petites remarques mais ce n'est pas grave.
• Ombretta (7/5): Tutto sommato nn ci siamo trovati male. - La pulizia e la posizione molto centrale. A piedi si raggiungevano le principali attrazioni. La colazione soprattutto salata , buona. Macchina del caffè nn sempre funzionante in sala colazioni. I camerieri ci hanno portato i cappuccini dal bar sotto. La stanza come dalle foto di Booking ha il letto un po’ piccolo. Comunque ci siamo stati bene. Hotel difficile da recensire. Un po’ trascurato. Abbiamo avuto un sacco di problemi all’arrivo con le stanze. Una aveva la serratura scassata , ci hanno fornito poi la chiave. Poi si è rotta del tutto e il giorno dopo è stata subito riparata. La stanza poi era fredda , ma ce l’hanno riscaldata subito. Purtroppo puzzava leggermente di fumo ( noi nn fumiamo). Mobiletto del bagno un po’ rovinato . L’altra assegnata ai nostri amici era addirittura occupata da altri. Nessuno ne sapeva nulla. Sostituita con un’altra per la notte e l’indomani cambiata. La sera è saltata la luce che poi è stata sistemata. Però era una stanza calda e senza odore di fumo. Albergo scelto per l’ottimo di Booking, ma penso sia un buono. C’è molto ricambio tra i ragazzi della reception che sono molto gentili. Comunque se la proprietà controllasse e sistemasse i problemi delle varie stanze , sarebbe un buon albergo.

Annars hemskt Läget på hotellet var toppen Det var det absolut smutsigaste hotell vi bott på, fick kalla på Städerska som tog bort lakan med fläckar och hårstrån på. Under sängen var smuts sedan flera år!!! Låg ett fyraårigt gammalt kvitto där! Luktade kloak i badrumnet Frukost var inte alls bra, inte en enda dag fanns det vi behövde, de fyllde inte på och vi fick alltid säga till och vänta...... Oerhört smutsigt även där!!

• Anton (10/5): - Це був неймовірний досвід у цьому чудовому місці! Нам з дружиною дуже сподобалося все. Розташування, кімната, сніданки і звичайно ж персонал: Doyan, Ozer, Siyar, Margarita, Ali та ін., чиї імена я нажаль не запам'ятав. Всі були дуже привітні, всі питання вирішувалися швидко і якісно. Ціна/якість найкраща! Кімната була невеликою, але дуже затишною та чистою. Я від всієї душі рекомендую це місце. Але! Зрозумійте, що це не 5-ти зірковий готель олінклюзів.
