We were also welcomed with hot tea on the stove, which was such a thoughtful touch. The location is great as well. Highly recommended!

• Anna (10/5): Definitely stay here if you visit Pogradec - Great communication from the owner, before and during our stay. He was also happy to give us recommendations on places to eat, for example. The apartment was centrally located but in a quiet street. It was immaculately clean and well equipped with everything we could possibly have needed (grater, anyone?). We loved staying here and it would be great if the owner could buy loads more apartments around the world for us to stay in. There was absolutely nothing to dislike, although leaving was hard!

• Fabio (10/5): Un tesoro a Pogradec. Proprietario eccezionale. - Appartamento molto carino e con tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno. E' esattamente come nelle foto. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Due camere da letto e un soggiorno con divani letto, tutti molto comodi. Cucina attrezzata, compresa la moka per fare il caffè all'italiana. Rapporto qualità prezzo imbattibile. Ottima posizione a due passi dal lungolago, ci sono tanti ristoranti per tutte le tasche. Pogradec è una città molto bella e meritava sicuramente qualche altro giorno. Julian ci ha accolto a braccia aperte ed è stato super disponibile, abbiamo fatto una bella chiacchierata, parla benissimo italiano (è un insegnante di italiano). Se torneremo a Pogradec dormiremo sicuramente di nuovo nel suo appartamento.

Apartamenti ishte shume afer qendres qe e bente shume te lehte te levizje edhe ne kembe. I zoti i apartamentit shume i komunikueshem dhe i sjellshem. Sa here te kthehemi ne pogradec e dime se ku do qendrojme.

• Maria (10/5): BOOK THIS APARTMENT! - BOOK THIS APARTMENT! This is the best apartment we stayed in all of Albania. We have stayed in lots of places around the world, and this apartment is exceptional. Julian is the best host you can have dreamed of. He lent us his bikes, he prepared the fire for us before we arrived, he had the Italian TV going on when we arrived, and he has thought everything that you need to make this place feel like you are at home. Highly reccomend to stay there if you pop in that area.

• Lucy (10/5): Great Central apartment - Lovely large apartment in the centre of town, short walk to the lake and plenty of restaurants and bars around. The apartment was comfortable and had everything you need and was much bigger than expected with a balcony too. Julian was great and met us to help find the apartment and show us around. He also told us where to find places to go. Honestly for the money we paid it was a crazy bargain! All good

Preparing every extriutating detail, to drinking glasses, washing powder, lighting matches, everything- it feels like you could move in to live there permenantly just tommorow. The owner was just the sweetest anglel, being very generous (he brought us cherries and water bottles to welcome us) and responsive (replying in minutes and being understanding when we were late to arrive). This is the only apartment in Albania that I saw with a microwave. The beadsheers werent paper thin as well, and my family had a very comfrabole night. Good location and it had good parking too. Definitly reccomend! Nothing, everything was perfect

• Shegë (10/5): Great apartament for a very reasonable price - The property was very clean, everything you possibly need was there. Kitchen and toilet were equipt very good. It had a front balcony and also bed room balcony. Julian was very communicative, offert help in everything during thw stay, was very respectful and trustworthy owner. It was only 3 min walk to the lake where you could eat and drink cheap and the wonderful park.Markets and restaurant very close to the apartament. I truly reccomend you stay jn Julian's apartament and emjoy everything. Julian was so nice that he even left fruits and water there for us. Everything was just great.

It is very conveniently located at about 6 min walking from the bus station and 5 min in the other direction is the lake. The appartment is spacious, cozy, super clean, foreseen of everything you think about. As welcome you get a full fruit basket and big bottle of water. In the kitchen electrical plates, oven, microwave, fridge, all good working. Coffee & Italian mokka, sugar, salt and pepper, oregano are foreseen. In the room: iron and ironing board, first aid kit and washing machine in the bathroom. Last but not least, your host Julian who is super friendly and doing his utmost best to guarantee you a great stay. Big big thank you !!! nothing, all perfect

Julian, the owner came to meet us to show us the way and was a fantastic host, couldn't be more helpful. Spacious, spotless, cheap price, great location .....best apartment in Pogradec. • Florian (10/5): A pleasant stay at Appartamento centro - We went at the "Appartamento centro" as a family, 5 persons (including my 1½ years old daughter), on 17-18 June 2023 (one night). The owner of the Appartamento centro, Julian, was very kind and friendly. I called him on whatsapp when we arrived near this appartment and after 2 minutes he arrived to pick us up. He was very helpful to answer my questions about places to visit in Pogradec. When we were inside the property, on the table, Julian had put a big bunch of bananas and a big plate full of apricots for us, for free. The appartment had 2 bedrooms and a living room (with a fridge, oven, and all the useful utensils to cook something), 2 balconies, a private bathroom (with shower and a bidet). This property can easily accomodate up to 5 persons (2 single beds, 1 king bed, and a big sofa in the kitchen). This appartment was very clean, pleasant, and very well furnished, it had all the equipment needed for a pleasant stay, free wifi, very near to the lake. I highly recommend this appartment for all the people who want to have a nice holiday in Pogradec. Nothing

Multiple fast foods and restaurants nearby It was hard to park my car, but the owner Julian found a parking spot for us at 10 pm at night. He is the most awesome host I have ever met

The apartment is very clean and furnished with everything you need, the best is the wooden stove in the living room. The location right in the centre and only a few metres from the lake makes it particularly attractive.

The shower with hot water and good pressure. The wifi works perfectly. Julian is very kind, gave us information of everything we needed and gave us a warm welcome. He was always willing to answer our questions and make our stay as pleasant as possible. We would have stayed longer. We recommend this apartment 100%. We hope we can come back soon.
