• Ana (8/5): Excelente ubicacion y comodidades. - Ubicacion excelente, apartamento amplio y muy confortable, con todo lo necesario. Limpio y prolijo. La entrega de las llaves, quizas horario un poco mas extenso y que me las llevaran al apartamento hubiera sido mejor, llegue en la tardecita.
• msimoespereira (9/5): Comfortable Stay in a Perfect Location - The location was excellent, very close to public transport and main attractions, which made getting around really easy. The hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming. Another good point was the indoor temperature, which was very comfortable. The only downside was the window blackout, which was not very effective, allowing some light to enter during the night. However, this is a minor and somewhat personal preference.

• Miriam (9/5): Apartmán v centre - Lokalita apartmánu je výborná, dobrá dostupnosť ku MHD, v blízkosti obchodíky aj veľké nákupné centrum. Obzvlášť vyzdvihujem personál recepcie, check in bol bez problémov, dokonca nás ubytovali skôr, venovala sa nám veľmi milá slečna. Aj komunikácia pred ubytovaním bola príjemná a efektívna. Čistota apartmánu nebola stopercentná a tiež bol na náš vkus trocha chladný napriek snahe vykúriť ho. Postele sa nám zdali príliš mäkké, to je ale otázky osobnej preferencie.

Temiz bir yer. İlgili çalışanları var. Erken check in yapmama izin verdiler. Başta depozito istemeleri korkutsa da sonunda evi gördüklerinde depozitomu geri verdiler. Gürültüsüz gayet geniş ve konforlu. Küveti bile var. Sıcacık suda köpüklü banyo keyfi yapıp yorgunluğunuzu atabilirsiniz. Begenmediğim hiçbir şey yok.
• Edit (4/5): Už nikdy se tady nevrátíme. - ubytování bez snídaně Velmi zastaralé vybavení asi více než 30 let staré, nekvalitní matrace, vše staré, rozbitý nefunkční noční stolek u okna, v koupelně stará špinavá předložka, starý zašlý závěs nad vanou, celkový pocit nečistoty a ještě vyžadována kauce 2500 Kč před ubytováním.

• Mireia (4/5): Buena ubicación, higiene horrible - La ubicación del piso es bastante centrica y cerca de todos los sitios de interés a una distancia corta a pie y hay bastantes comercios al rededor. Al entrar al piso notamos olor a encierro, claramente no se ventilaba hace bastante tiempo a pesar de que nosotras mismas vimos a la persona de limpieza salir del piso antes de nuestro check in. A simple vista todo parece ok pero en realidad no estaba para nada limpio, las toallas olían horrible, pelos en la ducha, las almohadas sucias y fundas con mal olor también, evidentemente no habían sido lavadas hace poco, el suelo con polvo, el riel de las cortinas no funcionan, al bajar las persianas una de ellas se cayó por lo que dormimos con toda la luz en la cara, el radiador lleno de telas de arañas y uno de los colchones con los resortes muy desgastados por lo que molestaba la espalda. Cabe destacar que tampoco habia aire acondicionado en la habitación por lo que el calor hace el domir un poco mas difícil aun a pesar de haber un ventilador.

• Mierzwińska (4/5): - The apartment has a good location close to the city center. The staff were friendly, and it was convenient to be able to collect the keys from a lockbox late in the evening. Unfortunately, overall I do not recommend this apartment. It definitely needs renovation. The double bed is made of two single beds pushed together, which constantly slide apart, leaving an uncomfortable gap in the middle. The mattresses are very uncomfortable. The curtains were grey from dirt, and the walls were scratched. The worst part was the bathroom. The tiles around the bathtub were covered with mold, which made staying in the apartment very unpleasant and unhygienic. Another major downside is the check-out process. According to the information on Booking, check-out is available from midnight until 10:00 a.m. However, in reality, in order to receive the deposit refund, a staff member must inspect the apartment in person, and the earliest this can happen is 9:30 a.m., when the reception opens. This does not match the information provided on Booking and creates a serious problem for guests who want to leave earlier, for example to catch an early train. For this price, it is absolutely not worth it.

• Ruth (7/5): - Great location, spacious apartment, has all the amenities one needs. Relatively quite considering it is on a very loud and busy street which is well known in Prague. One of the walls is all windows and there was no proper curtain which means lights from the street as well as cleaning vehicles that pass flooded the room with light all night. I was told the person before me had ripped it down but this should have been flagged.

• thebaldbaker (6/5): - Host was very efficient prior to arrival. Good location. Great price, no thrills. Very noisy area. No curtains, and blinds were not working properly. Apartment dated, but clean.

• Patrik (4/5): Disappointing - Location - The accommodation is located in a good area, close to the city center. Friendly staff - The receptionist is very kind and helpful. Overall impression of the apartment is rather poor. Cleanliness is an issue - while the apartment may appear relatively clean at first glance, walking around in white socks quickly turned them completely black. Broken blinds - As mentioned in several other reviews, the blinds are likely broken. Overal condition of the apartment - The apartment feels quite worn out and would benefit from a renovation, especially the bathroom (also mentioned in a lot of other reviews). The check-in and check-out process is inconvenient - guests must call the receptionist, who is not on-site, and wait for her to arrive (though the wait wasn’t long). While the check-out time is officially between 00:00–10:00, in reality, guests must wait for the receptionist to inspect the apartment and return the deposit. However, the reception only opens at 9:30. A self check-in/out system would make the process more efficient. Clearer instructions on how to find the accommodation would also be helpful.

• Asmir (6/5): Pleasant - Location was pretty good. Bus station was near and also a lot of caffe's and restaurants. It was on the first floor of the building. Staff was nice. Apartment had all things just like in the photos, but photos are made few years ago and everything has traces of use. We think that it's time for some updating. Cleanliness was questionable (for example towels, ironing board etc.).

Well maintained, clean, bathroom has hot running hot water for a shower any time of the day. Reception is walkable and close by for easy storage of luggage before chec-in and after check-out Its a one-room studio apartment with a small kitchenette -- not very suitable for families with teen kid or more than one kid... Space for a family of 3 might be bit smaller over-all

• Ina (8/5): Very good - Close to oldtown, very convenient location - we walked around on foot everywhere. No rest at night. No air conditioning so open at night. The street is so busy - many bars outside, people singing and screaming till 6am.
