В спальні окремо кімнатка для шаф підя одяг та велике дзеркало. Білосніжна постіль. Дуже дякую персоналу за додаткові можливості та допомогу..

- Segundo (9/5): La casa perfecta para una estancia relajada en Praga y disfrutar de la ciudad - La situación es extraordinaria. El piso es muy amplio con unas estancias grandes, techos muy altos y grandes ventanales con mucha luz. Todo estaba muy nuevo y limpio. Para el tipo de alojamiento y para 6 dias que habíamos contratado han sido muy escasos los geles y champús. Creo que todo lo referido a material de baño (jabones...) debe mejorarse tanto en cantidad como en calidad para estar acorde con la calidad de la vivienda.

- Arkadius (5/5): Bin enttäuscht - Ich war insgesamt leider enttäuscht von diesem Appartement. Bereits bei der Ankunft gab es Unstimmigkeiten, da die angegebene Adresse nicht mit der tatsächlichen Lage des Appartements übereinstimmte, was unnötig verwirrend war. Das Appartement liegt an einer stark befahrenen Straße mit Straßenbahnverkehr. Dadurch kam es zu erheblichen Lärmbelästigungen und sogar spürbaren Vibrationen, die mir zwei schlaflose Nächte bereitet haben. Für Gäste, die Ruhe suchen, ist diese Unterkunft daher eher ungeeignet. Das Bett war zudem nicht besonders bequem, was den Aufenthalt zusätzlich beeinträchtigt hat. Auch der Lüfter im Badezimmer war extrem laut und störend. Besonders enttäuschend war, dass die Bilder in der Anzeige nicht der Realität entsprachen: Auf den Fotos ist beispielsweise ein Whirlpool im Badezimmer zu sehen, der weder in der Beschreibung erwähnt wird noch im Appartement vorhanden war. Das ist irreführend und hat falsche Erwartungen geweckt. Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass die Küche ordentlich ausgestattet war und die Sauberkeit insgesamt in Ordnung war. Insgesamt kann ich die Unterkunft daher nur eingeschränkt empfehlen, insbesondere aufgrund des Lärms und der irreführenden Darstellung.

- Liana (9/5): - Este o locație amenajată cu bun gust, aproape de obiective, spațioasă, luminos, aproape de parcare cu plată, deși este pe o stradă circulată nu se simte gălăgia de afară. Faptul că nu este self check-in si este nevoie să fi așteptat pentru primirea cheilor, proprietatea trimite tone de mesaje pentru stabilirea orei de întâlnire, este puțin deranjant, mai ales când ești în vacanță. Același lucru si la plecare. Prosoapele nu sunt la nivelul locației, mult prea uzate. Foarte frig în apartament, mai ales când ești însoțit de copil. Lipsă pernelor pentru patul superior, am găsit o pernă într-un dulap dar nu existau fețe de pernă sau lenjerie extra. Ceea ce se numește terasă/balcon este mini, cu greu încape o persoană. Mirosul din baia cu duș, vine de la mașina de spălat/uscător. Zgomotul pe care îl face frigiderul este extrem de deranjant.

- Christoph (1/5): Nicht wie gebucht – sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung - Leider kann ich diese Unterkunft nicht empfehlen. Bereits auf dem Weg wurde ich mehrfach telefonisch kontaktiert und darüber informiert, dass sich die Unterkunft nicht an der ursprünglich gebuchten Adresse befindet, sondern an einer anderen. Der Herr am Telefon war weder professionell noch besonders respektvoll; im Grunde habe ich ihn als aggressiv und unfreundlich empfunden. Vor Ort stellte sich heraus, dass es sich offenbar nicht um ein klassisches Hotel, sondern eher um eine Art Airbnb-Unterkunft handelt. Zusätzlich wurden kurzfristig zusätzliche Gebühren für eine spätere Anreise verlangt, die bei der Buchung über Booking.com nicht transparent ersichtlich waren. Diese wurden erst in der Bestätigungs-E-Mail bzw. telefonisch kommuniziert, was ich als sehr intransparent empfinde. Zudem wurde das Doppelte von dem verlangt, dass dann in der Bestätigungsemail doch zu finden war. Auch der Aufenthalt selbst war problematisch: Das Zimmer war extrem laut, insbesondere durch eine direkt vorbeifahrende Straßenbahn, wodurch an erholsamen Schlaf kaum zu denken war. Die Unterkunft war ansonsten sauber, wenn man das lange schwarze Haar im Waschbecken ignoriert. Insgesamt entspricht das Angebot nicht den Erwartungen, die durch die Darstellung auf Booking.com geweckt wurden. Ich kann diese Unterkunft daher leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Отличное расположение и просторные апартаменты сделали нашу поез - Отличное расположение — прямо в центре, очень удобно для прогулок по городу. В апартаментах тепло, много пространства, в целом комфортно для проживания. Есть несколько моментов, которые можно улучшить: двери в ванную не закрываются, нет балкона. Также в душе сложно настроить температуру воды, и сам душ, возможно, уже стоит заменить. Отопление работает не совсем понятно — иногда в квартире было слишком жарко.

- Deborah (8/5): Ottimo per 5/6 persone - Posizione ottima praticamente nella piazza dell'orologio astronomico. Appartamento molto grande perfetto per 6 persone(noi eravamo in 5). Caldo, accogliente e funzionale. Non ci sono gli oscuranti ed entra veramente troppa luce la mattina. Cuscino estremamente scomodi. Danno solamente 1 asciugamano a persona e c'è ne sono 2 condivisi da tenere nei bagni. (È giusto specificare però che la nostra richiesta di avere un ulteriore asciugamano a testa è stata accolta in modo molto rapido.)

- Skarman (9/5): Fantastiskt nyårsfirande i Prag - Vi reste som familj 2 vuxna och 3 tonåringar. Lägenheten var perfekt för oss, rymlig, välutrustad och ett fantastiskt läge nära till allt! Smidig inchecknings process och god dialog under vår vistelse med tips på restauranger, sevärdheter etc. Ett extra plus till att värden löste bagage förvaring från utcheckning till vår hemresa. Vi kan varmt rekommendera detta boende!!! Vi är en familj på 5 så fem köksstolar hade underlättat och uppskattats, det var det enda som vi noterade som en förbättringsmöjlighet.

- Robert (6/5): Ubicación privilegiada, entrega de llaves nefasta - Estaba todo muy cuidado y la ubicación era excelente No tienen servicio de entrega de llaves lo hace directamente el propietario el cual debes queda con él, en nuestro caso llegamos 20 minutos tarde por el tráfico denso de Praga no se quiso esperar nos dejó en la calle 2 horas hasta que se dignó a volver diciendo que si no veníamos a esa hora no estaría el allí insinuando que quizás dormíamos en la calle. Por el resto todo genial!! Deben mejor el servicio de check-in

- Juliane (9/5): Empfehlenswert, wir würden wieder kommen. - Die Lage mitten in der Altstadt war hervorragend. Ruhig und dennoch sehr zentral. Die Spülmaschine hat nicht richtig funktioniert, wir mussten per Hand abspülen. Etwas wenig Besteck in der Küche vorhanden.
