• Ismail Sefa (8/5): I will definetly stay again. - Just a 6-minute walk from the beach, this property offers convenient access to the sea and sand. There is a nearby parking lot where you can easily park your car. The Old Town is only a 10-minute Uber ride away, costing approximately €8.50. The property features a lovely terrace, perfect for relaxing or enjoying a meal outdoors. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, making it easy to prepare anything from a quick snack to a full dinner. Whether you’re looking to unwind by the beach, explore the historic streets, or simply enjoy a comfortable stay, this place has everything you need for a memorable visit. This property is best suited for families without elderly members (70+) or infants, as there are 64 steps leading up to the entrance. Please note that you cannot park your car directly in front of the building, so some walking from the parking area is required.

• Gaelle (8/5): - Appartement bien placé près d'une très belle plage. Un peu éloigné du centre ville mais au calme. Accessible facilement en bus.
• Danish (8/5): Nice and comfortable, recommended for families - Ivana is a great host, she met us at the apartment and explained all the essentials with some great tips. She even reserved a public parking space for us. The apartment is comfortable with good facilities including a kitchenette, bathroom with a washing machine etc. There is a beach just few minutes away from the apartment which is great, especially for the kids, There is also a nice boulevard close to the apartment. There is only one AC in the living room and no AC is available in the other two rooms. It can be really warm in Dubrovnik so having AC in all the rooms is a must. However, Ivana quickly provided us with 2 portable fans which is great on her part. Location is a bit far from the old town (15 mins by bus) or 40 mins by walking which is not recommended in summer.

Ivana, the host, was incredibly accommodating, providing us with excellent recommendations on where to go, which bus to take, and the best places to eat. Her local insights made exploring the area effortless. The location itself was fantastic—just 200 meters from the beach, making it easy to enjoy the stunning coastline. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a welcoming stay in a great spot.
• Kenia (10/5): Amazing place! - Ivana was such an amazing host! She walked me through the whole check-in process and sent super clear instructions that made everything so easy. She was incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout my entire stay. The apartment is perfectly equipped with everything you need and the location is just fantastic. It’s in this lovely quiet neighborhood that’s close to the beach but still only about 20 minutes from old town. There’s a bus stop right nearby that’s super convenient for getting around. What I loved most was how peaceful the area was - it felt like a nice escape from all the touristy crowds while still being close to everything. Would definitely recommend staying here! NA
• Sigdel (10/5): Cozy and scenic apartment. - The location was really good with a sea view. The host was very nice and kind. She gave us an overview of the Dubvronik as well. Parking space available nearby with no parking fees. All in all, completely satisfying.
• Stephanie (10/5): Amazing stay! - Everything was amazing! There were two spacious rooms which an amazing view of the beach with sunset/sunrise. A kitchen with everything you need and a big diner table. The owner of the apartment is very nice and answers very fast when we had questions. She explained everything about Dubrovnik pass and told us what to visit and where to eat. By bus you would be in old town in 10-15 minutes. If I ever comeback, I would book this again. Walking up the stairs(I think it is normal in this city), but the owner helped us with our luggage, which I am really thankful for! Book this apartement.

• Ioana (10/5): A great choice - A very nice and convinient apartament, on a main street, 3 min away from a large beach with the bus station 2 min away. The host was so very helpful, she even helped us with our luggage, she gave us tips on how to make the best of our holiday, she found us a free parking space near the apartament wich was just great because we had a city pass and didn't plan to use the car for our stay . We had a wonderful time and sure would like to come again soon! Can't think of anything that we didn't like except for the fact that our 3 days stay was just not enough for such an amazing city .
• Joanna (10/5): Excelent location, fabulous apartment. - The apartment was spotless, spacious and located 2 minutes from away from bus stop, 5 minutes walk from Tommy Supermarket and the Uvala Beach, 20 mins walk from Gruz Ferry port. Bus goes every 15 mins to the old town and takes only 10 - 15 minutes. Walk to the Lapad pedestrianised street with all restaurants, and to the promenade, took 5 minutes. The host, Ivana, was super friendly and provided us with all information on where to go best, how to commute around Dubrovnik and the Islands. She arranged transfer from the airport at a fair price and although our flight was delayed by an hour, there was no issue. Internet was fast, beds comfortable. Apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed to have a comfortable stay, including washing machine, towels, pots, pans, cloth drying lines and pegs, toilet paper and grinded coffee! The view from the window was fabulous and the terrace was facing the forest. We travelled with our 9 year old son and appreciated that the Neighbourhood was quiet. There was a beautiful walk behind the apartment - Velika and Mala Petka, great for watching the Sunset. Should we ever go back to Dubrovnik, we will book the same apartment again.

Well-maintained apartment- very clean and well planned. All amenities included in the description, were on site. The owner was positive, friendly and helpful, oriented to inform visitors about most attractions in the city and the area. I would definitely recommend this place

A few broken handles and other things that needed fixing, nothing that affected us very much though. A sofa would be a lovely addition.

• Kirsty (9/5): We only stayed a couple of nights before exploring rest of Croatia. For a family of 5 it was perfect - Called the owner and they came to meet us. The apartment is set right back from a busy road so we pulled in, gave them a call and they met us and showed us to our parking spot. Good location for beach and exploring Dubrovnik. Value for money

• Emma (8/5): Comfortable and affordable - Great place to stay, really cheap and the host was amazing. She stayed up late due to our flight being delayed and then showed us the best things to do in the area that were perfect for our group of 4. Perfect for a short stay with all the required facilities and a couple of supermarkets nearby as well as a bakery, beach and restaurants/ bars all within walking distance and then the old town and viewpoints a short Uber or bus ride away. A couple of small maintenance issues like one of the plugs having exposed wires and the drain in the bathroom throwing up water could be sorted but overall relatively comfortable stay

• Carlos (7/5): Good - The apartment inside is very good, beds are comfortable, the facilities are new. The staff is very friendly, explained everything about the city, beaches and places to go. It is a bit hard to find the apartment. There isn’t proper illumination on the way to the apartment, during the night is a bit tough to go through the stairs specially if you are with kids. Parking is a bit far from the apartment.

Supermarket is near. -Easy to travel with a baby, because we got only by asking a baby's bed and a high chair for the baby. Also transfer from the airport with baby's car seat. -Room was clean and there was everything we needed for making food. -Friendly host 😊 -Few steps to the apartment, but that wasn't a problem for us.

• Maria (9/5): An excellent place - will gladly return to it! - A spacious apartment in a great location, close to the beaches and lots of cafes and restaurants. Beautiful view of the sea and hills. Only 30-40 minutes on foot from the Old Town, and with a bus stop right outside the flat, if you prefer to take a bus (direct) instead. Very clean, and quiet. The owner is very attentive and responds to messages promptly and super-helpfully. We landed very late and she kindly arranged for us to be picked up. The flat has all facilities: wifi, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, etc. Nothing - it was brilliant for us! Someone with mobility issues, though, would have to be aware that there’s a staircase.
