• Alina (3/5): Я считаю, что сдавать под сдачу такое помещение просто нельзя даже за маленькие деньги. Или хотя бы предоставлять честны - Понравилось что со мной связались сразу после бронирования для подтверждения бронирования и после отвечали на звонки. Владелец был отзывчивым. Фотографии совершенно не соответствовали тому помещению куда меня поселили. Мне совершенно были не нужны излишества ради одной ночи между рейсами, но размещать фотографии одного помещения, а на месте предлагать совсем другое-это обман. Была ночь, я очень устала после перелета и уже не была готова спорить или искать что-то другое дабы не красть время своего сна между рейсами. На фото была изображена полноценная комната, а на деле это был балкон. Где с одной стороны были окна чьей-то жилой комнаты, а с другой уличные окна с жалюзи, которые целиком не закрывались, я была как на "витрине". Одеяло было хоть и тёплым, но неприлично старым и порванным.

• Sergei (1/5): - Бронь была на 3 дня, в итоге при заселении поставили перед фактом, что только на 2 дня. Также с большим трудом разрешили сделать обогрев лоджии, хотя спать там в данное время холодно

• ALSU (1/5): - Honestly nothing I stayed in some other hotels in Yerevan which were very cheap as I often have a night layover there. NOTHING was even close to this place in terms of how bad it was. My room was a balcony…cold, weird stuff all around, no effort at all feom the owner to make it at least a bit better and comfortable. I was not even given a towel as it’s was wet! I do not recommend it. Also there was someone in another room of this apartment (it’s not a hotel, it’s just an apartment) sleeping with open door and snoring like crazy so I could hear that from the balcony. My worst ever experience, totally doesn’t worth it, not even that close to the airport.

• Roberto (1/5): - Host told me once arrived at the airport that I could not pay by credit card as indicated on booking. Then he changed it. Furthermore he sent me an address no one could understand, including taxi drivers. It didn't work on apps like gg and you go. You can't imagine how an odissey it has been to find the apartment at 2 a.m in I city where no one speaks english. I tried to call him several times while I was at the airport and he didn't answer to the phone, not to me and neither to booking. He behaved very unfarirly changing his mind about payment just a few minutes from my arrival. The door has a very thin glass so that in the morning you hear all the mess made by other guests that maybe the same morning depart or do whatever. Also, he told me to take the transfer which costed ten euros while the normal taxi costs just 3€, and he wanted me to take the transfer. I felt tricked. Avoid it!!

• tim_fm (10/5): Good enough for night transit - Nice and friendly host, kindly meet me at the airport at late night. The flat is ok, clean bathroom and toilet, well equiped kitchen. Location is right in the middle between center and airport.

• Saul (6/5): No está mal. - Cerca del aeropuerto si tienes que recoger a alguien o simpelmente hacer una escala. Parking en la plaza del edificio. Precio correcto. En las zonas comunes la limpieza es mejorable (pelo en la ducha por ejemplo y solo estábamos el dueño y yo). Depender del dueño para entrar y salir (de hecho la última mañana me pidió salir más temprano de lo que yo quería porque tenía cosas que hacer)

• Alexander (7/5): Good if you stay overnight and leave early - Arthur met me even after I came very late. Arthur cared about me finding the apartments. I wanted to pay him with card, but he said only cash (I missed that.) I didn't have AMD with me, but had EUR so this was good. The bath had everything required. This was a room in some personal flat - it's not the fault of the apartments, but I missed that. It had everything required, but I didn't like it. It was nearby the airport, which was nice.

• L. (3/5): Poor - I wasn’t okay during my stay here in this hostel. I came from 4 hours ride tó reach yerevan and I was calling and messaging the contacts in thé booking and I told to the guy send me the location for me reach to the property just to put my luggage and he said what? “We are still cleaning” and it’s already 1:30 in the afternoon but ít written in the booking you can check in at 12 noon like??? And it end up me waiting in the bus station to wait for just the location. And it is not finished there I was hungry and I have food with me and I just told to the guy I will just re-heat it and I will go because when I reached there he told me come back after 2 hours. And what he said? I can re-heat my food after 2 hours like wth??? Everything
• Issa (1/5): Beware: Possible SCAM - The apartment was a scam. I called the owner when I arrived and he told me that it was a scam and that someone had put his apartment up for rent, and that it wasn't him. He told me he had spoken with Booking about it but it hadn't been taken off. I messaged Booking but never got a response from them either. I was left without a place and had to find another place to stay.
