• Elizabeth (6/5): Too hot, so not a comfortable place to go at the end of the day. - The location was okay The room was way to hot!!! I was on the top floor in a family unit. I had to ask them twice to fix it, which they did promptly. It needs to be where the AC unit can be powered on and not depended on the key card being in the slot. It was cooler outside than in my room. I would come back for the day and it was 86 f. You NEED to have several fans in there to cool the room down.

Volgens booking geluidsisolatie maar verre van dat. Ontbijt standaard maar wel leuke ruimte hiervoor. Afwerking kan beter: losse drempel en meer van dat soort kleinigheidjes.

• Alvaro (1/5): Disappointed - Absolutely nothing. I don’t understand how it has such a good rate on booking.com. It’s not clean at all. Staff is absolutely unfriendly. Room lacked ventilation, and incredibly noisy.

• Özge (7/5): Bewertung wäre besser ausgefallen, wenn die Klima durchgehend funktioniert hätte. - Die Lage war sehr gut. Gute Anbindung an Bus, Bahn und Fähre. Viele Restaurants, Geschäfte und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut und die Mitarbeiter ganz nett. Das 2 Bett Zimmer war sehr klein, so dass wir Schwierigkeiten hatten unsere Koffer abzustellen. Die Handtücher wurden nur ausgewechselt, wenn wir sie auf dem Boden gesammelt haben und den Bitte Reinigen Schalter gedrückt haben. Das Bad wurde in unseren 7 Tagen Aufenthalt nur einmal gereinigt. Bettwäsche wurde gar nicht ausgewechselt. Außerdem funktionierte die Klima nach drei Tagen in der Nacht nicht mehr. Obwohl wir jeden Tag darauf hingewiesen haben, hieß es zwar wir kümmern uns darum, aber funktioniert hat es dann wieder nur für kurze Zeit und ist in am Abend oder in der Nacht ausgefallen. Das Zimmer hat zwar einen französischen Balkon, was man aber ungern öffnen will, da zum einen ein Bett direkt davor steht und es laut ist und Mücken gibt.

• Sengül (9/5): - Öncelikle otelde çalışan iki hanımefendiye (Esra ve Ayşe) ayrı ayrı teşekkür etmek istiyorum. Sabahları özenle hazırladıkları kahvaltılar çok lezzetliydi. Gösterdikleri güleryüz, samimiyet kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettirdi. Otelin temizliğinde düzenli olmasında emekleri çok büyük. Yönetimin bu iki değerli çalışanla gurur duyması gerekir. Konum olarakta çok güzel bir yerde. Tekrar gelirsem tercih edeceğim yer kesinlikle burası olacak
• Büsra (10/5): Deginitiv empfehlenswert. Werden nochmal kommen - Sehr nettes Personal, saubere Zimmer, man fühlt sich auf jeden Fall sicher. Frühstück ist vollkommen ausreichend. Lage ist hervorragend! In den Zimmern gibt es keine Deckenleuchte, somit war es immer sehr dunkel, vor allem am späten Abend ohne Sonnenlicht.

• Évi (6/5): - Jó elhelyezkedés. Finom csak kevés reggeli. Bár előre szóltunk, hogy szeretnénk 2 külön takarót, nem hogy nem volt bekészítve, de 3-szor kellett utána is jelezni, mire kaptunk. A légkondi nem működött rendesen, nyitott ablakkal kellett aludni(ami amúgy sem zárt volna rendesen) és minden zaj behallatszódott, így nem aludtunk valami jól. Utolsó nap minimum 40!! percet vártunk, hogy reggelit kapjunk, úgy, hogy ezek előre kiporciózott adagok, a kenyér száraz volt és úgy kellett külön kérni simitet, amit másoknak adtak. Ráadásul az adag napról napra egyre kevesebb volt, egymagam meg tudtam volna enni, amit kettőnknek hoztak. Akkor kaptuk meg az ételt, amikor azok akikkel együtt ültünk le, már végeztek.

• Fernandes Pereira (10/5): La gentillesse et la propreté sont les mots parfait pour cet hôtel, pas le plus luxueux mais très propre !! - J’ai énormément aimé mon séjour dans cet hôtel. Nous sommes arrivées après l’heure du check-in, mais malgré cela, nous avons été très bien accueillies dès le départ. Au total, j’ai eu deux chambres différentes durant le séjour, et elles étaient toutes les deux très propres. Le personnel a été adorable du début à la fin. Que ce soit les dames du ménage ou celles du petit déjeuner, elles étaient toujours très gentilles et souriantes. Elles ne parlaient pas forcément anglais, donc je préfère le préciser, mais cela n’a absolument pas empêché leur bienveillance. Les jeunes hommes à l’accueil étaient eux aussi très sympathiques et accueillants. Nous avions pris une chambre pour trois personnes, donc le seul petit point que je pourrais relever serait que la salle de bain et la chambre étaient peut-être un peu petites, mais honnêtement ce n’est absolument pas catastrophique. J’ai vraiment beaucoup apprécié mon séjour ici. Si je dois revenir un jour pour quelque chose et que je cherche un hôtel simple où je sais que tout se passera bien, j’y retournerai sans hésiter. Petit PS : notre chambre a bien été nettoyée pendant notre absence. J’avais vu certains avis disant que les chambres n’étaient pas faites durant le séjour, mais il faut simplement activer le bouton permettant aux femmes de ménage de passer. Si ce n’est pas activé, elles ne peuvent pas savoir qu’elles peuvent entrer. En tout cas, je les remercie du fond du cœur pour ce très bon séjour ! J’ai dirait que malheureusement le petit déjeuner est pas assez diversifié (surtout en boisson que café ou thé) c’est bien si il n’y a que des locaux qui passent mais il y a de plus en plus de touristes donc plus de diversité
• ouzkrmn (9/5): Fiyat / Performans bir otel - Fiyat Performans olaraka gayet güzel bir deneyim oldun. Konumu çok Merkezi, Temiz, çalışanları güler yüzlü. Kahvaltısı açık büfe değil bu güzel bir durum, gayet tatmin edici bir kahvaltısı var. Kadıköy çivarlarında konaklama yapacak kişilere mutlaka tavsiye edebilirim. Olumsuz yaşadığım bir durum yoktu açıkcası. Gayet güzel bir deneyim yaşadım. Aşırı yüksek beklentim yoktu oteli kiralarken o yüzden hayal kırıklığına uğrayabileceğim bir durumda pek yoktu.

Très mal insonorisé en plus fenêtre qui ne se fermait pas bien et nous étions au premier étage dans la rue. Et ceux que nous n'avons pas apprécié, j'avais pris avec petit-déjeuner, nous avons demandé la veille du départ (8h) si nous pouvions avoir quand même un déjeuner cela nous a été refusé car c'est 9h-11h . Le ménage était fait à notre arrivée, mais nous avons retrouvé un chewing-gum dans la douche.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, breakfasts are totally enough and good. The only thing i always write is the lightning , would be better to encrease it and also this time the toilet seat in our room was broken and it was not convinient to use it.

• GOKMEN (10/5): I can’t fault this stay, the stay was everything I had expected and more. - Location is excellent, walking distance to kadikoy metro and ferry. Clean and modern hotel and very friendly staff. The breakfast is between 9 and 11, everything you would expect from the Turkish kitchen served to a fresh high quality.

• Hussain (10/5): Value for Money and Great Location - The hotel and it's staff were great. Absolute value for money. Lovely breakfast. Location was great with plenty of local cafes, shops, restaurants etc. The 'Terminal Mall' is a huge food court catering for a variety of foods and drinks with large screen entertainment. This was only only a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Sadly the weather was not on our side for most of the days we stayed which we were aware of before we arrived.

• Adja B. Sakho (8/5): - I liked the hotel and location overall. I did not know what to expect but I was surprisingly happy with the first-time experience. Small room size as per my standards but good for short-term stay. Very clean and quiet hotel. Room size and no regular room cleaning.
• Farah (5/5): Bad experience - Rude staff. When we entered the hotel the lady at the reception didn’t even look up as she was on her mobile playing a game. We apologised and said we have booking but she show no reaction. Then we apologised again and said we have booking then she said only passport that’s it. We waited 10 min then she gave us key and then was on the Mobile phone. again. Only little items served for breakfast, as no buffet provided. No cupboard for clothes and no hooks in room and bathroom

• Elber (1/5): - We chose this hotel based on Booking photos, expecting a clean, modern, business-friendly stay. Unfortunately, it was the opposite. The room was extremely cramped, poorly equipped, and not properly cleaned. There was no wardrobe, towels were stained, and basic items were missing. Service quality was very weak. We were also asked to pay extra fees at check-in without clear or reasonable justification. This experience felt misleading and frustrating. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, or professionalism.

Im Badezimmer hat es etwas nach Rauch gerochen, das kam wahrscheinlich von der Lüftung und weil jemand im anderen Zimmer geraucht hat (was man eigentlich nicht darf.

İbrahim'e çok teşekkür ediyoruz. Özellikle Orxan'a teşekkürümü iletiyorum, konaklamamızın her detayıyla ilgilendi. Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye edebileceğimiz bir otel.

• Burak (5/5): - We verbleven in de kleinste kamer ter wereld. Met z’n tweeën kon je niet eens rechtop naast elkaar staan. Bovendien was onze “kamer met stadszicht” eigenlijk de muur van het gebouw tegenover ons. In het hotel hebben we in totaal maar 4 personeelsleden gezien. Tijdens de twee dagen dat we daar verbleven, is onze kamer niet één keer schoongemaakt.

• Oksana (10/5): - Номер потребує ремонту. При цьому прибирання проводили щодня, а персонал дуже привітний та доброзичливий 🙂 Ми зупинялися на 5 ночей, у вартість проживання були включені сніданки. На жаль, сніданки виявилися одноманітними: усі 5 ночей поспіль подавали одне й те саме меню, особливо варені яйця. Було б значно краще, якби була можливість готувати яйця по-різному, наприклад смажені або скрембл. Також хочеться зазначити, що порції однакові для всіх гостей. Страву подають на двох, однак гості, які проживають у номері самі, отримують таку ж порцію. На мою думку, це не зовсім коректно та не враховує кількість проживаючих.

The hotel was a walking distance to the main bus stations. Easy access to bus and taxi Not crowded Good Turkish breakfast The kitchen staff did not speak English not try, so communication was barrier. Its a business hotel, however there's no iron and breakfast is at 9am, it does not make sense. The room was a little bit smaller than what it looked on images.
