• Wlodzimierz (10/5): Miejsce warte polecenia. Mogę tam wrócić choćby jutro ;) - Lokalizacja apartamentu perfekcyjna! Kto zna Dubrovnik ten wie, że dojedziesz autem tylko do murów, a ten apartament jest na połowie drogi, między znanymi murami, a słynnym deptakiem - tak więc wszędzie było blisko. Bywało, że mieliśmy otwarte wejściowe drzwi do apartamentu, dla poczucia samego klimatu miasta i ....widzieliśmy mnóstwo zazdrosnych spojrzeń przechodniów. Naprawdę tylko zgorzkniała i smutna w sobie osoba mogła by skrytykować to miejsce. Nie ma możliwości, by można napisać o takim miejscu coś złego. Jeśli ktoś był wcześniej w Dubrovniku - niech zwyczajnie to sprawdzi i potwierdzi moją opinię.
• Ben (10/5): Wonderful stay in the old town in Dubrovnik - Fantastic location. Lovely house with everything you could want on hand for your stay. It felt like home-from-home. Great recommendations from the host. Great decor - really comfortable and homely. Lots of stairs may prove tricky for less mobile guests. Shut the windows unless you want to listen to bells. Keep the hot water switched on!

• Tracey (9/5): Beautifully presented townhouse in Dubrovnik old town - Beautifully presented 4 storey town house in Dubrovnik old town. Spotlessly clean and fully equipped with all you will need for your stay. We found the space too small for our family of 5. It would be perfect for couples. We had quite a lot of luggage which it was not possible to store away which made the rooms more cramped. I would suggest beds that have space underneath that small suitcases can be stowed away.

• Susan (9/5): Modern apartment near Buza Gate - View from top floor bedroom, great shower, comfy beds, and everything that one needed for a stay. Comfy compact modern apartment with central location by Buza Gate. Steep stairs which should have been shown in pictures. I didn't have a problem with them, but if you have big luggage, be prepared to carry up to steep narrow stairs to top floors. It would have been helpful to have a guide on how things work in apartment (i.e. wash machine, coffee machine, dishwasher, aircon) or where to take recycling /garage too. Also, the location of apartment is located on main steps into city, so be prepared for loads of people walking past. Once you move up the floors, the quieter it gets.

Host was very accommodating and Property was stocked with all the supplies we need for it to feel like a home from home! Bottle of wine and chocolate on arrival was a welcome touch too! Location is right in the centre of the old town. Nothing it was great!

• Neil (10/5): Great house in a beautiful city - We loved the location and how well equipped the house was. Really nice bathroom with toiletries provided. The coffee machine was very welcome, too. Air con was very effective, especially on very hot, humid nights in the city. The hosts provided clear directions and were friendly in communications. A special mention for the view of the city from the bedroom - it is amazing! Avoid larger/heavy cases -Getting them up to the top bedrooms is a challenge!

Very good locatin - taxi stop a few dozen meters away, suitcases didn't have to be carried up/ down the stairs for a long time. Surprisingly quiet in the bedrooms considering the people constantly passing by the windows. Towels were changed during the week once. The owners are friendly and helpful. The questions we had were answered very quickly. There were some small ants in the house.

Great communication, easy access, lots of useful local information. Be aware the accommodation is over 4 floors so lots of stairs. That was fine by me but wouldn't suit everyone, and navigating the stairs from bedroom to bathroom at night requires concentration. Your family will like you better if you don't repeat my mistake of luxuriating in the lovely hot shower then accidentally turning off the water heater immediately afterwards...

We loved everything about it and had a very enjoyable stay. Thank you! The church bell ringing every hour, even at night time, but I guess this was a part of the experience...
• Jenna (10/5): Beautiful little gem in the middle of Dubrovnik - The property was very clean and smelled beautiful throughout. The views from the top floor bedroom across Old Town to the Adriatic Sea were absolutely stunning and just amazing to wake up to each morning. The house is completely kitted out with everything you could need - including a dishwasher and washing machine and a little washing line outside the third floor bedroom window. As well as a TV and Netflix. It easily fit myself, my husband and three daughters (17, 10 and 3). The house is set over four floors. The property was very central to the Old Town which made it perfect to nip back to for us with our youngest daughter who is 3 when she needed the toilet and also to break up the day when Old Town was a little crowded and we just wanted a quick refresh. The owner was lovely and very helpful on check in as she was throughout the whole booking. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she was always willing to help. The property was perfect however there are a lot of stairs to climb to get to the property if you come in from the bottom of the Old Town and off Stradun. Whilst this wasn’t an issue for us if you do have difficulty climbing lots of steps or issues walking it is something to consider. That said if you come in from Buza gate you can walk down the steps to the house which is a lot quicker and easier.

They offer free movie and TV channels already paid by the host. We like it a lot, would recommend it. It is a four-floor house, including 1st floor kitchen and bath room with shower, 2nd floor living room, 3rd floor bedroom with twin beds, 4th floor bedroom with a double bed and bath room without shower. But I understand that in old town all houses seems like that. If you don’t mind climbing floors, it is a perfect place.

The property is on 4 floors and is an old property that has been tastefully modernised but still has bags of character. The view over the old town pantiled rooftops from the top floor bedroom is wonderful. Nothing.

• Liz (9/5): comfortable,well equipped home in heart of old Dubrovnik. - This is a great property -newly refurbished and very well run.The communication with the owner was easy and always promptly answered.The location is absolutely perfect-right beside the old town and one of the gates into the town-so easy to get in and out of town whatever you are choosing on a particular day.Note the house has 3 levels with short set of stairs between each so not for you if you have mobility issues-but Dubrovnik is all about steps!A great kitchen with all the machines you need -including lovely coffee machine.Also a great big tv with Netflix-so easy to relax in evenings too.Wi-Fi worked perf.

We enjoyed tv and Netflix.The city view from the top floor is really amazing.Nevia kept in touch with us and made our stay very comfortable.We will definitely recommend it and come back.
• Mirija (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent staying!! Nevia contacted us as soon as we made a reservation. She gave us a lot of tips about transport, trips and tours. On arrival day she meet us in front of the property and welcomed us. She showed us a property and gave us a lot of recommendations for restaurants. Property is very beautiful!! It's decorated with a lot of stile. Property is newly renovated and all appliances are new, we loved the coffee machine and Netflix. Regarding the location, location is excellent!! Property is located just a few steps from Stradun, the main street. All restaurants and shops are a minute away. Beach is 10 min walk and harbour tours for Islands is 3 minutes walk from property. Overall this is a beautiful house on top location and a host is very helpful. We will be back!
