- Tatiana (10/5): - The accommodation was in the center, everywhere on foot. Many good restaurants. The house was clean, spacious, nice view from the top floor. I admire the owner's taste in paintings and art. Very pleasant.

- Claire (9/5): Superb - Super helpful host with lots of tips about what to do in Dubrovnik. House was large with each room on a different level which was good for privacy.
Location perfect too, right in the heart of Dubrovnik old town and near all the major tourist attractions and restaurant strips. Just something to keep in mind that there are a lot of stairs up to the property which is tricky with luggage.
- Erica (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful location, easy to get around the city from here. It was very clean and comfortable. Lots of stairs as it's 4 stories but it was no problem for us!
- Angela (10/5): Amazing trip, lovely hosts! - Location was very central in the middle of old town, the rooms were super comfortable and there was a nice common area. We booked transfer from the airport and back and got picked up by the host at the taxi stop (she even carried one of our suitcases all the way there!). The hosts were truly lovely and would go back just for the service. We ran out of hot water the last day and didn’t know how to turn it back on

- Jason (10/5): Amazing city. Amazing place. Amazing location. - The location was amazing! It was clean. Easy access. Very friendly management. Met all of our needs. Four floors was a little rough. Not much you can do about that. Hot water tank was pretty small for a place that slept that many people. A nespresso machine would’ve been nice.
- Mark (10/5): We had a great time and would recommend! - It's a great location. If you know Dubrovnik you know that wherever you go your starting point and destination will be separated by steps, either up, down or both! If you're counting this place is little over 50 steps up from the main street.
It's an entire house over 4 floors (yes you'll be good at steps by the end of your stay) there's a twin room on the ground floor with a bathroom/shower and washing machine, the first floor has a double room the, third a communal room with TV and a balcony window overlooking the side street and the top floor has the second double room, kitchen and another toilet. While we could see the merit of having the balcony floor as the shared area it work work equally well putting it at the top. The best view from the property though was the rooftop view sitting in the window alcove on the top floor!
The kitchen doubles up nicely as a dining area for 3-4 people and is well equipped.
The area is very well served for places to eat although we were right at the end of the season so a few were already starting to close or had more limited menus.
Would absolutely consider using the venue again for a group of a similar size and our recommendations are not influenced at all by the free souvenir magnets we were all offered - sorry Tibor that might have to become a "thing" :) It was a great stay and our hosts were superbly attentive. There were some tiny things that didn't affect our stay including the shower tray in the bathroom being unsupported so it moves when you walk in it. The tea-drinkers in the group wanted a teapot (the coffee drinkers in the group just laughed at them)! One of the wall clocks didn't work, but we could have done without the ticking. It's a bit noisy on the ground floor bedroom with noise from people in the street out-side during the late evening but the windows have good soundproofing, might be more of an issue during peak summer. The big WiFi connected TV has some screen burn-in that's a little distracting.
Did I mention that none of these caused us any problems?

- Ruth (10/5): Felt quite at home in this lovely, spacious apartment. - House had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds, nice view from the upper rooms, very convenient location right in Old Town. Guests need to know there are a lot of stairs, both getting to the apartment as well as three flights within the apartment. We didn’t mind that at all, but for anyone with mobility issues this place would not be a good fit.
- David (8/5): Great location with wonderful hosts in Dubrovnik - Excellent location in old town Dubrovnik, a few stairs from the Stradun and close to the Pile Gate. The apartment is also just up a few stairs from Prijeko street, a great restaurant street and the best path to the main square by the cathedral. The property was super clean and the beds were very comfortable, and there is great A/C in every bedroom and the main living areas. The kitchen has everything we needed for a nice stay. Our hosts could not have been friendlier or more accommodating, even allowing us to access the apartment before check-in time. This apartment, like many in old town, is very vertical with three flights of stairs to the kitchen. The second bathroom on the 4th floor is also very small, with the main bathroom on the first floor, a flight down from the master bedroom.

- Viviana (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sharon (10/5): Excellent - Beautiful city, beautiful accomodations. Very friendly hosts. We did not realize that we could not reach the apartment by car to drop off luggage. We did not know that there would be many stairs to climb with luggage. Otherwise everything was perfect.
- John (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ali (10/5): Exceptional - We recently stayed at Old Town Duodecim in Dubrovnik for two nights, and it was an exceptional experience. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the old town, making it easy to explore the vibrant atmosphere and local attractions.
The highlight for us was the stunning view from the top floor. It offered a beautiful perspective of the city and the surrounding area, which made our stay even more memorable.
The place was impeccably clean and matched our expectations and more. It was clear that a lot of care and attention had gone into maintaining the property, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay for guests.
Additionally, the host's care and attentiveness were outstanding. They were always in touch and available whenever we needed anything. Their recommendations greatly enhanced our experience, helping us discover some fantastic local spots.
Overall, we loved our time at Old Town Duodecim and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubrovnik. It's the perfect place to stay for an authentic and enjoyable experience in this beautiful city.
- Dean (9/5): All our expectations were met. When staying inside the city wall all accomodations are vertical - Did not choose the breakfast option. Location was up only 40 steps from the main axis street. We had bedrooms on 3 different floors with a living room in between (4 floors of stairs)
- Christine (9/5): Great location, clean and comfortable - The location was excellent Stairs (but that’s all part of Dubrovnik?!
- Sean (10/5): Wonderful family vacation in Old Town Dubrovnik - As others have mentioned, this property is very clean and very centrally located in the Old Town. The couple who own it are extremely responsive and provided great recommendations. It was super easy to locate and check in to the property and we were met by one of the hosts who showed us around the property to make sure we knew where everything is. She was also super easy to reach when we had questions and helped out with tour and transportation recommendations. Nothing.
- Jon (10/5): Great space in Old Town Dubrovnik. - The location is inside the city walls of Dubrovnik, about 5 sets of steps off the Stradun (the historic walkway). It was easily gotten to and found. We were in the midst of it all, with restaurants located steps away and the historic district located a few steps more. There was nothing wrong with the property; however, be cognizant that Dubrovnik is a historic city, and there are many stairs, both in the town and in the houses.
- Patrick (10/5): Fantastic accommodation and location in the heart of Dubrovnik - The accommodation is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of the old town. There is a small supermarket in the next street for essentials. The street perpendicular to the property is lined with restaurants. Davor, our host, could not have been more helpful and was very friendly. If you need any recommendations he is very happy to offer advice. The property was exceptionally clean and the views from the balcony and upstairs bedroom windows are breathtaking! You can observe people walking along the walls of the old town and the beautiful red roofs. The property is well furnished and has lovely artwork on the walls that gives it a very homely feel. I would not hesitate to recommend this property for a stay in Dubrovnik! nothing at all!

- Elaine (8/5): Good location, nice place - ask a lot of questions to understand - Location within old town. Size. Owners were very nice, allowed an early check-in and accommodated the many questions i had. Internet didn't work well. Couldn't hold the tv signal nor allow our phones to operate effectively. No parking near by. We had to park and uber to the location which rendered having a car useless. Couldn't really get back to it easily to use until we left for check-out. Suggest having specific parking instructions in the notes vs. having to ask while on our way to check-in. Also arrival instructions would have been helpful - needed to be dropped at a gate and walk in, etc. very confusing for someone not from Dubrovnik.
- Anonymous (9/5): Tibor and Davor were great hosts! They were extremely responsive and very accommodating. We loved our stay here. - Super central - easy to access and safe.
- Annabel (10/5): Great couple of days in Dubrovnik - The property has been recently refurbished to a high standard and was spotlessly clean. Fantastic location right in the heart of the old town - and the air conditioned bedrooms were a godsend! Thank you for a fabulous stay. Nothing it was perfect for our family - but note it is up steps and then on four floors.
- Michael (9/5): Impressive, comfortable and enjoyable - Really well located just off away from the heart of the Old City, so everything was on hand. Attractively furnished / decorated, well-maintained, clean & tidy. Aircon a huge bonus / must in a heatwave; kitchen well-equipped. Some information available on arrival, more provided verbally on check-in and further offered if we had needed it. As with most of Dubrovnik, and as you would expect in a four-storey house, stairs keep you fit! Very little - if using aircon in the kitchen just watch out for the large container catching overflow not to overflow itself. Perhaps a handful of pieces of 'insider local info' written down on where best to eat / shop etc and avoid the worst of the tourist excesses of the city might be helpful? Minor points to what was a great stay.
- Andrew (10/5): Beautiful apartment. - Beautiful apartment and very central with a supermarket 20 metres away and all the restaurants just down a flight of stairs.
- Adeeb (10/5): Great place and location and an awesome host. - The place is awesome and very central. The host went out of his way to make our stay special. Definitely recommend staying here. Everything was great. As a warning the old city is full of steps and so is the house.
- Brandon (10/5): Excellent property, spacious and perfectly located in the heart of the old town, close to all sites - Davor and his brother were perfect hosts, quick to respond, providing us with lots of recommendations for things to do while in Dubrovnik and Croatia during our travels. This was incredibly helpful. The property is clean, spacious and perfectly located to access all the sites in Dubrovnik. You are right next to Pile Gate and there are tons of cafes, restaurants, and bars to choose from within short walking distance. Another key thing to mention is that in Dubrovnik many of the accommodations are up the hill side and many steps to climb. Davor's place is very convenient because there are not that many steps to climb by comparison to most other places. We liked everything about Davor's place.
