• Simon (10/5): Fab fab fab ! - The property is perfect, really clean and has all the facilities you could need. It’s in a safe , security controlled gated compound . It’s only 30 min Uber to the beaches and 30 min from the airport. You can also get two buses to the beach which was super cheap and way more fun to mix with the locals. The property owner is absolutely fantastic! He was on hand all hours of the day and night to help us and he can pick you up or take you to the airport for only 500mxn!!! We highly highly recommend this as Uber isn’t available at the airport and the taxi companies that do work there charge 80 USD for a SHARED shuttle or 150-200 USD for a private taxi! Bless him he even rescued us at the last minute ! Totally safe, legit and a wonderful human ! Fantastic place to stay you will not be disappointed Nothing it was perfect

• T.c. (4/5): Tips for the future. - Zwembad, kamer, Be aware that there is a Camera in the living room. The place has potential but need to be managed better. Everything is automatic, not personal. I was there for a sport event, My biggest problem is that There is absolutely no place to dry clothes. When I put it outside, i got a warning, when i put it in the living room, i get a warning. There is a patio but they would not unlock that door. I got a lot of these rules but no solutions. You have to be quit for other guest but it's a self check in so how are you supposed to know when the room is occupied or not? Should put a signd outside or inform us by text on arrival of new guests. Should by a fan for the living room. These are my tips... So yes it's a nice place but not very travelers friendly if you stay longer than 1 night.

• Dean (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice, modern complex with pool and gym Very helpful owners with excellent communication Quite a way out from the centre and the beaches. It's possible to use Uber or the colectivo buses if you don't have a car.

• Jake (8/5): Very good - Comfy and clean. We were able to check in early which was good. Pictures are a bit deceiving. It is actually an apartment complex, and you have to walk a while to get to the gym and pool.
• Kate (8/5): great value for money, good facilities - Nice apartment with everything you need. Very good value for money. The bed didn't have a sheet on the mattress, just a shiny mattress protector - which was hot and not very comfortable. A bit far away from everything, fine for a night before flying out.
• Marie (7/5): Modern place but far from beaches - The place and furnitures are pretty modern, the style is minimalist and you feel comfortable there and the area is safe. The buildings around are recents. The host are nice and pretty reactive. Cleaning of common areas everyday but not inside the rooms. Very far from bus transportation, food shop, znd city center, there is no way you can get to the beach by yourself, you have to ask for directions and need 3 bus changes. You have noise everyday cause of new construction in front of the appartement. Mostly no hot water when taking a shower. No toilet brush to clean after yourself. Nowhere to hang beach wet clothes. TV is not working cause of poor signal. Place bit too pricy but compared to Mexican house standards i would recommend it if you have a car

Shared bathroom and kitchen. - apartment in a secured village. new construction and young neighborhood. the apartment is clean. with a kitchenette and a shared one bathroom. negative evaluation. complicated access. Warning!! the lack of information about a shared kitchen and bathroom with the other 3 rooms. it made it hard to feel relaxed. for one night it, it was fine.
