• Claire (9/5): Great location for a stay in Yerevan! - This little apartment is very well equipped and there's a great supermarket (Yerevan City) not far away. You can easily walk to many great sights such as Kond historic area, the gorge, aqueduct, and more.
• Sabrina (9/5): - Excellent communication with the owner. The flat was very comfy,with all the kitchen appliances and the bed were also comfortable. The location was very good. 10 Min to the Blue Mosque and 20/25 min to Republic square. Free parking outside the building.

• TATIANA (9/5): - Отличный вариант в своей ценовой категории. Очень внимательный и заботливый хозяин. Стабильный интернет. Оборудованная кухня. Основные достопримечательности в пешей доступности. Совсем недалеко круглосуточный супермаркет. Армен посоветовал прекрасный ресторанчик Таверна Ереван - так вкусно меня давно не кормили. Да , окно на улицу с оживленным движением, но это стандартный городской шум и спать это абсолютно не мешало.

Alltid var lätt tillgängligt, hjälpsam och flexibel med tiderna och allt annat. Visade direkt alla mataffären och annat som man behöver vid ankomsten . Väldigt bekväma sängar, lägenheten ligger mycket bekväm, hela staden är tillgängligt till fots. Varmt rekommenderar , man får mycket för ringa kostnaden. Saknades micron pga tidigare gäster brann ner den. Om man behöver söva med öppna fönster- kan trafik vara lite störande (fönster är till vägen)

• Kuba (8/5): Comfortable apartment in quiet area - Location, comfort, discreet apartment in quiet area. The landlord was very helpful. Walking distance to the centre. I had to get one extra night in Yerevan, and the landlord kindly allowed me to with the extra payment and not long notice. The water in the bathroom is not draining properly and it stays on the floor for a long time. When you having a shower, the water is going everywhere, including toilet as the shower area is not separated from the rest of the bathroom.
• Eider (9/5): Superb - Location is pretty good (15 to 20min walk from everything) and it has everything that you will need (facilities), the bed is really comfortable, and the couch area with tv is very nice. I would suggest to make sure to bring bathroom slippers as it gets very wet. Great value for money. The old town area (Kond) is right behind the house so it is convenient for exploring. The bathroom gets wet but it is okay with shower slippers.
• Tupikin (7/5): Good place at reasonable price with awesome host. - I chose this place because of reasonable price, good location and some personal requests (availability to cook at home, and keep food inside a refrigerator). Location is good as it is close to the city center (Republic Square), sometimes I walked to the city center, sometimes would take a taxi. The host is awesome, was super punctual, I was using his service of getting from and to the airport twice and he was always on time. Everything for a nice stay is there. I could also watch TV and found there some kid channels that I needed. I stayed here during New Year's Eve and it would take some time (up to 1 min) before warm water could appear in the kitchen as water was heated by the water heater located in the bathroom. The same goes for the shower, so just wait for the heat to show up. A little discomfort was waiting for the water to drain after taking shower as water drains in the middle of the bathroom. A little noisy at first as the window opens up onto a busy road. But it does not bother anymore on the second night as I was getting used to it.
