- Tshabalala (2/5): Horrible unprofessional staff,they told me to pay cash because they didn't see my payment on booking - The friendly receptionist I arrived and told that I'm suppose to pay R440 cash,when Booking.com releases the money they will refund me and I told them I rather go to the police because I have the evidence that I paid ,after I was about to leave they told me we have seen the payment
- Bonginkosi (1/5): Appalling environment - I hated it so much that we had to phone another resort and booked there. We didn't sleep there. The neighborhood was shocking. The staff at the resort wasn't welcoming.
