• Afiqah Raha (5/5): tak sesuai dgn harga, process booking pun tak berapa smooth - receptionist paling meriah, lengkap dgn amenities, food yg boleh dibeli. dlm bilik ada peti sejuk bilik kecik sangat, arah kiblat ada tapi takde tempat nak solat langsung. jamban ada kerak skit tak disental, berhabuk, masa check in bilik ada cawan kotor (guest sebelumnya, i guess)

• Sakura (9/5): Good value for money. Walking distance to Larkin Sentral - I was very happy staying here. Booked for Deluxe Room with window - Queen bed, a tv, a mini fridge, a very cold and quite AC, a kettle + cups, complimentary 3-1 coffee sachets, a bottle of mineral water, two towels, a coffee table with 1 chair and private bathroom with hot shower. The atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming, and the room was quiet day and night despite being on the ground floor facing the road. Everything made my stay enjoyable. The Malaysian reception staff were professional, polite, and very helpful throughout my stay. There are clinics, shops, and restaurants located behind the hotel. I would gladly stay here again 1) The non-Malaysian staff I encountered had difficulty understanding basic Malay or English, so for assistance I needed to go to the reception. 2) There was no in-room telephone provided. Having a phone in the room would have been helpful. 3) It would be helpful if the room had a proper space and hangers for hanging clothes. 4) The shower water was on the warm side, even at maximum temperature. A hotter option would have been more comfortable. 5) The fridge was not even chilled nor cold at all and could be improved.

• Nur (4/5): Overall im just disappointed.. the price and the " 4 star " on booking.com just feels like a scam. - The staff are fine. Mostly everything.. its stated 4 star but i dont get why and how the place got its 4 star.. the amenities given was so little.. even a roll of tissue needs to be paid.. how is that 4 star? Well ill assume it got the 4 star due to the staff. But only the night shift lady was ok.. the lady in the morning was not.. like the time me and my partner wanted to check out.. and i wanted to buy a banana bread.. to me she sounded not sincere at all.. i asked her politely "kak ni kek pisang kiterh kene amek sendiri atau ader orang amekkan?" Then she replied "awak nak ke? Tapi nak kene panaskan" but in a tone and body language of not sincere at all.. not sure if shes tired or what.. but that is really not right especially you're a frontline of the hotel..

• sin1 (6/5): ラルキンセントラル至近。トランジットにも便利 - マラッカやシンガポールへ直行のラルキンセントラルから至近で深夜早朝にも大変便利。フロントは24時間開いてます。近所のコンビニ、食堂も24H営業あり。チェックアウトが14時なのも助かります。石鹸、タオルあります。ウォーターサーバーがあり、飲み水に困りません。あと、私が体験した時は金土日曜日の朝はフリーの朝食がありました。参考情報ですが、ラルキンセントラルからシンガポールクイーンズストリートへのバスはRM4.80です。節約のつもりでランズウッズまで歩いて渡りシンガポールからバスに乗るとSGDになり、とてもその値段では行けません。念の為。 私は困りませんが、安いグレードはエアコンがありません。扇風機でも結構快適ですが。あと、安いグレードはバスルームが共用です。共用バスルームはお湯が出ません。気になる方には向きません。クレームでは有りません。情報提供です。念の為。トイレの紙は有りません。予め必ずご用意下さい。

• Shedah (8/5): - The location near to many places such as hawker ctr, laundry, dessert shops and cafe too. And the customer service are very helpful. Room service are also good, they ensure your room will be neat, clean and has a pleasant smell. The toilet don't have washing basin. And the chairs inside the room are rather old and the seats are sinking. I dont see the need to put those chairs inside the room either.
