The electical appliances are all working fine. There is no weird smell inside the toilet. Eventhough it is an old unit but the house is big enough for the 10 of us all adults. The lifts are small therefore longer waiting time for big group of us.

- Bryan (6/5): Overall, nice location with good and complete appliances. - The location is good which is within the central, nice to go to pavillion or lot 10 for foods. The monorail and mrt station is nearby, convenient for travelling. The appliance were complete, the stoves, water dispenser, showers, overall its good. The furnitures were quite old and dusty, some of us got eye rashes and nose allergies. The desk and cabinets in the rooms were really old and were really creepy which really affect the environment a lot.

- PRISCILLA ANNE MINJOOT (10/5): - The property is right smack in the bustling city, Bukit Bintang. It's onsite Farenhite (Mall) which is so convenient. It's opposite of Pavillion Bukit Bintang. You'll be spoilt with the food choice. The host is very friendly and responds immediately to your requests. It's my TOP CHOICE for a place to stay. Most importantly the apartment is huge and clean. I definitely give the property a 5 stars rating👏 Nothing.
- Hafizah (4/5): - The apartment was comfortable. Booked for 4 nights on booking.com, but once we arrived, the apartment that I booked was not available and I was given a different one (the one that I did not want). Managed to talk to the person incharge, and he said that he could arrange and give the apartment that I booked earlier for 3 nights only, 4th night we need to move out to a different apartment. It was so disappointing and tiring since we're a family with 3 children below 9 years old.
- Johanes (1/5): Menginap 4 hari, owner nya penipu - Owner tidak menginfokan perihal denda apabila saat checkout kamar dan seluruh ruangan tidak bersih, kondisi checkout harus sama sesuai dengan kondisi saat checkin, saya di kenakan denda 300 RM karena tidak membersihkan kamar dan ruangan seperti saat kondisi checkin, menyesal nginap 4 hari di apartemen ini.

- Rukoo (7/5): Excellent location - Location was good in the smack of shopping area. Checking in was easy. Host was accommodating and responded quickly. The sofa mechanism are not working properly. need to be serviced. Heater was on but unable to get hot water in the common toilet, even when adjusted to the highest temperature. May need to top up basic toiletries like shampoo, shower gel, conditioner etc. All looks like never replenish for very long. Floor was a little sticky when walked barefoot.

Right in the center... mins walks to Pavillion.... so easy....had a small issue inform the management.. within minutes it was repaired... ever grateful for that. The appartment is a little old... but not much of an issue since it has all the necessities for a family with a child of 11 years old.

All the bed, im satisfy about it..easy to sleep and nothing to worry. I love to stayat the apartment again Just only 1. Maintenance of aircondition in the master bedroom. But fan is enough..

Furniture really look so old . Toilet facilities nt really work well . Curtain really look so dirty . Sofa so dusty n feel itchy . Overall , need to revamp most if the furniture n sorrounding area.
