Even at the last minute I extended my stay at their property. They still managed to arrange it for me at a very affordable price. And for sure will repeat my stay for my upcoming trip. Thanks for everything, i really enjoy my stay at your property. Keep it up. I think you should provide air conditioning for all your room because Malaysia weather is hot, so i think you can think about upgrading your room with air conditioning. This is just my suggestion. • Bikram (1/5): If anyone wants to get wild premitive adventure in city center its the perfect place for you. - I did not like a single thing about the property rather than the location. what I didn’t like about the property... 🤣 1)Fist Impression: The starway of entrance are dirty and stinky as hell. After entering the room I found the bed sheets and pillows are dirty, not any sign to clean it though they claimed it was cleaned. Upon my request I'm glad they changed it. 2) Room has barely any lights, after swithching on all lights senerio stays same. Its a candle light experience living inside room. So my one days stay I stayed most of the time in bukit Bintang streets. 3) No bed switch or port to charge electronics. They provide an extension cable unfortunately that doesn’t work. When requested they told everybody can use it perfectly and my macbook and iphone charger itself is damaged🤣 4) The toilet: Basin has leakage issue. When you use it to wash face by standing your feet will be wet. The didget spray has no caps, you have to be super creative using it. BTW the geasure is perfectly running. Toilet is stinky.

• Ozcan (1/5): Bad - Arab people have taken over the dormitory. They sleep till 14:00 and complain about lights but they stay up till 5:00 am with lights on, scrolling reels out loud. Also the location is so central that ear plugs are not sufficient.

I told him who open my locker and stolen my $1000. The still guest money

• Eric (1/5): The worst hotel in Malaysia - The location is almost perfect. In the middle of the action, be mindful if you prefer a quieter area. The bed was good. The entire experience was horrible. Arrived, and they told me they gave my room to another guy they told me they had a room, but they would charge me for an upgrade. This is ridiculous if they sold my room to another person this is their fault. Why should I have to pay for this. Should just give me the room free of charge. Anyways I wasn't going to argue and just paid the difference. 2 days later, i would have to switch to the other room. Which means I would have to pack up my luggage and switch very inconveniently and fusturating. The room had a toilet paper that was almost finished. They didn't even bother to add a new one. The hotel was infested with cockroaches, the little gross ones. The room had a cigarette smoke like smell, which I believe made me sick and gave me a cold. The hotel attracts uncivilized guests. The people are super loud and hang around the hall, talking on the phone up to 3am in the morning running around like animals with no decency for others. The cost of the hotel is average and doesn't justify all this. I checked out one day early because I could not take being in this garbage of a place any longer. Just booked a flight one day early as this hotel made my Malaysia experience really bad. Don't stay here run far away unless you want to get sick.

• Jitt (1/5): I don't recommended to my friend or realitive to stay in this hostel - No breakfast and the location is Trimble and nosey with music all night. I can't sleelp the whole night and I can't attend my meeting the next morning. Nothing is good there .very old property.
