• Robin (10/5): Our stay was perfrct - The location was perfect. It allowed us to explore other neighborhoods, true artist studios and small local restaurants. Since our stay was for a month, the only thing that would have been helpful was an oven. Other that that, we loved the apartment.

• joelle (8/5): Grand appartement idéalement situé - Grand appartement très bien situé, refait récemment (belle cuisine et salle de bain) Accueil par une dame très sympathique qui a donné de bons conseils (restaurants, que visiter,..) et bonne communication. Bien équipé (nouvelle TV, parapluies, trousse de secours, planche à repasser, volets..) L'appartement n'est pas très bien isolé acoustiquement (il y avait des travaux dans un des appartements voisins et bruits de la rue) / Des hôtes ayant séjourné précédemment avaient visiblement fumé (malgré l'interdiction) et une odeur de cigarette persistait (malgré aération régulière)

• Francesco (10/5): Bellissimo weekend… - Struttura perfetta, abbiamo trovato tutte le comodità per una famiglia, ma la cosa più bella…. Posizione strategica!!!!
• Puiatti (8/5): Appartamento famliare e accogliente - Posizione ottima, comodo per gli spostamenti, ma giusto al di fuori della calca turistica. Presenza di prodotti per la pulizia. Pavimento non pulito al nostro arrivo e mancano tessili per la cucina.

• Victoria (9/5): Un gran apartamento para descansar de caminatas y vistas bellas. - El apartamento es muy agradable. Pasamos 4 días estupendos en él. Amplio, con muchos detalles, limpio y muy bien ubicado. La cama era cómoda. Había productos de aseo en el baño, algunos productos de primera necesidad en cocina, y paraguas, juegos, libros, información. Mantuvimos contacto por Whatsapp y nos recibieron enseguida que llegamos. Nos ha causado muy buena impresión. Muy buena relación precio-calidad. Sólo tuvimos un problema de entendimiento en la comunicación y no usamos la cafetera los primeros dias, aunque estaba disponible la de cápsulas. La primera noche la calefacción no fue suficiente y pasamos frío. Pero los demás días sí estuvimos más calentitos.

• Florin SORIN (3/5): Nice 1 bedroom apartment,on the 5-th floor of aa rental bldg, needs TI , new TV set, HVAC revision - spacious and pretty comfortable, decent location, close to attraction and amnesties on a busy street.No parking but good taxi and bus services, excellent restaurants close by, super for shopping tv set from the last century with no remote,we were promised a new remote , but never came,so no tv , this needs a smart tv for guests to entertain, when is bad weather, sofa bed worn and dirty,walls need some repairs,heating central system stops when the radiators get hot, because the thermostat,and during the night is getting chilling in the apartment,as is end of November, so we got a cold which affected our vacation,apartment located at 5th floor, and elevator sometimes not available or not working properly, rental bldg so lot of noise from neighbours, 2 keys not available

Massimo hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und tolle Insider Tipps an Restaurants gegeben - danke! Die Wohnung war groß und mit dem nötigen ausgestattet.

• Rayhan (4/5): It was worst totally specially in Summer.Dust was all over the room furniture and floor as well. - Air condition was in bad condition whole night water drops comes out and the floor was full of water and it’s just a name air condition available actually they fixed the temperature you can’t change it.It was 5th floor and the elevator not works.So you have to go upstairs by foot and we carry our baby stroller and luggage also and it’s not for family friendly apartment.

• Viswanathan (7/5): An apartment off of Ponte Vechio for quick Florence getaways - The location is amazing, right off of Ponte Vecchio. You can walk to all major attractions within 15 mins. Taxis are plenty if you don't want to walk until the train station as well. Apartment is locked and safe, with no safety incidents eventhough we arrived and left the place at all times in the day. The hosts were accommodating for our early arrival. They could be contacted through whatsapp easily. The air conditioning was very feeble and there was just only one fan available. This made sleeping very hard. Lack of a washer was a bummer for me since I remember seeing it during the booking on the site. There was some construction happening outside our door which also caused significant noise during the day.

The location is excellent: close to the city center, but just far enough to get quiet nights. The checkin and checkout was very easy. This ia definitely a great place to stay in Florence. NA

Apartment is clean and appeared as pictured on Booking.Com. The beds were comfortable and it felt like home the days we were there. It was nice and quiet at night. Apartment felt secure. On our first morning 3 of us had short showers (5-8 minutes each) but the hot water ran out while our son was in the shower and completely covered in soap. We had to boil water and mix it with cold just to rinse him off. The next days of our stay we just staggered our showers; one person showered at night, the others in the morning and we never ran out of hot water again. So once we knew about the limited hot water, it wasn’t an issue.

It felt like a home away from home Not related to the property per se but if you will reach the accomodation by car I’d recommend pre-booking parking in the area (opposite or behind the property!
• Efy (7/5): Good - The house is located very close to the ponte vecchio, thus is central, has a big wardrobe space, a separate kitchen and a spacious bathroom. I stayed for 7 nights and i asked for bedsheets to change my bed mid-stay, which i was provided with. In the kitchen there is an espresso machine and they gave me 10 espresso capsules. I didn’t cook throughout my stay, however i believe there is everything to cook with. During my stay the weather was very cold, but the apartment was warm enough. They have extra blankets if someone requires. Unfortunately i had two negative experience in this apartment. The first one is that they gave me a secondary key for the apartment and not the main one, thus that small key is prone to breakage. These doors are heavy and they need the bigger key. I was given the small one and one day it broke in two, thankfully it was morning and in 10 mins the responsible for the house came with another key to unlock me. And even though the responsible told me the first day that this could happen and is happening to a lot of guests, It was still an unpleasant experience when i felt locked inside. However i am grateful it didn’t happen during the night time because who would have come. The second negative thing is the day of my departure, the checkout was at 11:00 according to the booking email and a lady opened my door at 10:40 without even ringing the bell or call me. I found it unacceptable and sincerely shocking since i was coming out of the shower in that moment. The responsibles should have communicated with me before sending someone and that person should have announced their arrival and not try to open the door as if there was nobody there. That experience ruined everything for me and I wouldn’t go back just for this reason, i felt disrespected.
