• Federico (10/5): - La struttura è all'interno di un condominio, al 5° piano con ascensore, 3 camere in totale. Si accede dall'ingresso sulla strada con un codice che vi verrà dato prima del vostro arrivo tramite WhatsApp. Stanza pulita, letto comodo (e cuscini comodi soprattutto, in memory foam!), bagno pulito, nessun problema con getto d'acqua in doccia, aria condizionata, biancheria in dotazione o altro, tutto ben funzionante. Avete a disposizione anche un frigo nella parte comune dove lasciare acqua o bevande varie durante la giornata. La stanza viene pulita ogni giorno dopo le 10, ma potete chiedere che non venga pulita. Posizione perfetta, soprattutto per chi arriva in treno: scendi dal treno e in 2 minuti sei al Welcome Termini. La metro Termini è lo snodo tra metro A e metro B quindi ci si può spostare facilmente ovunque senza impazzire con cambi e orari. Akon, il gestore, disponibilissimo e simpaticissimo, è possibile contattarlo su WhatsApp per qualsiasi problema o richiesta d'informazioni. Potete lasciare i bagagli in custodia l'ultimo giorno senza problemi, basta dare orari precisi su quando si torna a prenderli. Ultimo aspetto, perché ve lo starete chiedendo: la zona è sicura? Ovviamente siete in stazione, la zona non è bellissima, ma la sera non ho mai avuto la sensazione di disagio o pericolo (nemmeno rientrando con la mia ragazza verso l'1 di notte, sia tornando con la metro - super tranquilla - sia a piedi. Magari se tornate a piedi state sugli stradoni principali, non avventuratevi nelle stradine di mezzo), contate poi che c'è sempre gente in giro anche la sera e di giorno avete anche i militari che piantonano proprio a 50m dalla struttura. In definitiva, la struttura è super suggerita soprattutto per comodità, disponibilità del gestore e costi! Daje Akon!

• Viajando no Mundo (7/5): Apartamento bom em local ruim - O quarto é de bom tamanho, cama com colchão confortável, pessoal da recepção muito bons, prestativos, sempre dispostos a ajudar. Tem uma tv grande com canais a cabo. O apartamento é conveniente para quem vai ao Termini, pegar trem ou onibus em Roma. É só atravessar a rua. Nao gostei da localização. O pessoal da recepção avisou para ter muito cuidado ao andar pela redondeza porque poderiamos ser assaltados. Disseram que tem muitos ladrões.

If Akor had not sent me an e-mail we would not have found the hotel. Akor was patient, diplomatic, pleasant and informative. Location is very convenient to Termini. The room was very clean, attractive, quiet and comfortable. Akor was the perfect host.

• Patricia (1/5): Suciedad extrema. - La ubicación esta justo enfrente de Termini. El dueño del piso fué muy amable con nosotros y nos cedió la habitación más grande porque no estaba reservada. La limpieza del alojamiento es pésima. No pude ducharme al llegar porque estaba todo tan sucio que parecía que estabas en un baño de bar de carretera, el wc es de no limpiarlo en mucho tiempo. No es normal pagar 130 euros por una noche y que esté todo en estas condiciones. No es justo alojarse asi en ningún sitio. Y no sé si el dueño tiene constancia real de la limpieza de las habitaciones, porque me pareció muy majo. La colcha de la cama reusada de no se cuantas veces, olía extremadamente mal, al igual que la habitación en general, no se soportaba el mal olor de no estar higiénica. Todo en mal estado, paredes, mesitas, todo!!

Proprietario gentile, simpatico e disponibile. È capitato addirittura che io abbia avuto una piccola emergenza in stanza (mi ero fatto male e avevo bisogno di una mano) dato che ero da solo ho chiamato il proprietario che è corso subito in mio aiuto, è stato davvero gentile e disponibile, una persona fantastica. Ancora lo ringrazio per la sua sensibilità e per la sua pazienza. Per il resto, il posto è ottimo e la posizione è perfetta. Consigliatissimo

Немає проблем з заїздом. Тихо та зручно, поряд багато магазинів. Ми відпочити та отримали задоволення. Дуже раджу та наступного разу мрію знову там жити.

Мы приехали поздно, к 3 часам ночи, так как чек ин был до 23:00, мы заплатили 20euro за позднее заселение. Встретил нас хорошо, спасибо ему. Стены очень тонкие, слышно когда в других комнатах ходят в туалет и делают свои дела. Просыпались ночью из-за шума.

Il gestore molto cordiale e disponibile e il letto molto comodo. La strada antistante l’ingresso della struttura, che la separa dalla stazione, è mal frequentata, ma fortunatamente ben presidiata dalle forze dell’ordine a tutte le ore del giorno, quindi si può stare tranquilli.
