Alyssa (10/5): 10/10 is an understatement - 10/10 is really an understatement. The place, the location, the nearby restaurants, the host, and more exceeded my expectations. We needed a place to stay as we arrived early but Brian, the host, allowed us to check-in in a different unit + location so we were able to rest a bit before we head out and explore Ho Chi Minh. We checked in in the actual unit we booked the next day and although the motorbikes that pass by were quite noisy, it didn't disrupt our stay and comfort at this place. I love everything about it but I love how the host was very responsive, accommodating and in fact, went above and beyond. Aside from that, we were able to explore a different area of District 1. There were many locals around the area and so we were able to try out a much quieter and 'intimate' parts of the area. Nothing!

Helen (3/5): Bilder entsprachen leider nicht mehr so der Realität.. Haben die super Bewertungen leider nicht wirklich nachvollziehen - Lage Sauberkeit, Wohnung sehr in die Jahre gekommen..sehr laute Klimaanlage. Flecken im Bett/auf den Handtüchern.

lim (5/5): - Overall the stay was good, though the room being on the ground floor made it quite noisy when motorcycles passed and honked, which made it difficult to sleep or rest well.

I think if the bathroom was given a little love and the mattre - Central to everything we wanted to do Felt safe Great staff The bathroom wasn’t great. The shower curtain was too short to the whole bathroom floor got soaked. The unit had a funky smell especially in the bathroom. The mattress was rock hard

Jessa (10/5): It’s a place we will definitely go back to when we visit Ho Chi Minh again. - The place was clean and complete; all the basic things you need for a getaway is here. All the amenities listed were present and working/in good condition. There’s a lot of food shops outside and it’s near the places we need to go. You can walk or take grab(it’s seems cheap for us). The host, Brian, was responsive and easy to communicate with. Whenever we message him, he would respond within minutes.
Jack (10/5): Could not ask for more for price - Location is great. Lots of good food and cafes nearby (check out Faro and the Cat Cafe). You are also a 20 min walk/quick grab from a lot of the main attractions. The space is also amazing value for money. Brian the host is really attentive with great communication. Free 17l water tanks are provided with free refills and towels are replaced upon request. Laundry is also offered at a very affordable price. Ultimately it was perfect for our stay!

Daniel (8/5): Its ok - Spacious & location. 2 aircons. Fast wifi Not really car accessible such as Grab. I laid on bed springs for the 1st time since the early 80s all night. Very uncomfortable. A little better housekeeping is needed & maintenance such as washable paint on walls & replace base molding with real wood.
Michael (3/5): Cockroach! - Great location, kitchen was also nice. Apartment was spacious with enough drinking water supplied! Warm water in shower and good ac. COCKROACHES!!1!1! There were two big cockroaches on our bed when we woke up on last day, it turns out they hide behind the bed and I bet they've been there a long time (and there are probably more)...Very disgusting, we just wanted to leave.

Andy (10/5): Excellent apartment at a very good price and very rsponsive and helpful host and on site housekeeper - Very light, airy and good standard apartment. All the fittings and decoration were very good order. Nicest apartment I have had in HCM and very good price. Had a lift. The host was very responsive on WhatsApp. The onsite housekeeper spoke no English but was friendly and very helpful. She helped me use the washing machine and even hung my washing out on the roof terace. Location was less than 10min walk from Benh Vien (party street) in an interesting area. Happily stay here again I suppose the compromise is the location, but only a short walk from main street of bars and restaurants, and there are some places nearby, so I didn't see as a problem at all.
