• Igor (10/5): - Great location. The apartment is very nice, modern and cozy. If I visit Venice again I would definitely consider staying here again. The only thing I didn't like is that we got an document with all the info, which is great, but it stated that if you don't clean the dishes additional 35€ will be charged. I mean, I always try to leave the clean apartment when I leave, but come on, this is nonsense. Don't do that as host....

• Seth (10/5): This was our favorite stay on our anniversary tour of Italy. - We loved the location in Dorsoduro. Close enough to fantastic dining and attractions, yet just far enough away from the crowded areas. Just take care on the stairs. It’s not dangerous or anything, but mind one’s steps.
• Alan (10/5): A wonderful stay! - This felt more like Monica’s home and not just holiday accommodation. Lots of personal touches like plants & books. After meeting Monica we also felt the style & decor reflected her warm personality. The apartment was spotlessly clean and in a brilliant location. The stairs might be difficult for some. Being higher up meant we had lots of light & nice views. Unusual in Venice.

Bed and sheets super comfortable. Perfect quiet location, but still close to all activities! Best place we have ever rented!! Nothing!

• Danielle (9/5): Great location and lovely apartment in Dorsoduro - Great location close to shops, restaurants and a small grocery store, also close to canal bridge to walk over to San Marco area. Bed and pillows were super comfortable, shower was a good size and there was fast wi-fi. We really enjoyed our time here and Monica was so lovely and helpful. The stairs - apartment is on the second floor and it was hard work lugging heavy suitcases up them but we knew that going in! So not an issue for us, just something to be aware of when booking.
• Poppy (10/5): Perfect in every way - I cannot fault our stay in Monica’s apartment! The place had everything you need for a stay including coffee and a little breakfast treat left for us. The apartment was very clean and the bed exceptionally comfortable. Monica was fantastic with excellent communication before and during the stay. Location was perfect for us, a bit of a quieter area with a few restaurants, coffee shops and bars very close by still only about 10 mins to main attractions via water bus. Basically it was perfect! Will be staying again Nothing! It was perfect

• Linnie (10/5): Beautiful flat in a great location - Super clean, super bright flat with everything you need for a lovely stay. It’s in lovely condition - newly refurbished - and laid out in a way that is super convenient and makes you feel at home. The bed was amazingly comfortable, the bathroom and walk-in shower were sparkling and there was plenty of space. The flat is on the first floor of a block on a narrow street that leads straight to a vaperetto stop for Line 1 (great for sightseeing) and the airport. There are lots of cute restaurants and bars nearby. We especially liked the pizza place next door (book ahead). It takes about 20 minutes to stroll to the centre. Supermarket is about 10 minutes away. A great location - not too touristy, but super convenient. Monica gave us such a warm welcome, with great information to help us get there, and made our stay truly special. She’s such a kind person. All in all, we had one of the best trips ever. Thank you so much - we’ll be back! Nothing! Everything was perfect.

• Davadude (10/5): Beautiful central appartment with great and friendly host - Wonderful accomodation, smack-dab in the middle of a calm but central district in Venice. Very friendly and available host who is able to answer any question that are needed. In addition to this, the accomodation is spacious and the bed is wonderful, have never slept so well outside of my own house. I have no negatives to state, the appartment is great.

• Natalie (10/5): Amazing!! - The apartment was perfect! It was off the beaten path just enough to not be touristy but very close walk to all of the action. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Monica was extremely kind and informative. She gave us wonderful recommendations, especially excellent local restaurants that were not touristy. We took the local boat from the airport and the walk was less than 10 minutes to the apartment from the boat stop. We highly recommend this place and will tell our friends they must stay here when visiting Venice! Thank you Monica!!
• Nina (10/5): This is a great apt in a perfect location, short walk to the Academia Bridge or Giudecca Canal. - I chose the apartment because of its location in Dorsoduro as I am very familiar with the area. From S. Lucia station, the #1 vaporetto stops at Ca' Rezzanico and from there it is a straight shot along a wide street with NO bridges to cross! The apartment is well appointed with new and fresh kitchen and bathroom fixtures, iron and ironing board, and quality blow dryer. We enjoyed the view over the tiled roofs with bell towers close by. We absolutely LOVED staying here. Wish it could have been longer. Monica was super helpful too. Not applicable. Everything was perfect.

Nothing, but will mention that due to Venice streets/bridges and stairs to apartment, I was very happy that I had left 2 suitcases in storage near the train station and just packed what was required into small backpacks.
