Guest Reviews
- ye (10/5): -
- Dong-ju (1/5): Bad - I wasn't able to get in after i booked for one night. I didn't know the checking in tme was by 10 p.m. The host rented my room to another guest & told me to get a refund. Very remotely located from public transportation
- P (10/5): Exceptional -
- Miryam (5/5): Do not disturb, and leave space in the room for guests' belongings. - The place was clean and tidy.
I was given a clean towel for the bath and soap. The room is nice, but it is full of the owner's belongings (the closet, the small refrigerator, the drawers).
It was not a comfortable stay, she was waiting every night for us to come and talk to us about the rent or other things, I was exhausted and wanted to rest.
- Toni (8/5): Cosy and safe - The accomodation was nice and warm in February and the bed was cosy. Keeping in line with the check-in and check-out is advisable as the owner doesn't live there and she doesn't speak English. I came earlier wanting to drop off my luggage but that caused some misunderstanding, which was solved through the owner's daughter who speaks English.
Once that was settled, everything was nice and the owner was very welcoming, even offering coffee and cake for breakfast. I wouldn't mind staying there again.
- Elisa (10/5): Exceptional -
- Brikena (1/5): Bad -
- Nadya (1/5): Bad - The beddings did not smell bad. This is not hostel, it is a private apartment. The toilet was without a the closing and sitting parts. No hair dryer, one toilet and bathroom together, for 6 people. Brocken kitchen window. Not recommending it.
- Jeniffer (10/5): Exceptional -
- Darya (5/5): Passable - Low price. Close to metro station and night bus stop. Host do not speak English at all. Room is inconvenient. There is no electric outlet close to the bad. There are another people in the room who you can wake up, because your alarm has to be load for you to hear it. No place to dry the towel or clothes. There is bunk bed, which is not on the photos.
- Juwairiyyah (8/5): Very good -
- Fatemeh (4/5): Disappointing -
- Ioulia_h (3/5): Poor - The only good thing about my stay was my roommate, Peng, who is staying there long-term and did the check in and check out, as well as give me all the relevant information the landlord should have instead. She really did make my stay substantially better. Linen and towels were clean, as was the apartment, but that was far from enough to compensate for the almost complete lack of communication from the landlord. The landlord had never sent me any instructions on how to find the apartment once at the location, so it took me a long time to guess the right buzzer to push. When Peng showed me in, she informed me that the landlord required 20 euros as a deposit for the key, something that isn't mentioned on the property's listing on booking.com, nor was I informed about it via message from the landlord.
Also, while I was resting on the bed, one of its legs seemed to have broken, having as a result for the bed to fall. As it turned out, even though the metal leg had a triangular surface that was supposed to be fitted on the bed frame with screws, it was never even screwed on the bed but was just carefully placed under it and against the wall, so as to hold the bed in place.
Last but definitely not least, the landlord sent me two messages on booking.com instructing me on how to find the apartment (name on the buzzer, buzzer number and floor) a day AFTER I had already checked out.
Very disappointing experience and definitely not worth the money. Thank goodness for Peng, who was extremely helpful and sweet, but Iwould not recommend the property.
- Cristina (4/5): Disappointing - ..... Is an apartment... The host is almost every day there.
- Pinelopi (5/5): Passable -
- Haidy (1/5): Very bad experience - The Landlady is not respectful at all. She does not know how to communicate with the guests. Overall a very bad experience and would not recommend it for any one.
- Rebekka (4/5): Disappointing - It is a flat somewhere in a big living complex. No hotel or hostel. The host don't speak english at all. The check in coordination did not work.
