• Anna-Katharina (8/5): Helle entspannte Ferienwohnung - Bequeme Betten, gute Lage nah am Fondamente Nuove-Anleger und auch sonst ein zentraler, guter Ausgangspunkt in der Stadt. Trotzdem schön ruhig zwei Ecken abseits der Touristenpfade. Nette kleine Dachterrasse, großzügiger Ess- und Wohnbereich. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Direkt in einer "Sackgasse" an einem kleinen Kanal gelegen. So sieht (und hört) man ab morgens die Boote und kann viel anschauen (insb für Kids spannend, dass dort die Supermarktanlieferung ebenso anlegt wie die Müllabfuhr). Supermarkt inklusive frischen Brötchen direkt um die Ecke (aber leider erst ab 9 Uhr geöffnet, nichts für frühe Frühstücker). Insgesamt eine recht großzügige Ferienwohnung (abseits der Küche), die wundervoll hell im DG (4. OG) liegt. Ein paar Sachen waren defekt. Die Küche ist sehr klein und schon deutlich runtergerockt. Ein Hochstuhl für unser Baby wäre toll gewesen (und bei dir Wohnungsgröße sicherlich auch kein Problem).

• Sonja (8/5): - Der Balkon mit Blick über die Dächer Venedigs ist phänomenal! Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für ein paar Ferientage braucht, sehr unkompliziert. Die Lage ist sehr angenehm: Coop, Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe - und doch ruhig in einer Seitengasse mit Blick auf einen Kanal gelegen.

• Karine (8/5): Very good stay ! - We liked very much our stay in this appartement! The check in was easy and we met at a given time to have the keys. Check out was also simple by leaving the keys in the appartement. The size of the flat is big for two people it is very comfortable. We used the kitchen to cook simple dishes, there is everything for basic cooking, plus salt, pepper and oil which is very useful ! Most important the location in the city is Perfect ! We were in a very calm environnement and at the same time close to everything by foot. The bathroom is indeed old style but the pressure of the shower is great and the water is warm, which is the most important.

Мы почти не пользовались ресторанами, в магазинах недалеко отличный выбор прекрасных итальянских продуктов. Тихий тупик, шум только около 7 утра, когда приплывают лодки разгружаться в магазины. Очень приветливый хозяин, помог нам найти работающую в воскресенье аптеку и копи-центр рядом. Хорошо говорит по-английски. При выезде можно на время оставить багаж в подъезде (мы не пользовались). Ничего заслуживающего отдельного упоминания

• Chris (7/5): Good location - Good location with lots of places to eat and near Rialto Bridge, host met us on site and was really helpful. Large comfortable appartment, modern bathroom and lots of hot water. Balcony with lovely view of the canal, did hear slight noise from boat doing deliveries early morning but not a problem and was interesting to watch. Overall reasonable price for Venice. Although the appartment was generally clean there was black mould in the shower which we had to clean. The curtain in the main bedroom was unhooked at one end but too high to reattach which was just a minor thing and there appeared to be a patch of flaking paint in the second bedroom.

• Sarah (9/5): Excellent little hide away - Loved the fact the apartment was located in a quiet area, made us see areas we wouldn't have usually seen. The facilities were adequate for our needs. The apartments cleanliness was to a high standard. The two toilets were a great asset to us! The host was friendly and accommodating. He even let us leave our luggage there until check out. Aircon was only in the sitting area, not in bedrooms. However, fans were supplied. As it was a top floor apartment, there were a lot of steps which, at the end of a very busy walking day was a bit of a killer!

• Lora (7/5): Good apartment in a great location, but very loud. - The apartment was spacious and in a good location with a beautiful view. The hosts were very friendly and one met us at the vaperetto stop to show us the way to the apartment which was very helpful. It was very loud in the morning! There is a loading dock right outside the window making it impossible to sleep past 7am. While overall the apartment was clean, there was black mold in the bathroom.

• Sarah (8/5): Adorable & Convenient Attic Apartment Tucked Away from the Tourists - Beautiful apartment in a very convenient location, both easy to get to from the airport and a walkable distance from major landmarks. Even though Venice has a lot of tourists, the entrance for this unit is down a quiet street tucked away from the tourists. There were two sets of keys, which made it very easy for my friend and I to split up and explore the city separately on days when we didn't want to do everything together. The apartment is larger than it looks in the pictures. The host Attilia was also extremely responsive and helpful in explaining how the public transportation worked to and from the airport. p.s. Note that the apartment is on the fifth floor so there are four flights of stairs to access the unit. We did not pick up on the fact that "Attico" means attic, so we were slightly surprised, but it is very cute (just make sure that everyone you are traveling with can do stairs). The biggest problem was that there was no heat due to it being October, and temperatures were getting a bit chilly. Our host explained that it is a policy in Venice that they are not allowed to turn on the heat until November 1st, so it is not an issue with the property. Unfortunately we did not learn about this until after we arrived so we were not able to pack warmer clothing. I would still stay here again, I would just suggest that if you are visiting in the fall or the spring to double-check with the host about when the heating is on.

• Sandra (10/5): Great! - The apartment had a great location. A little bit out of the way from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist hot spot, but still very close to everything. Five minutes walk from both Fondamente Nove and Ca d'Oro vaparetto stop, making it very easy to reach all destinations of Venice. The area was quite, although abundant with restaurants and even a grocery store around the corner. The apartment is nicer and bigger than what you would presume from the pictures. The balconies were absolutely amazing. Nothing. The apartment was a bit warm at night, even with the a/c on the coldest possible. It was high summer and 35 C, so not to any fault of the owner. When we asked the owner if he had any fans available, he quickly sorted out two brand new fans.
• Michelle (8/5): Lovely clean apartment in a great location. - Friendly and very helpful host, lovely clean, spacious flat, well equipped kitchen, great location - quiet street next to a canal but very close to the main tourist areas. The air conditioning unfortunately is not effective at all and so we were very hot in the apartment.

• Shahrikyan (10/5): Exceptional - Cozy apartment with balconies overlooking the canal. 5 minutes walk from the Realto Bridge. In the morning it is noisy for a while and there is a smell of diesel - some kind of work on the boats.But Not a long time.h

• Jarmila (9/5): Superb - It is located in quiet area but very close to main attractions. The apartment is very spacious and cousy and with amazing views on canal from bedroom. We were able to keep luggage after check out in the building and pick it up later. 2 Toilets were handy.
• Anne (10/5): Authentic, cozy, feel-like-home-place, fully equipped - We were amazed by the neighbourhood of Cannaregio, which is one of the (more or less) more authentic quarters of Venice. But still you can reach the public transport or the city center within a short walk. Cafés and restaurants are just around the corner. We loved (!!) the matresses of the beds and enjoyed the nicely equipped apartment. Our host was very friendly and was open to help us out with any kind of information to all of our questions. I can highly recommend staying at Cá Dolce Attico! Nothing to mention here :)

• Sandra (9/5): Superb - the view from the patio was stunning, with every penny for the sunrise and sunset! the place was roomy. the kitchen was not great- lighting the stove with small lighter proved challenging- but it was otherwise really fabulous.
