• Yasmeris (10/5): Tolle Unterkunft mit traumhaften Aussicht - Die Unterkunft ist der Wahnsinn, die Aussicht aus dem Balkon ist Gold wert, es war alles super sauber, die Lage in der zona hotelera war auch top (Nähe cocobongo) und unten Zugang zu zwei Pools Also ich bin positiv überrascht ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen ☺️☺️ Nachts hört es sich an als würden Möbeln nebenan verrück werden und das komische es war jede Nacht zu selben Uhrzeit Aber da kann ja die Unterkunft nichts für

It was necessary to park outside (external and private parking), far away from the hotel and expensive. We should be refunded in somehow (at least for psrt of that). Difficult to find the hotel in the arrival (no clear identification in the booking and TURQUOISE ESCAPE is not the name of the hotel) No access to the hotel reception. In the booking, it was not showed as an ABNB.

• CK2023 (10/5): Mega Ausblick auf das Meer mit direktem Zugang zum Top Strand! - Aussicht auf das Meer und den Strand einfach nur phänomenal. Die Ausstattung der Küche war ebenfalls gut, sodass man sich sein eigenes Frühstück machen konnte. Sehr ruhig. Top Badezimmer. Gute Kommunikation mit Gastgeber via WhatsApp im Vorfeld. Pads für die Kaffeemaschine waren vorhanden. Wlan funktionierte einwandfrei und war auch gut für MS Teams Calls. Betten etwas durchgelegen - aber je nachdem was man mag; ob eher hart oder weich.

• Concettina (9/5): Traumhafter Ausblick - Das Apartment punktet mit der traumhaften Aussicht über das Meer. Zudem ist es sehr geräumig und sauber. Man fühlt sich wie in der eigenen kleinen Wohnung. Auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt sehr geeignet. Zudem kann man in wenigen Gehminuten Restaurants und div. Shops erreichen. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass es hellhörig ist. Wenn man Nachbarn hat, die zu jeder Tageszeit (auch mitten in der Nacht) die Türe schletzen lassen, dann kann es nervig sein.

• Matias Ariel (10/5): Hermosa estadía - Lo que más nos gustó fue la ubicación tanto de la habitación como del complejo, un punto estratégico y muy útil en la zona hotelera. La vista es soñada y el balcón muy precioso. El aire acondicionado funciona de maravilla, la cocina muy completa con todo lo necesario para cocinar dentro del departamento El baño podría mejorar pero de todas formas estaba bien

• Nina (10/5): Beautiful view for great price - I was so happy to have a balcony cause as a solo traveller I usually get the worst room and no balcony although I pay the same or more money as a couple. I’ll never forget the view from the hammock. Toilette flushing didn’t work properly so I had to use the shared ones at the reception and the door was hard to open but it’s what I expected for this price in Cancun.

• Milos (10/5): It's not so great... You're paying for the view - The view from the balcony was amazing. Bed was comfortable. The location was great. Everything else. When we arrived, floors were dirty, dusty, our socks when we entered were so dirty immediately after entering the room. Outdated appliances. We understand it's a tourist place, many people with bad manners using badly that apartment. The owner doesn't want to invest in it, but everything is so outdated, like basics...(I think if they monthly invested in one by one thing a little money from the bookings they could have amazing apartment, and raise price later, the view is wonderful). We had to use a POT so that toilet water went down because pressure was so bad. We initially came to the broken toilet. Water pressure on the shower head is so low, too. A lot of moldy smell. Very outdated closets. Dirty and bad smelly beds. (Renter upon our request replaced it, thanks for that). Dirty appliances in the kitchen. Old towels. Dirty floors. There are literally basics that need to be met, no matter what the price is. Annoying entrance people checking wristbands all the time and very weird guys.
• Luis (8/5): Very good - The apartment is in good conditions, nothing fancy but functional. The property manager is available and flexible. Although possible, it is very complicated to invite other people to the property.
