Kathryn (7/5): Location is good - Location Kitchen utensils/pots/glasses dirty/sticky - no dish soap/towel- no bottle opener . I cleaned one plate/glass and used my own camping cutlery.

Kenneth (6/5): Pleasant - The email instructions are outdated, complicated, and incorrect. Keys were picked up from the receptionist at the front desk at Bsea Cancun Hotel—simple as that. In addition, the address to the key pickup location is also incorrect, which led the taxi driver to the wrong location. Found a cockroach on the bathroom floor on arrival and a few bed bugs on the bed. Bathroom had a foul-smell and the beds were hard as a rock.
Kata (7/5): acceptable value for money - The apartment has a good location next to the beach. We rented a car during our holiday and it was easy to parking, because they have an own parking place. The staff send us a letter before our arrival with a lot of useful information (in Spanish) The kitchen is not well equipped. The blanket is thin.

Cheap compared to others hotels in Hotelera zone. Hard matresses, plumbing (inconvenient and not very clean shower and sinks). Rusty mirrors. No toothbrushes and pasta, only soap and little bit of shampoo.

Marie12ply (9/5): Superb - The view is exceptionnal, the apartment is cute, well equiped and very clean. The private internet for the room worked well for workaway. The communal wifi in the rest of the hotel is however very bad. Beds were way too hard. No drinking water was provided so you have to constantly go buy some at the store. A big water jug in the room for the week could fix that. The toilet works really bad and you have to old the flush for like a minute every time. Also the lines on the oven have completely disapeared so its impossible to know where is high/low if you want to cook.
