- Nadia Tahraoui (10/5): - L'emplacement était pas très loin des tours petronas pas mal de restaurant et de petits supermarket en bas de l'immeuble La vue est magnifique juste on entend les voitures malgré la hauteur mais ça je pense que on ne peut pas faire grand-chose mise à part mettre des boules quies Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse de l'hôte qui nous a arrangé pour le départ tardif sans frais supplémentaire Ce que je n'ai pas apprécié c'est le changement d'appartement dans un autre immeuble à quelques heures de mon départ pour Kuala Lumpur , j'ai été un peu obligé de prendre ce qu'on me proposait parce que je n'avais pas fait d'annulation gratuite Heureusement que l'immeuble proposé était non loin de celui que j'avais choisi et surtout qu'il était je pense aussi confortable que le premier et sans frais supplémentaire

- WAN NOR AISYAH (10/5): - Clean, luxurious space. Great view facing Concorde, Menara KL. Prompt response from staff. Proper management in and out of property. Just make sure you reach out through whatsapp and not this app itself. I'd like to suggest that the airbnb staff would include additional info such as "we'll reach out through whatsapp group to discuss rules and regulation". If you wait a day before the booking date, it will lead to questions and anxiety of the booking being auto-cancelled since it's done through third party app. Well, at least that's how I felt.

What we booked and what we got was totally different and the living room furnitures were dirty sofa was dirty curtains coming out and toilet not so clean, bed sheets got stains and hair on the bed and the room was very different from the picture we saw on the advertisement with the twin tower view was not there too.

The bathroom water heater not working due to wire shortage issue, the floors were very wet n slippery when we came, towels still were in dryer for about 3 hrs before we can use them, there were no tissue paper in living room or kitchen, the fan and air cond remotes were mixed up. We wish the tenant informed that there will be no toiletries provided.

Check-In war etwas verwirrend und vorab wenig abgeklärt. Dass wir einer WhatsApp Gruppe beitreten sollen um zu kommunizieren wurde vorab nicht besprochen.

Booking.com should not allow any property agent or host to capture tenants IC/ password as this is short term stays like 2days1 night. Deposit of rm200 are made to secure any damaging items or missing items of the unit. Need anti sound prove. Master room aircorn and fan needs to maintain.

The rooms only had 1 queen bed each. 2. Hand soap at the sinks both in the kitchen and bedroom nearly finished, less than 1 inch of liquid in the container. Gives an impression of very 'leftover' things provided to guests.

- Nawwaf (4/5): Was so risky experience to travel with your luggage’s was with strangers for more than 10 minutes - The only thing that I like was the location The first thing I did not like the apartment was in the middle of tow elevator was too noisy The apartment was full of cockroaches In the checkout time they asked to remain in the apartment I thought they wanted to check for the apartment but I the guy took our luggage’s I told him that we can manage but he insisted we came down in the same elevator but he left one floor before us with our luggage’s and asked us to meet him by the main gate. For more than 10 minutes that guy was away with our luggage’s till I texted them asking about our luggage’s he came driving a car with our luggage’s and offloading them in the street outside the main gate asking me to check them. When I texted them about what happened they answered me that’s their rules I answered them their rules doesn’t apply to my personal luggage’s and any missing items will be their responsibility. After so many arrangements they told me next time when you come to Kuala lumber don’t book with us. It was so suspicious from day one when they asked me to join them in WhatsApp group then the way they insisted to keep my luggage’s with them .
