• Daniele (4/5): Per un problema tecnico siamo stati inviati in altra struttura - Niente Non era la struttura che avevo prenotato, quindi non posso fare una valutazione oggettiva .
• Roletto (4/5): Non ritornerei nella stessa struttura. - Il palazzo era in buoni condizioni, la posizione cosi cosi. La colazione era scarsissima, arredi incompleti, alla sera era molto rumoroso quindi con il caldo soffocante si doveva tenere le finestre chiuse, e mancanza di privacy per eccessiva vicinanza con gli appartamenti di rimpetto.

• Aliaksandr (10/5): - Хорошее отношение со стороны хозяйки: получилось так, что не согласовали заранее время заселения. Приехали в 22:00, пока нашли отель, пока разобрались что к чему). Но хозяйка пошла на встречу, приехала, заселила нас, объяснила все, оставила рекомендации где вкусно поесть и что посмотреть. Кто будет там бронировать, учтите, яркой вывески там нет. Ищите по Гуглу. Фото подъезда прилагаю. Ну и заранее лучше связаться с ними по WhatsApp.
• CHRISTOPHE (10/5): Séjour top en famille dans le centre historique de Naples. - L accueil, la relation, les conseils, la propreté, le petit déjeuner compris dans le café du coin (propriétaires très sympa d ailleurs) Le service de gardiennage du parking ( car se garer est le souci majeur) Le fait que les propriétaires soient venus nous chercher dans Naples car nous étions un peu perdus... Tout était top.

• Nuno (7/5): A simple stay in a great location, with a few trade-offs on comfort. - Great location, 10-15min walk from the train stations and just a few minutes from Via dei Tribunali. Perfect for exploring the historic center of Naples on foot. The room was clean and spacious, with the basics you need for a short stay. Nothing fancy, but it matched what we expected for the price. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Fair value for money, especially for the location — just be aware of the potential for noise. The air conditioning was very loud, and the walls are thin — soundproofing is poor. We had the bad luck of staying next to very noisy guests, so between the AC and the noise from other rooms, it was hard to rest.

• Gaia (7/5): Overall, we had an excellent experience with some minor issues. - the breakfast was excellent and delicious. the breakfast was not at the hotel but rather at a bar nearby and the location was also not too far away from the hotel. the hotel staff was very nice and friendly and gave many travelings tips on how to enjoy Naples to the fullest. Unfortunately the air conditioning had a slight mold issue which led the entire stay feeling hot in summer. the mattress also unfortunately was too soft.

Although our intended room had issues, Federica put us in contact with Teresa who was very friendly and helpful. Nothing. The stay was great and very much worth what we paid which was very good value.

• Andreas (6/5): Nice and clean appartment. Bad and dirty location. - The host was kind, friendly and helpful with everything we asked for. The room was very clean. Exactly what you see in the photographs. Safety doors (main entrance & apartment). There is a restaurant nearby with 4.7 score on Google I went twice because the local food was amazing. The location is not good (dirty street that smells bad and garbage everywhere). I could not feel comfortable with the neighborhood since there were a lot of drunk and addicted people, so we were quite scared to get robbed, especially during the night and could not have a relaxed walk. On top of that it is really hard to find a taxi, I used a popular application for taxi call, but the drivers always declined the ride, so there was no other option than walking for about 15–20 minutes to get to the nearest metro station. Of course, this is not a host's fault (she did everything she could and the apartment was nice. Thank you for everything), but I had to let the visitors know my experience regarding the location. The nearest metro station is duomo (that's ok) and Garibaldi central from the other side (you better avoid walking through that square at night). The breakfast was poor but nice, we got coupons to go to a café nearby, and we could exchange them with coffee, milk and croissant (no eggs, no bacon, no cereal no fruits, yogurt etc.) and after 10:00 in the morning there were no seats under shadow so that you can enjoy your breakfast outside. That situation ruined my vacation mood.
• Tudor (10/5): I recommend, nice room and welcoming host. - Very clean and comfortable room, located in a modern renovated building. The host is very nice, she helps you with any information. Breakfast (which includes a croissant and a cappuccino) is served in a rather crowded bar located 10 minutes' walk away. The street is neither the cleanest or the safest and the station area is very ugly.

Our room was small but had everything we needed, both the room and the bathroom were clean and tidy. There is also a shared kitchenette. Federica also texted us some recommendations for restaurants and pizzerias in the neighborhood. Overall great!

• Francisco (7/5): Good - The location was great, 10 minutes from the train station walking. The room was clean, although some painting on the walls was needed. Our hosts were very attentive: when we reported a problem, they came right over. They also suggested routes to see and places to go, as well as a place to have drinks, and also provided a transfer to the airport (for 10€ extra)! The plastic cover on the bed under the sheets makes the bed extremely hot; the breakfast was on a cafe next door, and kinda short (only one drink and pastry, coffee had to be paid extra); luggage storage was paid extra (although cheap, 5€)

• Nikolay (10/5): Wonderful Napoli Trip - Central location - close to the train station. Easy transfer from the airport - 25 minutes ride. Specious room. Very kind and helpful hosts. The room was far from the rooter and Wi-Fi coverage was not so good. The neighborhood around the train station is no so nice.

The bathroom and shower was nice. The beds were comfortable. There was a fridge and a kitchen (shared) with a kettle. We were two females travelling and the location felt quite run down and a bit unsafe at night.It is a 15 minute walk from the station and we arrived in the evening. The supplies in the kitchen were limited- a kettle, two teabags, some coffee, no milk. The soundproofing is limited so you can hear when the other guests arrive and leave. The air conditioning did not work very well and the room felt hot for the whole night.
