• Rizza (8/5): Spacious and good location - The location is perfect for first timers in Rome. It is near Rome Termini. It is also near the bus stops. The Colosseum can be walked for 15 mins.

• Kimberly (2/5): Despite a great location, the stay was negatively impacted by undisclosed fees and unacceptable host - The location was very convenient and the price was reasonable for the area. The kitchen was well equipped and coffee and tea were available. We had a very stressful experience with the host. A late check-in fee was requested only two days before arrival despite not being mentioned anywhere in the listing, even though we had already shared our arrival time in advance. This led to a dispute on arrival and further unpleasant interactions during the stay, including aggressive and unprofessional behaviour and threats of eviction. Additionally, one of the two bathrooms was missing a toilet seat, which is a basic issue that should have been resolved before guests arrive. Overall, the lack of transparency and the way the situation was handled negatively impacted our stay.

• Chris (10/5): Ideal location for travellers to Rome by Train - For the price, size and location it is hard to beat. Right near Termini station, but far enough off for it to be quiet (or as quiet as Rome can be). This is a perfect choice for large families or even two families - as there are two good double rooms and four bunk beds to use. Sarah was really helpful. Replacing a WiFi router immediately there was an issue and letting us stay a bit later to help with our travel plans. Very clean. Two bathrooms. Nothing

• Stewart (9/5): Awesome accommodation that provided an authentic experience for the family - Perfect location for exploring Rome. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Beautiful view from the window. Little difficult to access the washing machine.

• Ryan (6/5): A well positioned place to stay for a short duration - The locations was great for being in central Rome and close to the major attractions I mentioned to the host that shower was broken within 10mins of arrival and got a msg of acknowledgement but no further response. As a family of 5 losing the use of a shower was now a problem in the house when everyone was wanting to use the bathrooms.
• Stefan (9/5): Superb - Great location, great host, we had a wonderful weekend in Rome and this was a beautiful place to rest after a long day of sightseeing. 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 1 big room with 4 where we all gathered together (6 people). So I can totally recommend this place if you are looking to be near the city center and are on a budget that doesn't allow you to stay in a hotel.

• Steven (6/5): Centrally located to sleep but not an apartment for 6 people if you want to be self catered. - Location was great, the double glazing kept the street noise out and restaurant next door was great. For an apartment for 6 people that stated there was a dining table we were disappointed that the table would only sit 3-4 small people with insufficient crockery. There was only 1 sofa for 2 people and a foot stool which meant there was no communal space to relax after a day of sightseeing or a place to eat together.

• June (1/5): Bad - Restaurants and the Rome Termini Station are near from the home stay. It was an unpleasant stay here in this homestay. I would say I was rather surprise at how the host entered the homestay without notifying us beforehand. It was ridiculous. My family n I were thinking if some burglars trespassed the house! The host also decided to remove the portable air conditioners without informing us. It was clearly stated on the application that I used to book that air conditioners were to be provided. It was a disastrous day for my family and I as the weather on that day was horrendous as well. It was my first time experiencing such ridiculous incident while abroad. I must say, it was rather unpleasant.
• Gillett (8/5): Very good - Great space with lots of beds. Having a mattress that is too small for the frame is a bit tricky to maneuver. Wonderful host with fantastic communication and support!

• Fabiola (4/5): We didn’t like the facilities so we didn’t use the space for anything else other than sleep and shower. Photos don’t sho - only the location and that it has 3 bedrooms To begin with, the host was one hour late to let us in the apartment even though I shared our travel schedule since March… she didn’t pick up the phone the first 5 times I called her so we thought we wouldn’t have a place to sleep. The facilities are quite dated, the photos shown are probably from a few years ago. Neither of us trusted the sofa to sit on. We were 6 and were given 4 towels, I was advised on where to find more but there were only more sheets, also no shampoo nor conditioner. The beds were incredibly noisy to sleep on as the frame is metal so keep that in mind. Also the kitchenware makes you feel a bit sorry…
• Kate (4/5): Awesome location, ok place to crash. - LOCATION is IDEAL! Very close to Roma Termini, and do-able walks to tourist attractions. We were busy doing things, so we really only needed a place to crash for the night and for that it was ok. Squeaky beds, no curtain in the living room/bunk bed room so light from the street came in at night. Communication with the property owner wasn’t fabulous, but that is partially because I won’t use WhatsApp (not a great app, don’t like that they require that).
• Jan (8/5): Good value for your money - Location and the interaction with the property host. Seating area is very basic. There is no full size dining table or seating area

The property was functional and clear. Plenty of room. Our host was nice, too! Elevator/Lift was 'hit and miss'. Some days it worked, others it didn't.
